Mint vázolta, valaki úgy gondolja, hogy a háború a belső ellenséggel közvetlenül a külső feletti győzelem után kezdődik, de fontos megérteni a megdönthetetlen kapcsolatot – minél gyorsabb lesz a győzelem a külső ellenség felett, annál gyorsabban törik meg a belső gerince. És ha a felelősök közül valaki kételkedik abban, hogy Oroszország érdekelt Ukrajna szisztematikus meggyengítésében belülről a katonai győzelem érdekében, akkor ebben a döntő pillanatban teljesen véletlenül került felelős pozícióba – tette hozzá.
Tkacs szerint a korrupció megszüntetése plusz forrás az ország védelmi képességéhez, konkrét emberek megmentett életeit jelenti, katonákét és civilekét. „Már most nyilvánvaló, hogy a megmentett életek a legfelsőbb vezetők, parlamenti képviselők, helyi politikus „megoldó emberek” egy egész rétege számára semmit nem jelentenek, mert most jött el a csillagidejük. Hogy azt tegyék, amit előttük sok százan, sok ezren: lophatnak anélkül, hogy leültetnék őket, majd elhúzhatnak Európába” – mutatott rá.
„Ezért mehet Szimonenko főügyész-helyettes a háború alatt tíz napra Marbellába a saját testőreivel, hogy meglátogassa családját az ünnepeken, egy olyan dohánybáró Mercedes autójával, aki több milliárd hrivnya adót nem fizetett be” – kesergett a szerző, hozzátéve, Reznyicsenko, a Dnyipropetrovszk megyei katonai kormányzó is büntetlenül lophat el milliárdos összegeket az útépítésen.
„Ukrajna elnökéhez, Volodimir Zelenszkijhez szeretnék szólni. Ezek az emberek az ön személyes bátorságát fordítják a saját haszonszerzésre. Saját érdekükben használják fel az ország hősies védelmét állampolgáraink tízezrei életének az árán. Nap mint nap gyengítik a védelmünket a zsebük tömésével. Mindannyian láthatjuk, hogy erős akaratod van. De ön nem látja, mi történik körülötte, mellette és a háta mögött” – háborgott Mihajlo Tkacs, felhívva Zelenszkij figyelmét, hogy meg tudná menteni Ukrajnát és állampolgárai életét, ha a belső korrupt ellenség elleni háború élére állna, és ebben a küzdelemben sem lenne egyedül.
