A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij hangsúlyozta: „hamarosan este lesz, a végéhez közeledik a fő napunk, véget ér a függetlenség napja. De a függetlenségünk nem közeledik a végéhez, és soha nem is fog véget érni.” Mint kiemelte: „és lesz a 32. függetlenség napja, és 33., és az összes következő, amíg tart a földi idő.” Meggyőződésének hangot adva kijelentette: „Ukrajna örök. És minden nappal csak erősebb lesz.”
Mint hírportálunk tegnap beszámolt róla, a Védelmi Minisztérium felhívással fordult Moszkvához, amelyben azt írta: ketyeg az óra, de Oroszországnak továbbra is megvan még a lehetősége, hogy aláírja a kapitulációt és kivonuljon Ukrajna területéről. „Oroszország, ma – akárcsak fél év óta – még lehetőséged van arra, hogy aláírd a megadásod, amíg meg nem semmisítünk a földünkön. Ne hagyd ki a lehetőséget, az óra ketyeg, tik-tik, tik-tik” – áll a Védelmi Minisztérium Moszkvának címzett üzenetében.
Korábban azt is megírtuk, hogy az Egyesült Államok Ukrajna függetlenségének napján további 2,98 milliárd dolláros katonai segélycsomagot jelent be az ukrán fegyveres erők számára.
