Ukrajnában módosultak az államhatár átlépésének szabályai a külföldi oktatási intézményekbe vagy repülőiskolákba gyakorlati repülési kiképzésre utazó diákok és kadétok esetében, számolt be az RBK-Ukrajina az Állami Határőr Szolgálatra hivatkozva.
„Módosították a kormány 2023. szeptember 1-jei, 934. számú rendeletében az államhatár átlépésére vonatkozó szabályok 2-13. pontjait” – áll a közleményben.
Többek között:
- az ukrán oktatási intézmények hallgatói vagy kadétjai, akik külföldre utaznak gyakorlati repülési képzésre külföldi oktatási intézményekben vagy repülőiskolákban, átléphetik az államhatárt, ha a határőröknek bemutatják az alábbi dokumentumokat;
- egy ukrajnai oktatási intézmény igazolása a hallgató vagy kadét külföldi oktatási intézménybe vagy repülőiskolába történő gyakorlati repülési képzésre való kiküldetéséről;
- ha a katonai regisztrációs okmányokban megvan a járási (egyesült körzet), városi (városban kerület, egyesült város) toborzási és szociális támogatási területi központ az erre vonatkozó bejegyzése.
Az Állami Határőr Szolgálat megjegyezte, hogy egy ukrajnai oktatási intézmény diákjai vagy kadétjai a külföldi oktatási intézményekben vagy repülőiskolákban kizárólag a repülési képzés idejéig tartózkodhatnak folyamatosan külföldön.

A Vezérkar közleménye szerint a Tyumenyi Katonai Szakiskolában előrehozott kibocsájtó vizsgát tartanak a kadétok számára. A végzősöket, a tervek szerint a katonai alakulatokba helyezik elsődleges tiszti beosztásba.
Az ukrán Vezérkar tájékoztatása szerint a Rjazanyi Légideszant Kiképző Iskola utolsó évfolyamos kadétjait kiképzésére küldik, amit Rjazany, Omszk, Pszkov, Tula és más városok melletti gyakorlótereken tartanak meg.
„Az említett egységeknél az egyhónapos előkészítő és koordinációs tevékenységet követően az ukrajnai harci cselekmények területére való bevetést tervezik” – áll a Facebookon közzétett közleményben.
