Csaknem háromszáz amszterdami szexmunkás írta alá azt a petíciót, amelyben azt kérik, hogy az amszterdami városvezetés ne költöztesse el mostani helyéről a piros lámpás negyedet, illetve ne korlátozza annak nyitvatartási idejét – derül ki a CNN riportjából.
Mint mi is megírtunk, a holland város elöljárói szeretnék korlátozni a drog- és szexturizmust, ennek részeként egyfelől reklámkampányt indítanak a brit férfiak körében, illetve betiltják a kannabiszt a piros lámpás negyedben. Másfelől helyi adminisztratív intézkedésekről is döntöttek: az amszterdami szexüzleteknek április 1-jétől 6 óra helyett hajnali 3-kor kell bezárniuk kapuikat, emellett a városi tanács célja az is, hogy a szexmunkásokat a város szívén kívülre, egy „erotikus központba” költöztessék.
Több szexmunkás a CNN-nek elmondta, hogy a rájuk irányuló reformok növelik a megbélyegzést, és úgy vélik, hogy igazságtalanul diszkriminálják őket, és bűnbakként használják fel őket a város tömegturizmussal kapcsolatos problémái miatt.
A csökkentett nyitvatartási idő drasztikusan csökkenteni fogja a kirakatmunkások jövedelmét, így sokan alig tudják majd fedezni a kiadásaikat, például a kirakatszobák bérleti díját és a biztonságos hazajutáshoz szükséges taxit. „A legtöbb dolgozó 12 vagy hajnali egy óra után kezd el dolgozni, amikor a bárok zárni kezdenek. Most talán két órájuk van arra, hogy pénzt keressenek, ami nem elég” – mondta a CNN-nek az a Felica Anna álnéven említett nő, aki 13 éve él Amszterdamban, és jelenleg a Red Light United, az amszterdami piros lámpás negyedben dolgozó kirakatmunkások szakszervezetének elnöke.
Egy szexmunkás szerint biztonsági okokból is aggasztó a tervezett változtatás. „Ha hajnali háromkor utazol haza, különösen, ha minden zárva van, akkor az szexmunkásként nagyobb kiszolgáltatottságot jelent” – mondta a Violetként említett illető, hozzátéve: reggel 6-kor ,már több a társadalmi aktivitás és a közlekedési lehetőség. „A miénk általában készpénzalapú jövedelem. Tehát ebben a reggeli órában sok készpénzzel utazhatunk. Ha nem sokan vannak kint az utcán, ez lehetőséget ad azoknak, akik ártani szeretnének nekünk”.
Az elköltöztetés elleni érvek között azt is megemlítette: „Az egyik nagyszerű dolog abban, hogy Amszterdamban szexmunkásnak lenni az, hogy amikor az emberek előveszik a fényképezőgépüket, és megpróbálják lefotózni, nemcsak a szexmunkások segítenek, hanem a helyi közösség is” – magyarázta Violet, hozzátéve: „a hollandok nem félnek leszidni az embereket”.
Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök reagálva a 25 ezer aláírást összegyűjtött petícióra, amelynek szerzője azt kérte, hogy tiltsák be a katonai behívók kézbesítését a közúti ellenőrző pontokon, benzinkutaknál és utcákon, a kormánynak utalta tovább azt a kérdés átfogó kidolgozására – adta hírül hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál az elnöki válaszra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij elsősorban arra emlékeztetett, hogy a tartalékosok és a hadkötelesek behívása a katonai szolgálatról és a mozgósításról szóló törvények által meghatározott módon történik. A behívók kézbesítését pedig a kormány, a Védelmi Minisztérium és a fegyveres erők vezérkarának jogszabályai szabályozzák.
„A fentiekre tekintettel Denisz Smihal miniszterelnökhöz fordultam azzal a kéréssel, hogy az állampolgári jogok, valamint a katonai szolgálatra és a hadkötelezettségre vonatkozó törvényekkel összefüggésben dolgozzák ki átfogóan az elektronikus petícióban felvetett kérdést” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a több mint 25 000 aláírást megszerzett petíció szerzője elsősorban motivált személyek behívását követelte, és azt, hogy tiltsák meg a behívók kézbesítését a katonai nyilvántartási és toborzóközpontok kivételével minden helyen, vagy tegyenek közzé nyilvános információt a mozgósítás állásáról.
