 Az ügyfélszolgálati szakértőknek meglehetősen nehéz dolguk lesz, mivel bár a Tesla óriási népszerűségre tett szert az elmúlt években, rengeteg panasz érkezik hozzájuk nap mint nap az autók minőségével kapcsolatban, legyen szó helytelenül beszerelt biztonsági övekről vagy éppen spontán leszakadó tetőről.
 PR-részleg nélkül a Teslát folyamatosan érték a támadások Twitteren, ami komoly fejfájásokat okozott a vezetőségnek, amin Elon Musk online jelenléte és viselkedése csak tovább rontott.
 Érdekes lesz tehát megfigyelni, mire mehet a cég az új specialistákkal, hiszen rájuk férne egy frissítés, máskülönben kemény idők elébe nézhetnek Muskék.
