Oroszország úgy döntött, hogy megszigorítja az átkelést kazahsztáni határán, és kiszűri a behívó elől a szomszédos országba távozni akaró hadköteles férfiakat – tájékoztatott az Asztraháni terület kormányzójának sajtószolgálata csütörtökön.
A nyilatkozat szerint a karaozeki határátkelőnél kilométeres sor torlódott fel hadköteles korú férfiakból.
A határátkelőnél a részleges mozgósítást szolgáló sorozási irodát állítanak fel, ahol a kiutazni vágyók útlevelét össze fogják hasonlítani a behívási listákkal.
