A kérdés a kiutazás módja.” Hozzátette: „azt javaslom, hogy biztosíték, például 3-5 ezer dollár befizetése, és mehet külföldre, aki letette a pénzt.” Mint rámutatott, a teljes tilalom még jobban árt Ukrajnának. „Sok éven át a vendégmunkások pénze mentette meg a gazdaságunkat, és most ez különösen fontos” – mutatott rá a tanácsadó.
Érvelésének az alátámasztásaként a tisztségviselő a környezetéből hozott fel példát. „Egy ismerősöm a háború előtt nem érkezett aláírni a szerződést ukrán termékek Németországba szállításáról több millió dollár értékben. Három hónapja nem tud kiutazni és aláírni a megállapodást, amely lehetővé teszi számára 300 munkahely megmentését. Ezért ismét nem a tiltáson van a hangsúly, hanem a szabályozás megközelítésén” – érvelt Viktor Andrusziv.
