У британському селищі Белл-Енд група тамтешніх мешканців встановила Володимиру Путіну пам’ятник – голову російського президента зробили у формі статевого члена.
Скульптура присвячена „заслугам” Путіна. Автор ідеї, який побажав залишитися анонімним, обізвав Путіна „красенем року”: „Мені потрібно було нагородити когось премією Белл-Енду. І я подумав, що є одна людина, яка цього року взагалі була красунчиком – це Володимир Путін”.
Як пише The Independent, Путін у формі пеніса зобразили на знак протесту проти російської агресії. Перехожим роздавали яйця, якими можна було кидати у скульптуру.
Автор проекту заявив ЗМІ, що планує продавати мініатюри „путінів”, а виручені кошти передавати українським біженцям. Скульптуру створили за два-три тижні.
