A jelentés szerint a miniszter azt írta: „a Die Zeit című német lap újságírói készítenek velem interjút egy óvóhelyen. A háború technológiai frontjáról beszélünk.” Hozzátette: megköszöntem a német népnek a 10 000 Starlink internetes terminálból álló segélycsomagot, amelyet a következő hónapban kapunk meg. „Biztos vagyok benne, hogy hamarosan kapunk Leopard harckocsikat is” – fejezte ki meggyőződését Mihajlo Fedorov.
Mint hírportálunk 2022. december 20-án beszámolt róla, Mihajlo Fedorov miniszterelnök-helyettes, digitális átalakításért felelős miniszter bejelentette: Ukrajna megállapodást kötött Elon Musk Space Exploration Technologies Corporation vállalatával, amelynek köszönhetően a következő hónapokban több mint 10 000 Starlink terminált szállítanak Ukrajnába. „A SpaceX és a Musk gyorsan reagáltak a problémákra, és segítenek nekünk” – tette hozzá. Mint megjegyezte, személyesen beszélt Muskkal. Elmondása szerint a multimilliomos biztosította, hogy továbbra is támogatja Ukrajnát.

A hírt Mihajlo Fedorov, Ukrajna digitális átalakulási minisztere közölte a Telegramon.
„Az utolsó tétel – 8 ezer terminál – megvásárlását Lengyelország segítette. Ebből több száz Starlink működik már a legyőzhetetlenségi pontokon országszerte. Kaptak belőle továbbá az energetikai szakemberek és az egészségügyi dolgozók” – mondta el.
A Starlink terminálok Ukrajna kritikus infrastruktúrájának részévé váltak. „Ezeknek köszönhetően az ukránok olyan helyeken is kapcsolatban maradnak, ahol áramszünet esetén nem működik a megszokott hálózat” – tette hozzá a miniszter.

Ukrajna hamarosan újabb 5000 ezer Starlink internetes terminált kap a partnereitől, a legtöbbet a fegyveres erőkhöz továbbítják – közölte pénteken Mihajlo Fedorov, digitális átalakítási miniszter egy televíziós interjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Fedorov az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy Ukrajna a teljes körű invázió kezdete óta 25 ezer Starlink terminált kapott. A hadseregnek, az egészségügynek, az energetikai szakembereknek és állami intézményeknek küldték őket – tette hozzá.
„Sajnos az állam nem követi az Agile-t, amikor gyorsan tud alkalmazkodni a változásokhoz. Ezért máig 25 ezer Starlinket kaptunk, és további 4-5 ezret várunk, és mindezt más államok adományozóinak köszönhetően vásároltuk meg” – jegyezte meg a miniszter.
A tárcavezető azt is elmondta, hogy kommunikál Elon Muskkal. Dolgozunk azon, hogy a cége biztosíthassa a szükséges számú Starlinket, hiszen ezekből hiány van a világon – mutatott rá. „A Digitális Átalakítás Minisztériuma különleges ajánlatot kapott a Starlinkekkel kapcsolatban. Alacsonyabb áron, mint a magánfelhasználók. Ezenkívül minden egyes terminálegységre 3-6-9 hónappal előre előfizetési díjat kell fizetni” – emlékeztetett Mihajlo Fedorov.

