Az Orosz Föderáció szerbeket toboroz katonai erőinek kiegészítésére Ukrajna elleni háborúban – közölte a The Guardian brit kiadvány. A sajtóorgánum úgy véli, hogy ezek az akciók bonyolítják a két ország viszonyát, mert a szerb törvények tiltják a külföldi háborúkban való részvételt.
Oroszország számos törvényt fogadott el, amelyek célja, hogy külföldi állampolgárokat sorozhassanak be a hadseregbe. A Kreml vezetője, Vlagyimir Putyin a biztonsági kérdésekről tartott megbeszélésen, amelyre nem sokkal csapatai Ukrajna elleni támadása után került sor, kijelentette, hogy segíteni kell azoknak a külföldieknek, akik Oroszország oldalán akarnak harcolni.
A 2012 óta EU-tagjelölt Szerbia egyensúlyoz az Oroszországgal való történelmileg szoros kapcsolatok és az európai integráció vágyai között. Az országban fokozódott a feszültség az Ukrajna elleni háború miatt, ahol sok szerb szimpatizál Oroszországgal. Az oroszbarát hangulat különösen erős a szerb ultranacionalisták körében, akik az Ukrajna elleni háború kezdete után számos Moszkva-barát megmozdulást szerveztek – írta a sajtó.
A beszervezett szerbek száma még nem elég jelentős ahhoz, hogy kézzelfoghatóan befolyásolja a harci cselekmények lefolyását, Moszkva lépései a kevés nyugati szövetségese egyikével, Szerbiával való viszony megromlásához vezethetnek – véli a kiadvány.
A toborzási terv vezetője a szerb Davor Szavicsics volt, aki évekig harcolt az első orosz csoport tagjaként, amely 2014-ben megszállta Ukrajnát. Kapcsolatban áll a Wagner magánalakulattal is. A Fontanka orosz kiadvány arról számolt be, hogy korábban Szíriában harcolt együtt a wagneristákkal.
A BBC orosz nyelvű szolgálata, amely a múlt héten számolt be először a szerb toborzási programról, azt közölte, hogy birtokába jutott egy privát felvétel Szavicsics meg nem nevezett moszkvai tisztviselőkkel való találkozójáról, amelyen Szavicsics azt mondta, hogy közel 1000 szerb állampolgárt tervez toborozni, hogy megalakítsa saját zászlóalját a 106. légideszant hadosztály keretein belül.
A toborzás megronthatja a Moszkva és Belgrád közötti kapcsolatokat. Többek között 2023 januárjában Olekszandr Vučić szerb elnök dühösen reagált a nemzeti televízióban, miután egy orosz híradóban szerb önkénteseket mutattak be, akik Wagner csapatokkal együtt készülnek harcolni Ukrajna ellen.
„A Wagner képviselői miért hívogatnak embereket Szerbiából, ha tudják, hogy ez ellentétben van a szabályainkkal?” – mondta az elnök arra a törvényre utalva, amely tiltja a szerbek külföldi konfliktusokban való részvételét.
Milos Vucevic szerb védelmi miniszter is óva intette a szerbeket attól, hogy csatlakozzanak az orosz hadsereghez. Több mint kéttucatnyi szerb nacionalista ellen indult büntetőeljárás.

Szeptemberben Vlagyimir Putyin rendeletet írt alá az Oroszországi Föderáció további 130 000 állampolgárának katonai szolgálatra való behívásáról.
Az oroszok által ideiglenesen megszállt Herszon régióban a megszállók behívókat adnak a helyi lakosoknak, számolt be a Nemzeti Ellenállási Központ sajtószolgálata október 18-án.
Az ideiglenesen megszállt déli területeken az ellenség helyi lakosságot mozgósítja a hadseregbe. A herszoni régióban előfordultak olyan esetek, amikor kifejezetten mozgósítás céljából kézbesítettek behívókat, miután a helyiek az álhadkiegészítő központokba jöttek adategyeztetésre.
A Nemzeti Ellenállási Központ megjegyezte, hogy a régióban minden férfit arra kényszerítenek, hogy az álhadkiegészítő központokba menjenek, hogy tisztázzák adataikat.
A Központ emlékeztetett arra, hogy a megszállt területek lakóinak mozgósítása súlyosan sérti a nemzetközi jogot, és az ukránok elpusztításának szándékát jelzi.

A Kreml stratégiai feladatának tekinti a fehérorosz hadsereg bevonását egy szárazföldi hadműveletbe az Ukrajna elleni háborúban – jelentette ki szombaton Andrij Juszov, a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztályának szóvivője a Radio NV rádióállomásnak adott interjújában, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Juszov elmondta: „A Kreml stratégiai feladata, hogy a fehérorosz hadsereget bevonja a teljes értékű szárazföldi hadműveletbe az Ukrajna elleni háborúba Oroszország oldalán. A teljes körű invázió teljes időtartama alatt ez nem sikerült. Ennek ellenére az orosz különleges szolgálatok nem hagynak fel az erre irányuló kísérleteikkel.”
A szóvivő emlékeztetett arra, hogy a mostani próbálkozás nem ez az első provokációs kísérlet az orosz terroristák részéről Ukrajna hiteltelenítésére és Fehéroroszország háborúba rángatására. Szerinte Minszk tudja, hogy valójában ki áll a fent említett erőfeszítések hátterében, és megérti, hogy a háború nem szolgálja az érdekeit. Oroszország azonban továbbra is megpróbálja „provokálni” az országot – tette hozzá.
Amint az ukrán katonai hírszerzés embere megjegyezte, az Oroszországi Föderáció minden információval rendelkezik a szövetséges területén található összes kritikus infrastrukturális létesítményről, valamint az ország, a különleges szolgálatok és a hadsereg összes erejéről és gyengeségéről. „Ezt az információt Ukrajna és maga Fehéroroszország ellen is felhasználták és fogják is használni. Számos ilyen forgatókönyv létezik. A szimulált diverzáns csoportok, drónok használatától az energiaszektor infrastrukturális létesítményeiig és sok más ponton. Ebben az összefüggésben az oroszokat nem szabad alábecsülni. Rengeteg tapasztalatuk van: mind Voronyezs bombázása, mind a saját házaik felrobbantása saját civil lakosságukkal, és sok más forgatókönyv” – magyarázta Andrij Juszov.

