Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök pénteken aláírta a nők önkéntes nyilvántartásba vételéről szóló törvényt, amit a Legfelső Tanács 2022. október 7-én fogadott el – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a Legfelső Tanács honlapjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a Legfelsőbb Tanács jelezte, hogy a nők önkéntes nyilvántartásba vételéről szóló törvényt október 21-én, pénteken az ukrán államfő aláírásával visszaküldték a törvényhozásnak.
A jogszabály szerint azok az ukrán nők, akik az Ukrajna Védelmi Minisztériuma által jóváhagyott jegyzékben meghatározott, a megfelelő katonai szakterülethez kapcsolódó végzettséggel és/vagy szakmával rendelkeznek, egészségi állapotuk és életkoruk szerint katonai szolgálatra alkalmasak (kivéve a törvény első bekezdésében felsorolt személyeket) csak önkéntes alapon, a saját beleegyezésük alapján vehetők katonai nyilvántartásba. Ugyanakkor az egészségügyi tevékenységhez kapcsolódó szakképzettséggel és/vagy szakmával rendelkező nőket hadkötelesekké kell nyilvántartani.
Mint hírportálunk október 7-én beszámolt róla, a Legfelső Tanács teljes egészében elfogadta a nők önkéntes katonai nyilvántartásba vételéről szóló 6482. számú törvényt. A jogszabály elfogadása mellett 287 képviselő szavazott.