Ukrajna megállapodást kötött Elon Musk Space Exploration Technologies Corporation vállalatával, amelynek köszönhetően a következő hónapokban több mint 10 000 Starlink terminált szállítanak Ukrajnába – jelentette be Mihajlo Fedorov miniszterelnök-helyettes, digitális átalakításért felelős miniszter, tájékoztatott kedden az rbc.ua hírportál a Bloomberg amerikai hírügynökségre hivatkozva.
Jelentés szerint a helyettes kormányfő közölte, hogy Ukrajna megállapodást kötött további Starlink antennák szállításáról Ukrajnába Elon Musk cégével. „A SpaceX és a Musk gyorsan reagáltak a problémákra, és segítenek nekünk” – tette hozzá. Mint megjegyezte, személyesen beszélt Muskkal. Elmondása szerint a multimilliomos biztosította, hogy továbbra is támogatja Ukrajnát.
„Amikor hatalmas áramszünet volt, aznap küldtem neki egy üzenetet, és azonnal reagált, és már tett is néhány lépést. Megérti a helyzetet” – jelezte a miniszter. A szavai szerint mostanra minden pénzügyi kérdés megoldódott. Ugyanakkor rámutatott, hogy bár szerződés még nincs, az Európai Unió több országának kormánya már kész megosztani Ukrajnával a szállítmány költségeit. Viszont Ukrajnának tavasszal további finanszírozási források után kell néznie – emlékeztetett.
A tárcavezető megállapította, hogy a műholdas kommunikációnak nincs alternatívája. „Az új internet-terminálokat kritikus helyzetekben, például áramszünet esetén a kapcsolat stabilizálására használják majd” – hangsúlyozta Mihajlo Fedorov.

Az igényeltnél kevesebb műhold felbocsátását hagyta jóvá a SpaceX-nek az amerikai Szövetségi Kommunikációs Bizottság (FCC). A szatellitek a mostanság igen leterhelt Starlink műholdas internetszolgáltatás kapacitásait növelik majd, az engedély szerint a tervezettnél kisebb mértékben. A Starlink 2.0 műholdak a SpaceX ígérete szerint a csillagászok munkáját már nem fogják zavarni.
A SpaceX először 2020-ban kért engedélyt az amerikai Szövetségi Kommunikációs Bizottságtól 29 988 második generációs Starlink-műhold fellövésére, az FCC azonban csak most hagyta jóvá ezt – részben legalábbis. Az Engadget szerint ugyanis Elon Musk vállalata csak arra kapott engedélyt, hogy 7500 műholdat építsen, fellőjön és üzemeltessen 525, 530 és 525 kilométeres magasságban.
Ez lehetővé teszi a Starlink számára, hogy a világ távoli részein élő felhasználók számára is szélessávú internetet biztosítson. A műholdak számát azért korlátozta az FCC 7500-ra, hogy eloszlassák az űrszeméttel és az űrbiztonsággal kapcsolatos aggályokat. Állítják: a korlátozott engedély segíteni fogja a biztonságos űrkörnyezet fenntartását, továbbá megvédi a többi műholdas és földi szolgáltatót a káros interferenciától.
Korábban ugyanis több vállalat, sőt maga a NASA is aggodalmát fejezte ki a 30 000 új műhold kapcsán, miután az FCC jóváhagyta 12 000 elsőgenerációs műhold fellövését. A NASA bizottságnak címzett levelében a bővülő számú, Föld körül keringő műholdak lehetséges, a tudományra és az emberi űrutazásokra gyakorolt hatását hangsúlyozta.
Augusztusban a Starlink ígéretet tett arra, hogy a műholdjait a jövőben már nem lehet majd szabad szemmel látni, és ezt orvosolandó három konkrét dolgot is ígértek a második generációs műholdak kapcsán: a napelemcellák ezentúl fehér helyett sötétvörösek lesznek; a berendezések nagyrésze egy kevésbé fényvisszaverő anyaggal lesz bevonva; és ahol ez nem lehetséges, ott sötétebb festéket használnak majd.
Korábban ugyanis a csillagászok nemtetszésüket fejezték ki a műholdakkal kapcsolatban, mivel azok belerondítottak a megfigyeléseikbe. Hogy miként teszik tönkre az éjszakai látványt Musk műholdjai Magyarországon, azt Fejes Zsolt amatőr csillagász is megörökítette 2019-ben.
Jól jöhet a vállalatnak az erőforrás-bővítés, a Starlink a napokban azzal került be a hírekbe, hogy korlátozni kezdi az internetszolgáltatást azoknál, akik egy meghatározott idősávban, csúcsidőben átlépik az 1 TB-os adatkeretet. Emellett az ukránoknak pedig csaknem a duplájára emelkedett a starlinkes internet ára az elmúlt időszakban.

