Пopяд з цим oчiкуєтьcя, щo нaйближчим чacoм Євpoпeйcькe aгeнтcтвo лiкapcькиx зacoбiв пpeдcтaвить виcнoвки зa peзультaтaми пoпepeдньoгo дocлiджeння, пpoвeдeнoгo з мeтoю визнaчити, чи icнує зв’язoк мiж oкpeмими випaдкaми утвopeння тpoмбiв, в тoму чиcлi зi cмepтeльними нacлiдкaми, i викopиcтaнням цiєї вaкцини.

Щoб зaбeзпeчити ЄC дoвгocтpoкoвим пocтaчaнням, ми poбимo cтaвку нa бiльш мiцнe cпiвpoбiтництвo з гiдними дoвipи кoмпaнiями».
Як зaзнaчaєтьcя у нiмeцькиx ЗМI, Євpoкoмiciя cувopo дoтpимуєтьcя нaмiчeнoї мeти пoвнicтю вaкцинувaти 70% дopocлoгo нaceлeння ЄC дo кiнця лiтa цьoгo poку. Пoпpи тe, щo пoчaтoк кaмпaнiї пo вaкцинaцiї гpoмaдян Євpoпи був вaжким, aлe нa цьoму шляxу вжe вдaлocя дocягти пpoгpecу. Кpiм цьoгo, кoмпaнiї Biontech/Pfizer i Moderna викoнують cвoї зoбoв’язaння зa дoгoвopaми.

Кpiм тoгo, в квiтнi пoвиннa пiдiйти вaкцинa кoмпaнiї Johnson & Johnson. Oчiкуєтьcя, щo в дpугoму квapтaлi Євpoпa oтpимaє близькo 55 млн дoз. Нa вiдмiну вiд iншиx вaкцин, цeй пpeпapaт пoвинeн ввoдитиcя тiльки oдин paз.
Тoж, якщo i AstraZeneca викoнaє cвoї зoбoв’язaння зa пepший квapтaл пoтoчнoгo poку, дo кiнця бepeзня Євpocoюз oтpимaє вiд вcix виpoбникiв в цiлoму 100 млн дoз вaкцини.

Європейські органи мають на меті запровадити «імунний сертифікат», тобто «зелений паспорт», до літнього сезону, аби полегшити поїздки всередині ЄС, заявив єврокомісар з питань внутрішнього ринку Тьєрі Бретон.
Європейський «імунний сертифікат», детальну концепцію якого Європейська комісія презентує у середу, міститиме дані про щеплення власника, чи вилікувався від коронавірусу, чи має негативний тест, повідомив Єврокомісар в інтерв’ю французькому телеканалу «CNews».
«Зелений паспорт» буде доступний в електронній та паперовій версії, зокрема, для тих, хто не схоче використовувати для цього свій смартфон, на що вони мають право», – додав він.
Тьєрі Бретон повідомив, що безкоштовний сертифікат із QR-кодом видаватиметься мовою всіх держав-членів, матиме англійську версію та буде чинним у всіх державах – членах Європейського Союзу. «Ми працюємо над тим, щоб він був готовий до червня», прагнемо «зробити все можливе, щоб забезпечити туристичний сезон», – підкреслив Єврокомісар.
Тьєрі Бретон назвав заяву виробника вакцин AstraZeneca про чергове зменшення поставок препарату до Європейського Союзу «неприйнятним і незрозумілим». Каже, що «певні зриви існують у ланцюзі поставок», але вважає поки що передчасним запровадження юридичних наслідків через це. Водночас Єврокомісар схвально відгукнувся про європейську програму вакцинації, яка, на його думку, прискорюється.
Він нагадав, що в січні державам-членам було надано 14 мільйонів доз і ця кількість зросла до 28 мільйонів у лютому та 60 мільйонів у березні. Він також пообіцяв поставку 100 мільйонів доз на місяць у другому кварталі та 200 мільйонів на місяць із літа.
Тьєрі Бретон назвав темпи виробництва вакцин «безпрецедентними» і підтвердив мету Європейської Комісії забезпечити всі держави-члени якомога більшою кількістю доз для досягнення колективного імунітету в державах – членах ЄС до кінця літа.

Як тoдi пoвiдoмив мiнicтp oxopoни здopoв’я кopoлiвcтвa Мeтт Xeнкoк, цiєю швидкicтю Вeликoбpитaнiя зoбoв’язaнa бpeкciту.

Єврокомісія дійшла згоди з компанією BioNTech-Pfizer про постачання ще чотирьох мільйонів доз вакцин від COVID-19 для держав-членів у найближчі два тижні, щоб боротися з епіцентрами інфекції й полегшити вільне пересування громадян. Не меншою метою є захист від нових варіацій коронавірусу, – йдеться в заяві Урсули фон дер Лейен.
Як пояснюється в документі, під епіцентрами мають на увазі регіони, де «за останні тижні різко зросла кількість заражень і госпіталізацій, що призвело до прийняття державами-членами жорстких заходів, а в деяких випадках навіть до введення нового прикордонного контролю». Серед них – Тіроль в Австрії, Ніцца і Мозель у Франції, Больцано в Італії і деякі частини Баварії й Саксонії в Німеччині.
Через велику кількість інфікованих у цих районах вільний обіг товарів та пересування людей довелося обмежити.

