Hét ukrán és 22 európai mobilszolgáltató megállapodott abban, hogy további 12 hónappal meghosszabbítják az ukránok roamingdíjainak törlését – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál az Európai Bizottság sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az Európai Bizottság elősegítette a szolgáltatók közötti megállapodást a határokon átnyúló hívások díjainak kölcsönös csökkentéséről. A bizottság hozzátette, hogy az ingyenes hívások lehetővé teszik az Európában menedékjogot kérő ukránok számára, hogy kapcsolatban maradjanak rokonaikkal és barátaikkal Ukrajnában, és fordítva. Az Európai Elektronikus Hírközlési Szabályozók Testülete (BEREC) jelezte, hogy a megállapodás eredményes, mert lehetővé tette a határon átnyúló hívások megfizethető szolgáltatását.
Ezzel párhuzamosan az Európai Bizottság Ukrajnának az Európai Unió roaming-övezetébe történő integrálására készül, ami stabilabb és hosszú távú megoldást jelent majd. 2023 áprilisában az Ukrajna–Európai Unió Társulási Bizottság elfogadta a bizottság arra irányuló javaslatát, hogy Ukrajna alkalmazkodjon az EU roaming-szabályaihoz. Ukrajna következő lépése az lesz, hogy a jogszabályokat teljes mértékben hozzáigazítja az uniós jogszabályokhoz, majd az Európai Unió Tanácsa hozza meg a végső döntést.

„Ha kifejezetten a roaming szektorról beszélünk, akkor 12 hónap áll rendelkezésünkre a végrehajtásra (jogszabályi normacsomag). Az EU azt tervezi, hogy jövőre értékeli a roaming-kötelezettségeink betartását. De a megvalósítást korábbra tervezzük, hogy az év végére az EU-ban értékelésre kerüljön. Általánosságban véve igen, a tagság előtt tervezzük, hogy az EU digitális egységes piacának részévé váljunk” – mondta.

Az Európai Tanács támogatta Ukrajna csatlakozását az Európai Unió szabad barangolási övezetéhez, ami lehetővé teszi az ukránok számára, hogy kevesebbet fizessenek a mobiltelefonos roamingolásért az európai országokban – jelentette be kedden Mihajlo Fedorov miniszterelnök-helyettes, digitális átalakításért felelős miniszter a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Fedorov közölte, hogy az EU Tanácsa zöld utat adott a kétoldalú megállapodásnak. A végső döntést a Társulási Bizottságnak kell jóvá hagynia. Az ukrán hatóságok és szolgáltatók már azon dolgoznak, hogy Ukrajna mielőbb integrálódjon az európai roamingövezethez – tette hozzá.
A miniszter kifejtette, hogy a szabad barangolási övezethez történő csatlakozás után az ukránok kevesebbet fognak fizetni az EU-ba irányuló hívásokért. „Csökkennek az európai rokonok hívásainak árai az ukránok számára. A szolgáltatók nem számítanak fel 30 hrivnyát beszélgetési percenként. Nem kell SIM-kártyát cserélni az európai utazások során. Emellett az uniós szabályok szerint védik majd az ukránok fogyasztói jogait” – helyezte kilátásba Mihajlo Fedorov.

A háború elől külföldre menekült ukránok továbbra is ingyenesen kommunikálhatnak ukrajnai rokonaikkal. A megfizethető tarifákról szóló megállapodás még legalább hat hónapig érvényes.
A hírt a Digitális Átalakulási Minisztérium közölte.
„Most rendkívül fontos, hogy hazánk csatlakozzon az EU roamingteréhez. Hiszen ukránok milliói távoztak ideiglenesen különböző európai országokba, és kapcsolatba kell lépniük rokonaikkal” – mondta Mihajlo Fedorov miniszter.
Emellett a kormány az európai 5G-rendszerhez való csatlakozáson is dolgozik. Ez jelentősen javítaná a kommunikációs szolgáltatások minőségét Ukrajnában.

Az Európai Bizottság azt javasolta, hogy vegyék fel Ukrajnát az Európai Unió roamingmentes övezetébe.
A javaslat szerint az Ukrajna és az EU közötti társulási megállapodásba foglalják majd bele a roamingdíj eltörlésére vonatkozó rendelkezéseket – jelentette az Európai Bizottság sajtószolgálata. Amint megkötik a megállapodást, az ukrán turistáknak többé nem kell többletdíjat fizetniük a mobiltelefon használatáért az EU-ban.
Jelenleg az EU és Ukrajna távközlési szolgáltatói megfizethető vagy ingyenes hívásokat kínálnak az ügyfeleknek az orosz invázió miatt. Ennek a megállapodásnak köszönhetően körülbelül 4 millió háború elől menekülő embernek van megfizethető kommunikációs csomagja az EU-ban.

„Márciusban sikeresen csatlakoztattuk Ukrajnát elektromos hálózatunkhoz, amit 2024-re terveztünk, de két héten belül megtörtént. Ma Ukrajna villamos energiát exportál az Európai Unióba. Szeretném tehát jelentősen bővíteni ezt a kölcsönösen előnyös kereskedelmet. Már töröltük az EU-ba irányuló ukrán export járulékait, s most bevezetjük Ukrajnát az európai roamingterünkbe is, hiszen nagy sikert arattak „szolidaritási folyosóink (az ukrán gabonaexportnál – a szerk.). Ideje ezen az alapon tovább haladnunk” – jelentette ki.

Az Ukrajnában zajló orosz invázió miatt adott ki közleményt a három telekommunikációs nagyvállalat.
„Az Ukrajnában kialakult helyzetre tekintettel a Telekom ügyfelei 2022. február 1-től (visszavonásig) ukrajnai roaming partnerhálózatokon forgalmazott roaming díjait, beleértve az alapdíjas hanghívásokat, az alapdíjas SMS-eket és a mobilinternet forgalmat, teljes mértékben, összeghatár nélkül jóváírja annak érdekében, hogy a hozzátartozóikkal történő kommunikációjukat támogassa” – írja a Telekom.
A Vodafone is közleményt adott ki, azt írják, minden Ukrajnában tartózkodó lakossági ügyfelének díjmentessé teszik a roamingot, az SMS-, adat- és hívásforgalom esetében egyaránt. A díjmentes forgalmazás Magyarországra indított hívásokra és SMS-ekre, valamint az Ukrajnán belüli forgalmazásra vonatkozik.
A Telekom és a Vodafone közleménye után végül a Telenor Magyarország is a mai naptól (visszavonásig) jóváírja az Ukrajnában tartózkodó ügyfelei adat, hang és SMS roaming díjait. A kialakult helyzetre való tekintettel a Magyarországról ukrán alapdíjas telefonszámokra irányuló nemzetközi hívások díját szintén (visszavonásig) jóváírja ügyfeleinek a szolgáltató.
