Az Ukrajnának szánt első Patriot rendszer, amelyet Németország finanszíroz, még építés alatt áll, a komplexum legkorábban hat-nyolc hónapon belül készül el – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál a Bild című német lapra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a német újság a következőket állította:
„Svájc egyre lejjebb kerül a Patriot rendszerek várólistáján. Az első egységet nem Bernnek, hanem Ukrajnának szállítják le, és Németország fog fizetni érte. Ezt a rendszert azonban még mindig az amerikai Raytheon hadiipari vállalat gyártja, és várhatóan legkorábban hat-nyolc hónapon belül készül el.”
Németország fontolgatja egy újabb Patriot egység szállítását a Bundeswehr tartalékaiból Ukrajnának, amelyet később egy új, az amerikai Raytheon cégtől származó rendszerrel helyettesítenének. Ennek gyártása és leszállítása azonban „éveket vesz igénybe”. Német kormányzati források szerint az eredeti terv az volt, hogy az Egyesült Államok saját készleteiből szállít fegyvereket Ukrajnának, Németország pedig fedezi az előrendelések költségeit.
Donald Trump amerikai elnök azonban ragaszkodott ahhoz, hogy a Pentagon „nem adhatja fel légvédelmi eszközeit”, és Európának saját tartalékaiból kell légvédelmi rendszereket beszereznie. Ugyanakkor Európának hiányoznak a légvédelmi képességei, és már több napja folynak a tárgyalások arról, hogy ki segíthet Ukrajnának.
A Bild szerint három Patriot légvédelmi rendszer van jelenleg korszerűsítés alatt, és még nem áll készen a használatra, egy másikra pedig a katonák kiképzéséhez van szükség Németországban.

Az alpesi ország védelmi minisztériuma közleményben tudatta: az Egyesült Államok arról tájékoztatta a svájci kormányt, hogy késik a Patriot légvédelmi rendszerek szállítása.
Az Egyesült Államok védelmi minisztériuma tájékoztatta (a svájci minisztériumot), hogy elsőbbséget biztosít az Ukrajna támogatását célzó, földi telepítésű Patriot légvédelmi rendszerek szállításának – idézi a közleményt az MTI.
Ez Svájcot is érinti, amely a tervezettnél később kapja meg a legyártott mennyiséget – vonja le a konklúziót a közlemény.
A minisztérium közölte, ezek szerint az öt Patriot légvédelmi rendszer nem érkezik meg 2027-ben, illetve 2028-ban. Arra nem tért ki, kaptak-e új dátumot az amerikaiaktól a szállításra.
Trup azt közölte, hogy a fegyvereket nem közvetlenül Ukrajna kapná, hanem európai NATO-szövetségesek vásárolnák meg a számára az amerikaiaktól.
Keir Starmer brit miniszterelnök csütörtökön célzást tett rá, hogy csatlakozna Németországhoz a vásárlásban – jelentette a Bloomberg. Erre Friedrich Merz német kancellárral közös sajtótájékoztatóján került sor, ahol a két NATO-tag kormányfői azt is bejelentették, hogy kétoldalú védelmi egyezményt kötöttek.

A Fekete-tenger partján rendezett tesztelő és hitelesítő éleslövészettel Románia beüzemelte szerdán első Patriot rakétaelhárító ütegét.
A román védelmi minisztérium (MAPN) a közösségi oldalán adta hírül, hogy háromévi felkészülés, az Egyesült Államokban végzett számos tanfolyam után a 74-es Mihai Bravu légelhárító ezred katonái először lőttek ki önállóan PAC-2 ATM típusú elfogórakétát, amely sikeresen megsemmisített egy 60 kilométernyire lévő, légi fenyegetést szimuláló célpontot. A szerdán beüzemelt Patriot rakétaelhárító rendszert 2020-ban vette át a román hadsereg.
A Midia-foki föld-levegő lőtéren rendezett rakétaelhárító lövészet a november 2-án kezdődött – egy évvel ezelőtt betervezett – Patriot Spark 23.11 elnevezésű hadgyakorlat részét képezte, amelyre szerdán Marcel Ciolacu miniszterelnök és Nicolae Ciuca szenátusi elnök (volt vezérkari főnök és védelmi miniszter) is ellátogatott.
A védelmi tárca korábbi bejelentése szerint Románia idén négy Patriot rakétavédelmi üteget állít hadrendbe a tervezett hét közül, amelyek beszerzéséről 2017-ben fogadott el törvényt a bukaresti parlament. Ukrajna fegyveres erői még nem kapták meg az amerikai Patriot légvédelmi rendszereket, az ellenkezőjét bejelentő Mariusz Blaszczak lengyel védelmi miniszter interjúját nem pontosan fordították – közölte kedden Jurij Ihnat, az ukrán fegyveres erők légierő-parancsnokságának szóvivője egy televíziós interjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Ihnat az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy „A Patriot minden bizonnyal Ukrajnában lesz, a döntés megszületett, a legénység tanulja a kezelését. A közeljövőben számítunk rá. Valóban, meglesz.” Az ukránok akkor fognak értesülni a Patriotról, amikor Mikola Olescsuk, a légierő parancsnoka teszteli a rendszert a volán mögött, mint az IRIS-T légvédelmi rendszer esetében, vagy amikor a légierő bejelenti az első orosz repülőgép lelövését – tette hozzá.
„A Patriot 150 km távolságig képes célokat, aerodinamikus célokat lelőni. A ballisztika kevesebb – 40 km. Ezért legyünk türelemmel, és várjuk meg, hogy ez az újdonság valóban Ukrajnában legyen” – hangsúlyozta Jurij Ihnat.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Mariusz Blaszczak lengyel védelmi miniszter egy spanyol kiadványnak adott interjújában azt mondta, hogy Ukrajna már megkapta a Patriot légvédelmi rendszert. Ugyanakkor a lengyel védelmi minisztérium cáfolta vezetőjének a bejelentését újságírói érdeklődésre. A hírek szerint Blaszczak jelezte, hogy Lengyelország erőfeszítéseinek köszönhetően döntöttek a Patriot Ukrajnába történő szállításáról, de a nyilatkozatát pontatlanul fordították arról, hogy a Patriot már Ukrajnában van.