A jelentés szerint Podoljak elmondta: „Oroszország területén maguk az orosz állampolgárok működnek, akik Oroszország területén tartózkodnak. A hálózat meglehetősen aktív és hatékony, ezt mi magunk is láthatjuk. Láthatjuk Kurszk térségében és láthatjuk Belgorod térségében is. Folyamatosan növekszik a katonai létesítmények elleni hatékony fellépések száma is, és a kritikus létesítmények tekintetében.”
Az elnöki hivatalvezetői tanácsadó jelezte azt is, hogy az oroszországi incidensek száma növekedni fog. „Oroszországnak rá kell jönnie, hogy ez egy kétoldalú játék. Az idei év már jelentősen eltér számára az előzőtől” – tette hozzá Mihajlo Podoljak.

Oroszországban tilos vetíteni a Barbie-filmet, illetve a Warner Bros. is közölte, hogy nem viszi el az alkotását az oroszokhoz az ukrajnai háborúra adott szankcióként. Ennek ellenére a Barbie kalózutakon bejutott Oroszországba, orosz szinkron is készült hozzá, a multiplex mozik pedig orosz rövidfilmként meghirdetve vetítik.
Azt követően, hogy Oroszország megtámadta Ukrajnát, még 2022 februárjában a legtöbb hollywoodi stúdió szankcionálta az orosz piacot. A filmjeiket nem mutatják be az oroszoknál, és ez igaz az olyan filmekre is, mint az idei év legnagyobb sikere, a Barbie.
Hivatalosan tehát a Barbie-filmet nem mutatták be Oroszországban, azonban ez nem jelenti azt, hogy az orosz embereknek le kell mondaniuk Margot Robbie és Ryan Gosling kasszasikeréről. Az orosz multiplex mozikban már régóta műsoron van a Barbie, ráadásul orosz szinkront is kapott. Természetesen nem a Warner vitte be a filmet az országba, hanem illegális másolatokat szereztek a környező országokból.
Az orosz mozik még a szerzői jogi problémákra is gondoltak, annak ellenére, hogy valószínűtlen, hogy a Mattel vagy a Warner Bros. bármit tehetne, ha nyíltan vállalnák, hogy műsoron van nálunk a Barbie. Ennek ellenére a moziműsorokban országszerte hirdetnek régebbi és újabb orosz rövidfilmeket, amelyekre tömegek váltanak jegyet. Az általában 10-15 perces orosz rövidfilmek előtt előzetesként fut a Barbie-film. Mármint nem a Barbie-film előzetese, hanem az egész filmet adják le mint előzetest.
Az orosz mozik viszont nemcsak a nyugati szellemi tulajdonjogi perektől védik magukat, hanem a Kremltől is, hiszen a Barbie-film nem felel meg a Vlagyimir Putyin elnök által meghatározott hagyományos orosz erkölcsi és szellemi értékeknek – ez az orosz kulturális minisztérium állásfoglalása. Ennek megfelelően a Barbie nem is kapott forgalmazási engedélyt Oroszországban, így hivatalosan nem is lehetne a mozikban vetíteni.
Az orosz mozinézők szerint jó dolog, hogy az ilyen filmeket elérhetővé teszik az országukban. Volt, aki azt mondta, hogy nem kell egyetérteni azzal, ami a filmben van, de szerencsés, ha legalább meg lehet nézni. Ezzel szemben Maria Butina orosz képviselő úgy véli, hogy a Barbie-jelenség teljesen káros. A film és a játékbaba egyaránt.
Az orosz kultúrába nem fér bele a Barbie
Maria Butina egy a BBC-nek adott interjúban arról beszélt, hogy próbálják megértetni a mozikkal, hogy tartsák be a törvényeket, és ne vetítsék a Barbie-t. A riporter ezzel szemben azt vetette fel, hogy Oroszország sem tartotta magát a jogszabályokhoz, amikor megtámadta Ukrajnát. Butina a bevett orosz álláspont alapján fejti ki ezzel kapcsolatban, hogy Oroszország nem támadta meg Ukrajnát, hanem megmenti a Donbasz lakosságát.
Ez a megmentő szerep az elfogadott narratíva az országban, emellett pedig a nyugati ellenségkép erősítése. Az orosz televízióban a BBC riportere szerint egész nap olyan híreket sugároznak, amelyek szerint a Nyugat Oroszország elpusztítására törekszik, illetve a kötelező történelemtankönyvek szerint a Nyugat arra törekszik, hogy feldarabolja Oroszországot, és megszerezze a természeti erőforrásait.
Az orosz állami nézőpont ellenére Moszkvában sokan vannak, akik nyitottak a nyugati kulturális termékekre, például a Barbie-filmre. Ez látszik a moziknak otthont adó plázákban is, ahol a filmhez készült promóciós anyagokat és installációkat állítottak fel. Az egyik plázában például sok ember készített fotót egy felállított, ember nagyságú rózsaszín babaház mellett vagy a kartonpapírból kivágott Kent és Barbie-t formáló táblákkal.
A BBC riportere megjegyezte, hogy ez a nyitottság a Nyugat felé csak Moszkvában és a nyugat-oroszországi nagyobb városokban tapasztalható.