„További 1570 Lengyelországtól kapott Starlink már Ukrajnában van. Ez most különösen fontos, mert az orosz ágyúzás miatt gondjaink vannak az árammal. Amikor megszűnik az áramszolgáltatás, a mobilszolgáltatók és az internetszolgáltatók egyes régiókban nem működnek. Elmondása szerint a terminálok egy részét átadják a megszállt területek adminisztrációinak. Ezenkívül Ukrzaliznicja is kap a segélyből, hogy az utasok és az alkalmazottak stabil mobilkommunikációval és internettel rendelkezzenek a vonatokon.
Fedorob emlékeztetett arra, hogy a teljes körű invázió kezdete óta a Digitális Átalakulási Minisztérium közreműködésével Ukrajna több mint 20 ezer Starlink terminált kapott adományozóktól és partnerektől, ebből 5 ezret a lengyel kormány támogatásával.

Elon Musk, a SpaceX alapítója a Twitteren közölte, hogy Oroszország „megölheti”a Starlink kommunikációs rendszert, amely egyetlenként működik az ukrán fronton – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál az eredeti forrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Musk azt írta: „nagy különbség van a civil kommunikáció és a frontvonalbeli kommunikáció között. A Starlink az egyetlen kommunikációs rendszer, amely még mindig működik a fronton, a többi már döglött. Oroszország aktívan próbálja megölni a Starlinket. A SpaceX a megóvása érdekében hatalmas erőforrásokat fordított a védelemre. De még ebben az esetben is meghalhat a Starlink.”
A milliárdos vállalkozó azt is kifogásolta, hogy a Starlink műholdas kommunikáció Ukrajnában havonta 20 millió dollárba kerül a cégnek. „A terminálok mellett műholdakat és földi állomásokat kell építenünk, indítanunk, karbantartanunk és feltöltenünk, valamint fizetnünk kell a távközlési szolgáltatóknak az átjárókon keresztüli internet-hozzáférésért. Védekezni kell az egyre terjedő kibertámadások és zavarások ellen is” – mutatott rá Elon Musk.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy korábban azt írta, hogy a SpaceX felszólította a Pentagont, hogy finanszírozza a Starlink havi szolgáltatásait Ukrajnában. Felhívásában a cég leszögezte, hogy „további terminálokat nem adományozhat Ukrajnának, és nem finanszírozhatja meghatározatlan ideig a meglévő terminálokat”.

