Pedofil bűncselekményeket elkövetett személyeket nyilvántartó nyilvános adatbázist hozott létre az Igazságügyi Minisztérium, amely egyelőre tesztelési üzemmódban működik – adta hírül kedden az rbc.ua hírportál a tárca honlapjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Olena Viszocka igazságügyi miniszterhelyettes azt közölte, hogy a pedofilregiszter jelenleg 171 olyan személy adatait tartalmazza, akiket kiskorúak elleni szexuális bűncselekmények miatt vontak felelősségre és büntetésüket töltik. A nyilvántartás feltöltését az Igazságügyi Minisztérium végzi az ügyészségi és bírósági szervekkel közösen. A regiszter teljes értékű használata később válik lehetővé.
A helyettes tárcavezető szerint a pedofil-nyilvántartó adatbázis célja, hogy segítsen a többi között az oktatási és egészségügyi intézményeknek vagy gyermekcsoportokkal dolgozó embereknek, nehogy pedofil személyeket vegyenek fel állásba. Ugyanakkor – tette hozzá – a nyilvántartásba nem vehető fel, emberjogi megfontolásból, olyan pedofil, akinek az esetében a bírósági ítélet ezt közvetlenül nem teszi lehetővé, ami bizonyos mértékben megnehezíti a projekt megvalósítását.
