 A jelentés szerint az államfő azt írta: „Meghallgattam a katonai parancsnokság jelentését a Liman hadműveleti-taktikai csoport illetékességi területén kialakult hadműveleti helyzetről.” Mint közölte, a tanácskozáson külön szóba került a megsemmisült infrastruktúra helyreállítása is, nevezetesen a zavartalan víz- és áramszolgáltatás biztosítása. „Fontolóra vettük az ideiglenesen megszállt területekről kiköltözött egészségügyi intézmények finanszírozását” – tette hozzá Volodimir Zelenszkij.
  Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök a Donyeck megyében tett munkalátogatása során megtekintette az ukrán védők előretolt állásait Bahmutnál. Az államfő jelentéseket hallgatott meg a hadműveleti helyzetről és a harcok menetéről a frontvonalon. Az elnök elbeszélgetett a katonákkal, és megköszönte Ukrajna védelmét. „Megtiszteltetés számomra, hogy ma itt lehetek, hazánk keleti részén, Donbászban, és kitüntethetem a hőseinket, köszönetet mondhatok nekik, és kezet foghatok velük. Köszönöm, hogy megvédték az államot, a szuverenitást és Kelet-Ukrajnát” – mondta el az elnök.
