A kelet-európai országok a menekültbefogadó állomások újranyitására és az élelmiszer-készletek feltöltésére készülnek a tél közeledtével azt követően, hogy Oroszország elkezdte támadni Ukrajna energiarendszerét és hőerőműveit, ami az ukrán menekültek újabb hullámát indíthatja el irányukba – adta hírül szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a Reuters hírügynökségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a szlovák kormány rendkívüli intézkedési terve konkrétan az elkövetkező hónapokra több százezer ukrán menekült beáramlásával számol. Az ENSZ Menekültügyi Főbiztosságának (UNHCR) adatai szerint jelenleg mintegy 4,5 millió ukrán menekültet tartanak nyilván különböző védelmi programok keretében Európa-szerte, közülük sokan az Ukrajnával határos uniós országokban – Szlovákiában, Lengyelországban, Magyarországon és Romániában – tartózkodnak.
A február 24-i orosz inváziót követő kezdeti megugrás után késő tavaszra csökkent az Ukrajnából nyugatra tartó menekültek száma. Idén ősszel nem volt nagy létszámnövekedés, de a jótékonysági szervezetek szerint már jelei vannak megnövekedett mozgásnak a határokon át, ezért fokozzák az előkészületeket. „Érezhető és várható a menekültek számának növekedése. Ez jelenleg 15 %-on áll” – mondta el Roman Dohovic, a kelet-szlovákiai Kassa város segélykoordinátora. Mint jelezte, Kassa az elmúlt hetekben körülbelül napi 60 embernek biztosított szállást, de arra készül, hogy szükség esetén 48 órán belül 1000-re emeljék ezt a számot.
Magyarországon Dobis-Lucski Zsófia, a Magyarországi Református Egyház határon dolgozó civil szervezetének szóvivője elmondta, hogy a záhonyi pályaudvarra naponta megtízszereződött, 300-500 körülire nőtt az érkező ukrán menekültek száma az orosz légicsapások kezdete óta. Ez még mindig nem éri el a tavasszal tapasztalt napi 1000-et, de az ukrajnai áramhiány a következő hetekben várhatóan növeli a menekülthullámot – tette hozzá.
Szlovákia készenléti terve szerint három hónapon belül akár 700 ezren is beléphetnek a területére a fagyos hőmérséklet és a kelet- és dél-ukrajnai területeken folyó heves harcok miatt. A kelet-lengyelországi Przemysl városban, amely az orosz invázió óta a menekültek legforgalmasabb helyévé vált, a helyi befogadóközpont ma már csak néhány tucat embernek ad otthont, töredéke annak a 4000 embernek, akik tavasszal ott voltak. „Fel kell készülnünk a télre, már régen megjósoltuk, hogy nehéz lehet, és fel kell készülnünk egy új menekülthullámra” – mondta el Witold Volczyk, a przemysli polgármesteri hivatal szóvivője.
Vit Rakusan cseh belügyminiszter múlt héti kijevi útja után azt mondta, hogy az Európában bejelentkezett menekültek mintegy ötöde visszatért Ukrajnába, de néhányuk ismét útnak indulhat a zord téli körülmények miatt. Csehország nem határos Ukrajnával, de a menekültek kedvelt célpontja, ahol 457 ezren tartózkodnak. „Minden, ami meghaladja a félmillió embert, komolyan megterheli az egészségügyi és oktatási rendszert, de különösen a tisztességes lakhatás biztosításának képességét. Nem fog működni, ha télen rögtönzött sátrakat állítunk fel” – mutatott rá Vit Rakusan.

Az oroszországi részleges mozgósítás keretében besorozott 300 ezer katonából 87 ezret vezényeltek eddig a harci övezetbe – közölte Szergej Sojgu orosz védelmi miniszter egy keddi online parancsnoki tanácskozáson.
„87 ezer embert vezényeltek a harci övezetbe, miután kiegészítő és harci kiképzést kaptak” – mondta Sojgu.
A tárcavezető szerint a mozgósítottak felkészítésben mintegy háromezer olyan kiképzőt alkalmaztak, akik harci tapasztalatokat szereztek a Moszkva által „különleges hadműveletnek” nevezett ukrajnai háború során. Mint mondta, a kiképzésen elsősorban a terepgyakorlatra, valamint a kommunikációs, navigációs és felderítő berendezések használatára összpontosítanak, a központokban harcjármű- és harckocsiszemélyzetet, tüzéreket, mesterlövészeket, drónirányítókat, elektronikus hadviselési szakembereket és másokat képeznek ki.
Az ukrán, valamint a külföldi hírszerzés szerint azonban a katonákat felkészületlenül küldték a harci övezetbe. Erről tanúskodik az is, hogy számos mozgósított személy frontra történő érkezése és halála között mindössze 10 nap telt el.
A besorozott orosz állampolgárok, akik meg szeretnék menteni életüket, hívhatjkák az erre a célra létrehozott forróvonalakat: +38 066 580 34 98-as, +38 093 119 29 84-es. Ukrajna garantálja a Genfi Egyezmény betartását a hadifoglyokkal kapcsolatban.

A hadiállapot alatt megnőtt a vértartalékok feltöltésének igénye: mind a sebesült katonák, mind az orosz agresszió következtében sérüléseket szenvedett civilek számára sok vér szükséges.
Bármely 18 év feletti egészséges ukrán állampolgár adhat vért, ha nincs ellenjavallat. A vért Munkácson, Ilosván, Huszton, Técsőn, Rahón, Nagyszőlősön, Szolyván, Ökörmezőn a kórházakban és a megyei vérátömlesztő állomáson fogadják reggel 9 és 14 óra között. A megyében orvoscsoportok is dolgoznak, amelyek szervezett csapatokban utaznak abban az esetben, ha van 50 önkéntes az adott helyen.
Ne feledjék, hogy a vér életeket menthet mind a fronton, mind a hátországban. Az adományozás hozzájárul az agresszor feletti győzelmünkhöz.

„Szeptember második felében, az orosz–ukrán háború idején a 68. kárpátaljai külön zászlóalj harcosai részt vettek a híres harkovi hadműveletben, amelynek során három luxemburgnyi terület szabadult fel az orosz megszállók alól. A harcosoknak abban a megtiszteltetésben volt részük, hogy több települést felszabadíthattak, különös tekintettel arra, hogy az ukrán–orosz határ közelében fekvő Ambarne faluba elsőként behatoló magyar nemzetiségűek voltak Laci, Áron, Bars hívójelekkel. A magyarok voltak az ukrán fegyveres erők első katonái, akik felszabadították és megtisztították ezt a települést az ellenségtől” – olvashatjuk a bejegyzésben.
Elmondása szerint a 68-as egység soraiban a Nyíregyházi Tigers amerikai futballcsapat több játékosa is szolgál.