Уряди країн ЄС повинні негайно розпочати технічну роботу, щоб вчасно забезпечити впровадження системи сертифікатів щеплень проти COVID-19 в межах Євросоюзу до літа. Про це заявила в п’ятницю голова Європейської комісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн, повідомляє УНН з посиланням на Reuters.
Єврокомісія має на меті представити свої пропозиції щодо “цифрового зеленого паспорта” 17 березня та співпрацювати з міжнародними організаціями, щоб забезпечити, щоб його система працювала і за межами Європейського Союзу.
Систему забезпечення туристів мандрівників “паспортами вакцинації” з нетерпінням чекають авіакомпанії та туристичні центри, постраждалі від пандемії.
Такі паспорти, які активно просувають південні держави, такі як Греція та Іспанія, забезпечать підтвердження того, що людина щеплена, результати тестів для тих, хто ще не щеплений, та інформацію про відновлення людей, які перенесли COVID-19.
“Основою такого загального підходу є довіра”, — написала фон дер Ляєн у листі до урядів ЄС, додавши, що держави-члени повинні негайно розпочати роботу, щоб забезпечити своєчасну готовність систем.
Поруч із законодавчою базою, система вимагає загальної технічної інфраструктури, щоб забезпечити, щоб органи влади однієї держави-члена могли бути впевнені в надійності сертифікатів, виданих іншою державою, сказала вона.

Італія заблокувала поставку вакцини від коронавірусу Astrazeneca в Австралію, скориставшись нещодавно прийнятими новими правилами ЄС.
Про це повідомляє „Європейська правда” з посиланням на агентство Bloomberg.
Цей крок був зроблений після того, як прем’єр-міністр Італії Маріо Драгі закликав під час саміту ЄС минулого тижня бути більш жорсткими щодо компаній, які не дотримуються своїх зобов’язань з постачання вакцини.
Офіційні особи в Брюсселі і Римі підтвердили новину про заборону на експорт до Австралії 250 тисяч доз препарату.
У січні Європейська комісія прийняла нові правила, які дозволяють обмежувати експорт вакцин проти коронавірусу, якщо їх виробники не зможуть виконати поставлені цілі з поставок в рамках ЄС.
Правила вступили в силу після того, як AstraZeneca поінформувала ЄС про те, що не може виконати свої зобов’язання за угодою про попередню закупівлю.
На цей момент Італія є першою країною, яка заблокувала експорт вакцин за межі ЄС.
Це рішення ризикує спровокувати глобальний протекціоністський поштовх, оскільки країни беруть участь у світовій гонці за імунізацію свого населення, підкреслює агентство.
Згідно з експортним механізмом прозорості ЄС, країни повинні інформувати Європейську комісію про свої рішення заблокувати або дозволити експорт вакцин за межі блоку.
За словами представника ЄС, комісія не заперечувала проти рішення Італії і не має повноважень блокувати його.

Регулюючий орган Європейського Союзу у сфері лікарських засобів має намір рекомендувати вакцину від коронавірусу Johnson&Johnson на початку наступного місяця.
Про це повідомило агентству Bloomberg джерело в ЄС, пише „Європейська правда”.
Офіційний представник ЄС заявив на умовах анонімності, що схвалення від Європейського агентства з лікарських засобів (ЕМА) очікується 11 березня.
Це відкриє шлях для застосування четвертої вакцини від коронавірусу в Євросоюзі, який вже затвердив препарати Moderna, AstraZeneca та Pfize/BioNTech.
Європейська комісія заявила, що поставки вакцини J&J, як очікується, почнуться на початку квітня, що призведе до різкого збільшення поставок у другому і третьому кварталах.
Попередня угода ЄС про закупівлі з J&J дозволяє закупити вакцини для 200 мільйонів осіб з можливістю придбання ще 200 мільйонів.
Незалежний аналіз лондонської дослідницької компанії Airfinity Ltd. показує, що поставок ЄС має вистачити для вакцинації 75% дорослого населення регіону до кінця серпня.

У четвер було досягнуто домовленості щодо переліку швидких тестів на коронавірус, який був одноголосно прийнятий всіма країнами – членами Європейського Союзу (ЄС), а також щодо загального набору даних, які повинні бути включені в сертифікати результатів тестування.
За визначенням, ці швидкі тести повинні відповідати вимогам, що застосовуються до них, і бути у вільному продажу на внутрішньому ринку ЄС. Як тільки принаймні одна держава-член засвідчить, що тест є відповідним для виявлення коронавірусу, він уже може використовуватися в трьох інших державах-членах.
Загальний набір даних включає, серед іншого, особисті дані особи, яка здає тест, та особи, яка його проводить, торгове найменування випробування, а також інформацію про походження зразка та місце проведення тесту.
Стелла Кіріакідіс, єврокомісар із питань охорони здоров’я, зазначила: швидкі антигенні тести є важливими для уповільнення поширення COVID-19 та мають бути частиною нашої загальної відповіді на пандемію. Якщо наявність негативних тестів на COVID-19 буде необхідною або рекомендуватиметься для будь-якої діяльності, дуже важливо, щоб такі тести взаємно визнавалися та були відображені у сертифікатах, що визнаватимуться по усьому ЄС.
„Це є важливим, зокрема, в контексті дозволів на подорожі. Наші громадяни потребують ясності та передбачуваності”, – додала вона.
