- tűzijátékokat, rakétákat és petárdákat használni, akár ünnepi eseményeken, akár a hétköznapokban,
- pirotechnikai termékeket értékesíteni, átadni vagy bármilyen módon forgalomba hozni.
A szabályok figyelmen kívül hagyása bírságot, pirotechnika elkobzását vagy büntetőjogi felelősségre vonást vonhat maga után.

Ukrajna támogatásának jeléül a hagyományos tűzijáték központi elemét, a London Eye óriáskereket sárga és kék színnel világították ki, a Sztefanyija című dalra pedig kék-sárga színű tűzijátékot rendeztek – számolt be a BBC.
A 2023-as évet Nagy-Britannia fővárosa hagyományosan káprázatos tűzijátékkal köszöntötte a Temze partján – a Westminster-palota (ismertebb nevén a Big-Ben) Erzsébet-tornya harangjának hangjára.
Idei show keretein belül a britek egy hangfelvétel lejátszásával emlékeztek meg Erzsébet királynőről. Egyben meghatározóan fejezték ki Ukrajna iránti támogatásukat, amely ellenáll az agresszív orosz inváziónak.
Ukrajna tiszteletére kék és sárga fénnyel világították meg az immár hagyományos tűzijáték központi elemét, a London Eye óriáskereket. Az ukrán zászló színeiben pompázó tűzijáték megvilágította London egét. A látványt az ukrán Kalush Orchestra Sztefanyija című dalának hangjai kísérték, amely az idei Eurovízió győztese lett.

Monika Beuth, a varsói városháza sajtószóvivője szerint a szilveszteri ünnepség lemondása már szinte „hagyománnyá” vált, korábban ugyanis a koronavírus-járvány miatt kellett lemondani az ünneplést.
A sajtószóvivő emellett arra kérte a varsói polgárokat, hogy szilveszterkor ne használjanak petárdát és tűzijátékot, mert a robbanások hangja a háborúra emlékeztetheti a Varsóban tartózkodó ukrán menekültet. A kéréshez a varsói városi tanács is csatlakozott.
