Újfajta mesterséges intelligenciát tesztel a Google – számolt be róla a The New York Times. A lap szerint a Genesis nevű rendszer alkalmas hírírásra.






A látottak alapján az eszköz adatok kinyerésére és másolására használható lehet, vagyis az újságírók azt egyfajta asszisztensként tudnák használni, hogy automatizáljanak bizonyos feladatokat, így több idejük legyen más feladatrészek elvégzésére – írja az Engadget.



A beszámoló szerint azok, akik látták, nyugtalanítóként jellemezték a Genesis működését. A rendszer állítólag éppen azoktól az újságírói munkafolyamatoktól, módszerelemektől tekint el, amelyekkel pontos, megbízható és könnyen fogyasztható híreket lehet írni.

Mivel a Google még nem adta ki a nyilvánosság számára a Genesist, egyelőre nem lehet megmondani, hogy pontos információkat ad-e az újságíróknak, vagy hozzájárul az álhírek és a téves információk terjedéséhez.



Ami tény: a Google az elmúlt időszakban felpörgette a mesterséges intelligencia fejlesztését, hogy felzárkózzon a Microsoft által támogatott OpenAI-hoz. Ám a fejlesztés elsietése komoly gondokhoz is vezethet.



A CNet nemrég elkezdett egy cikkíró botot használni, később azonban helyreigazítást kellett kiadnia, mert mint kiderült, a 77 géppel írt cikk legtöbbjében jelentős hibák vannak.