Szeretnénk nyomatékosítani azt a rendkívül veszélyes trendet, amely az ukrajnai események során megmutatkozott, és túlmegy az űrbeli technológiák békés felhasználásán. Mégpedig azt, hogy az Egyesült Államok és szövetségesei civil, ezen belül kereskedelmi infrastruktúrát használnak katonai célokra. Úgy tűnik, kollégáink nincsenek tisztában azzal, hogy ezzel követetten egy katonai konfliktus résztvevőivé válnak. A diplomata azt is kifejtette, hogy a nyugati országok veszélyeztetik a világűr békéjét, és úgy vélte, hogy ezzel megsértik a világűr kutatásával és felhasználásával kapcsolatos nemzetközi egyezményt.
Haderőt a polcról
A probléma egyik meg nem nevezett oka Elon Musk űrcégének műholdas internetszolgáltatása, a Starlink. Ukrajna az orosz invázió első hónapjaiban több mint tízezer parabolaantennát kapott a megsemmisült távközlési infrastruktúra pótlására. Ez természetesen kiváltotta Oroszország haragját, főleg azután, hogy akciójuk hadvezetési, hírszerzési, haditechnikai és logisztikai kudarcok sorozatává alakult.
Az oroszok eddig sem tétlenkedtek. Amíg Musk és az orosz űrügyek azóta leváltott vezetője, Dimitrij Rogozin heves szócsatákat folytatott az interneten, a megszállás kezdetén kiütött Viasat-terminálokhoz hasonlóan megpróbálták kibertámadással és zavarással ellehetetleníteni a Starlink használatát. Ezzel maga az orosz hadsereg vette el Musk marketingeseinek kenyerét, a támadás ugyanis nem járt sikerrel.
Ugyanakkor nem a Starlink az egyetlen gond. Kevesebb figyelmet kaptak, de annál nagyobb közvetlen hasznot hajtottak a harctéren a magánműholdfotós cégek, mint a Planet, a Maxar és a BlackSky. A Bayraktar drónok és a HIMARS ballisztikus rakéták sikeres szereplése mellett az orosz–ukrán háború egyik rejtett hadtörténeti-technikai fejleménye, hogy a média még egy lépéssel közelebb került az eseményekhez. A harctérről, a katonáktól kerülnek a közösségi médiára a képek és videók, amelyekből – nem nagy túlzással – egy görbe fáról megállapítható, pontosan hol készültek. Egy ilyen eseménysor végén érte telitalálat a Wagner-csoport nevű orosz katonai cég/paramilitáris szervezet főhadiszállását Kelet-Ukrajnában. Az internet mellett tehát komplett műholdas hírszerzést is amerikai magáncégek szolgáltatják.
Épül a Halálcsillag
Az oroszok fenyegetését több okból is érdemes komolyan venni. Az egyik, hogy nemzetközi botrányt okozva 2021 novemberében fegyvertesztelés közben szétlőtték egyik kéttonnás műholdjukat ötszáz kilométeres magasságban, ami ugyanennyi űrszeméttel fenyegeti a következő évtizedben az ilyen magasságban mozgó eszközöket, például a Nemzetközi Űrállomást is.
Idén júliusban az is ismertté vált, hogy az orosz hadsereg délnyugati Krona űrközpontjában új létesítményt építenek, amely egy elektrooptikai fegyverrendszernek ad majd helyet. Az amerikai hírszerzés szerint itt a Kalina program keretében egy műholdak elleni lézerfegyvert építenek, amely képes lesz megvakítani a műholdfotós rendszereket.
Ráadásul nem csak az oroszoknak szúrják a szemét a műholdak, Kína is ellenséges fegyverrendszernek tekinti például a Starlink rendszert. Ha lézerrel vagy más módon szeretnék ellehetetleníteni ezeket, nem árt azonban sietni, mert csak Starlink műholdból jelenleg 2300 kering a Föld körül, és hetente ötvennel gyarapodik a számuk.

A támadó – aki nem a rendszerben lévő adatok megszerzése miatt követte el cselekményét – egy 25 dolláros szerkezettel jutott be a Starlink rendszerébe. Ezt ő maga építette meg a webről megrendelt eszközökből.
A hibák után kutató szakember, a KU Leuven cég munkatársa a Githubon közzétett dokumentációban részletesen is bemutatta, milyen rést talált a Starlink rendszerében, és hogy az milyen támadásokra alkalmas. Állította, hogy a hiba tetszőleges kódfuttatást is lehetővé tesz, amivel további károk okozhatók.
A szakértő a SpaceX-et is tájékoztatta a feltárt sebezhetőségről, amit a cég mostanra – legalábbis elmondásuk szerint – szoftveres frissítéssel javított.

„Kapcsolattartási problémák esetén orvosainknak és pácienseiknek lehetőségük lesz a műholdas internethez való folyamatos hozzáféréshez” – közölte.
Elmondása szerint az állomás teljesítménye elegendő ahhoz, hogy jó minőségű internettel lásson el több tucat eszközt.
Az állomásokat a Novák Endre Kárpátaljai Megyei Klinikai Kórház, a Kárpátaljai Megyei Vérátömlesztési Állomás, a Megyei Háborús Veterán Kórház, a Beregszászban található Megyei Pszichiátriai Gondozóintézet, a Kárpátaljai Tumorellenes Központ, a Tüdőgondozó, a Megyei Klinikai Infektológiai Kórház, a Kárpátaljai Megyei Kardiológiai és Szívsebészeti Klinikai Központ, valamint a Megyei Idegsebészeti Központ kapta.
