Újabb 12 ukrán állampolgár térhetett haza orosz fogságból, köztük öt súlyosan sérült – közölte a hadifoglyokkal való bánásmódot koordináló parancsnokság hétfőn.
A közlemény szerint tíz katona és két civil került vissza ukrán területre. A civilek közül egy Harkiv megyéből, egy pedig a Donyeck megyei Mariupolból származik. A parancsnokság arra nem tért ki, hogy cserébe az ukrán fél adott-e át orosz foglyokat.
Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy március 24-én Ukrajna egyoldalúan és feltétel nélkül visszaadta Oroszországnak mind az öt súlyosan megsebesült orosz foglyot, akik szállítható állapotban voltak.

Az ukránok több mint 90 %-a hisz a győzelemben az Oroszország elleni háborúban, de a válaszadók mérsékelt optimizmust mutatnak a határidőkkel kapcsolatban – derült ki egy frissen végzett közvélemény-kutatás adataiból, számolt be pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a kutatás eredményeiről Andrij Bicsenko, a Razumkov Központ igazgatója a YouTube-on közvetített sajtótájékoztatón. Elmondása szerint a válaszadók 93 %-a hisz Ukrajna győzelmében, ebből 79,5 % teljesen biztos benne, 13,5 % pedig inkább biztos, mint nem. „Mi több, az állampolgárok elég észrevehető optimizmust mutatnak azzal kapcsolatban is, hogy mikor jön el ez a győzelem. A válaszadók fele úgy gondolja, hogy Ukrajna győzelme a háborúban még az idei év vége előtt megszületik” – hangsúlyozta.
Ráadásul a megkérdezettek 26 %-a gondolja úgy, hogy egy-két éven belül megjön a győzelem, további 7,5 %, hogy három-öt éven belül, 1 % pedig úgy véle, hogy legkorábban öt év múlva – tájékoztatott Andrij Bicsenko.
A felmérést a Razumkov Központ végezte 2023. február 22. és március 1. között 2020 válaszadó megkérdezésével. A kutatás csak azokra a területekre terjedt ki, amelyeket Ukrajna kormánya ellenőriz, és ahol nem folynak harcok. Az elméleti mintavételi hibahatár nem haladja meg a 2,3 %-ot.

A hírt Olena Kondratyukova, a Legfelső Tanács helyettes vezetője közölte a szlovák parlamentben tartott beszéde során.
Kiemelte, hogy Szlovákia négy darab Mig–29SA típusú vadászrepülőt adott át Ukrajnának, melyek már aktívan harci feladatokat látnak el. Megköszönte a partnerországnak az eddig nyújtott támogatást.
A Fókusz kiadvány szerint a repülőgépeket a 2000-es években modernizálták. Nyugati gyártású elektronikát, navigációs rendszert szereltek rájuk, a pilótafülke monitorjait pedig modernebbekre cserélték.

Az információk szerint a legtöbb kártérítési kérelem Irpiny (20 826) és Bucsa (4 116) lakosaitól érkezett be. Valamivel kevesebb értesítést kaptak Hosztomelből (520 kérelem) és Vorzelből (41 kérelem).
„Akárhogyan is, a megrongálódott és megsemmisült otthonok kivétel nélkül minden tulajdonosa kap kártérítést. Az elnök már aláírta a kártérítésekről szóló 7198. számú törvénytervezetet, így az első kifizetések már májustól lehetségesek. A kártérítés iránti kérelem beérkezésének pillanatától a pillanatig, amikor az embernek kiállítják a lakástanúsítványt, legfeljebb 30 nap telhet el” – közölte Suljak.
Kártérítési kérelmet nemcsak a Gyiján és a közigazgatási szolgáltatások központjain (CNAP) keresztül lehet benyújtani, hanem a közjegyzőknél is. A tervek szerint a szociális védelmi központokat szintén bevonják ebbe a folyamatba.

A tudósítás szerint Zelenszkij elmondta: „Rossz és igazságtalan, amikor a frontról visszaérkező katonáinknak az az érzése, hogy sokak számára a hátországban már véget ért a háború. Aki nem csak Donyecktől vagy Nikopoltól, Szaltivkától van távol, és Szumi megye határtérségei, Zaporizzsja is. És aki mentálisan messze van a lövészárkoktól, az ukránok napi fájdalmától.
