Albert Montella amerikai állampolgár, aki a napokban tölti be 100. életévét nem tudta megszerezni érettségi bizonyítványát, mert fiatalkorában családjának kellett segítenie, aztán pedig megkezdődött a második világháború, s ő beállt katonának.
Nemrég végre megkapta a „highschool” végzettséget, melyet maga az iskolai körzet vezetője adott át neki. „Ez egy nagyon megható pillanat, hisz nem számítottam erre, tényleg nem számítottam” – mondta el Montella.
Az eseményen részt vett az idős úr családja, gyermekei, unokái, dédunokái és barátai is.