A hírt a Fox News közölte – írja a Jevropejszka pravda. Liz Friden közzétett egy videót a Fort Sill repülőtéren leszálló gépről, amelyen szerinte az ukrán katonai személyzetet utazik.
Korábban beszámoltunk arról, miszerint az Oklahoma állam egyik támaszpontján kapnak kiképzést ukrán katonák a Patriot légelhárító rendszerek kezeléséhez.
A kiképzés, amely rendszerint hosszabb időt igényelne, most csak néhány hónapig fog tartani. Fort Sillben működik az amerikai hadsereg egyik tüzérségi iskolája és ott tartják a Patriot kezeléséhez szükséges alapkiképzést is. A közepes hatótávolságú rakétarendszer egyebek között repülőgépek, drónok, manőverező robotrepülőgépek és rakéták megsemmisitésére alkalmas. Washington decemberben újabb, mintegy kétmilliárd dolláros katonai segélycsomagot jelentett be Ukrajna számára, ezen belül az első Patriot-üteg leszállítását.

Az amerikai védelmi minisztérium tájékoztatása szerint az Egyesült Államok január végén megkezdi az ukrán katonák kiképzését a Patriot rakétaelhárító rendszer kezelésére – közölte szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál a CNN hírtelevízióra hivatkozva.
A jelent Laura Cooper Oroszországért, Ukrajnáért és az eurázsiai térségért felelős amerikai védelmi miniszter-helyettesi tanácsadó szerint a kiképzés „néhány hónapig tart majd”. Csütörtökön a Pentagon közleményt adott ki, amely szerint az Egyesült Államok fontolóra veszi annak lehetőségét, hogy ukrán katonai személyzet vegyen részt a Patriot rakétarendszerhez történő kiképzésen mind az Egyesült Államokban, mind egy másik országban, vagy ez „a kettő kombinációja lesz”.
„Úgy gondolom, hogy a háborúnak azon a pontján vagyunk, ahol biztosítani tudjuk ezt a fajta kiképzést, hogy Ukrajna fenntartsa ezeket a rendszereket, hogy az országuk védelmére és területei visszaszerzésére összpontosíthasson” – mondta Pat Ryder, a Pentagon szóvivője sajtótájékoztatóján.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a hír, miszerint a Pentagon fontolgatja az USA-ban történő kiképzés lehetőségét a Patriot rendszer Ukrajnának történő szállításának bejelentése után jelent meg. Január 5-én Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök köszönetet mondott Németországnak az amerikai Patriot rakétavédelmi rendszer átadásáért.

Ukrajna nagyon hamar meg fogja kapni a Patriot amerikai légvédelmi rendszert és az marikai Abrams, valamint német Leopard tankokat, és mindenből annyit kap, amennyire szüksége van – jelentette ki pénteken Mihajlo Podoljak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetőjének tanácsadója egy televíziós interjúban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Podoljak a 24 Kanal tévécsatornának nyilatkozva elmondta: „a következőket szeretném elmondani: higgyék el, nagyon gyorsan megkapjuk a Patriotot, az Abrams-eket, a Leopardokat és minden egyebet. Ez ennek a háborúnak az objektív fejlődése. Objektíven ezek a mi területünkön lesznek 2 hét, egy hónap, 2 hónap múlva. Mindenből annyit kapunk, amennyire szükségünk van.”
A tanácsadó azt is jelezte, hogy Ukrajna segítséget kap a szövetségesektől, többek között „bizonyos hatótávolságú rakétákat” és „bizonyos kaliberű lövedékeket”. „Miért? Mert nézzék meg a logikát, amit a partnereink követnek. Nehéz nekik azonnal meghozni bizonyos döntéseket. Azonban megváltozott a háború ideológiája. Világosan értik, hogy milyen típusú háború folyik, milyen Oroszország és miért nem kell többé a 2014-es „játékot játszani” – magyarázta.
Az elnöki hivatalvezetői tanácsadó azt is elmondta, hogy a partnerek teljesen őszintén hisznek abban, hogy Ukrajnának győznie kell, de még nem teljesen állnak készen arra, hogy megértsék, hogy Ukrajna másként semmilyen körülmények között nem kerül ki ebből a háborúból. „Mindenképpen elérjük a megfelelő célt. És ezért (a partnerek – a szerk.) megértik, hogy fokozatosan át kell adniuk a fegyverek összes nómenklatúráját Ukrajnának, és ezt meg is teszik.
