A társadalmi egyenlőtlenség növekedésével együtt az orosz középosztály egyre zsugorodik – derült ki egy orosz szakértők által készített tanulmányból. A kutatók szerint a Moszkva ellen hozott szankciók annyira korlátozzák az ország növekedési potenciálját, hogy emiatt hatalmas szakadék fog kialakulni a nagyon gazdagok és a nagyon szegények között.
Az orosz társadalomban jelen lévő gazdasági egyenlőtlenséget kutató oroszországi tanulmány négy lehetséges forgatókönyvet vázolt fel arról, hogy hogyan fog változni az orosz életszínvonal 2030-ra – írta meg a Reuters. A kutatást a Moszkvai Felső Közgazdasági Iskola Szociálpolitikai Intézetének szakértői csinálták.
Az egy 2022-es felmérésen alapuló tanulmány szerint Oroszországban csak akkor lehet csökkenteni a szegénységet, ha alapvetően a globális gazdaság egy növekedési pályára áll, illetve a nyugati szankciókat enyhítik.
A szakértők szerint az orosz középosztály akkor is szenvedni fog, ha a szankciós nyomás a közeljövőben elkezd csökkenni.
Az adatok szerint Oroszország gazdasága meglepően ellenállónak bizonyult tavaly a szankciókkal szemben, de az életszínvonal így is csökkent. A kutatók attól tartanak, hogy ez a tendencia folytatódni fog, ha a kormány tovább növeli a katonai kiadásokat az ukrajnai konfliktus miatt.
A tanulmány legoptimistább forgatókönyve szerint a reáljövedelmek 2030-ban nagyjából 2 százalékkal haladják majd meg a 2021-es szintet. Ebben az esetben a szegénység a 2022-es 11,8 százalékról 10 százalék alá csökkenhet. Bár a szegénység csökkenni fog, ez nem teljesen az alsóbb osztályok gyarapodása miatt lesz, hanem azért, mert a középosztály aránya a jelenleg becsült 20–50 százalék közötti szintjéről 2030-ra 14–31 százalékra csökkenhet.
Látható, hogy a legkedvezőbb esetben is a középosztály jólétének csökkenésével kell számolni – mondta a tanulmány egyik szerzője. A negatívabb lehetőségek szerint a reáljövedelmek az évtized végére 20 százalékkal csökkennek majd.
Arra számíthatunk, hogy a jelenlegi állás szerint 2030-ra a legfelsőbb rétegtől minden más gazdasági helyzetben lévő csoport le fog szakadni. A skála alján lévő csoportok között a különbség csökken majd, de azért, mert a középosztály lejjebb csúszik, a szegények közelébe – tették hozzá.
A tanulmány minden esetben az életszínvonal csökkenését és a társadalmi egyenlőtlenség fokozódását várja a következő években Oroszországban.

Megkérdezhetik, hogy miért ilyen keveset hoztunk haza az összes kitoloncolt gyerek számához képest. De nekünk ez nem csupán egy szám – ez 128 gyermek élete. A hazatérésük rengeteg ember munkájába került, akik hónapokig dolgoznak azon, hogy legalább egy gyermeket hazahozzanak. Ez rengeteg biztonsági kockázatot rejt magában, többek között azok számára is, akik ebben segítenek – mondta az osztályvezető az Ukrinformnak.
Julia Osenko szerint az ukrán gyerekek hazatéréséhez nemzetközi együttműködésre van szükség. „Ukrajna mindent megtesz, de sajnos ez nem elég. A diplomácia szokásos eszközei nem működnek, a nemzetközi humanitárius jog követelményei nem vonatkoznak az agresszorra, így nincs egységes mechanizmus, és a szokásos szabályok nem működnek. A mi feladatunk az, hogy folyamatosan keressük az ilyen utakat, és párbeszédet folytassunk azokkal, akik támogatnak minket” – tette hozzá.

Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet ukrajnai humanitárius válságról szóló jelentése szerint 17,7 millió ember szorult segítségre, és 7,5 millió ukrán menekült kényszerült elhagyni otthonát – értesült a The Guardian.
A jelentés vitát váltott ki az Egyesült Államok és Oroszország között, a Kreml szerint politikai indíttatású, Washington szerint pedig aktualizálásra szorul – írja a Reuters. A WHO főigazgatója, Tedrosz Adhanom Gebrejeszusz a jelentést a szervezet végrehajtó bizottsága elé terjesztette, amelyben Oroszország és az Egyesült Államok is helyet foglal.
A jelentés 2022 első kilenc hónapjának eseményeire terjedt ki, és az ukrajnai helyzetet a nyolc akut globális egészségügyi vészhelyzet egyikének minősítette. A jelentés több mint 14 ezer civil áldozatot dokumentált. Az egészségügyi létesítmények ellen világszerte elkövetett 471 nehézfegyveres támadásból 448 Ukrajnában történt – áll a WHO jelentésében.
Oroszországnak a WHO igazgatótanácsában ülő képviselője politizáltnak és egyoldalúnak nevezte a jelentést, és megalapozatlan vádaskodásnak minősítette az Ukrajnára tett utalásokat.
Sheba Crocker, az Egyesült Államok ENSZ-képviselője egy frissített jelentést kért, amely dokumentálja a szeptember óta Ukrajnában történt incidenseket.
Oroszország támadásai kimondhatatlan károkat okoztak a civileknek és a kritikus infrastruktúrának Ukrajnában – mondta a testületi ülésen az irodája közleménye szerint.

Egy év alatt, 2023. január 1-ig 555 332 fővel csökkent Oroszország lakossága – derült ki az orosz szövetségi statisztikai szolgálat (Roszsztat) által közölt adatokból.
A szolgálat szerint Oroszország lakossága az év elején 146 millió 424 ezer 729 fő volt. Ennek kiszámításához a 2020-as népszámlálás adatait használták fel, ezekhez minden évben hozzáadták a születettek és az országba érkezők, valamint kivonták az elhalálozottak és az Oroszországból eltávozottak számát. Ugyanakkor az Ukrajnától Oroszországhoz csatolt négy régió – a donyecki, a luhanszki, a zaporizzsjai és a herszoni terület – lakosságára vonatkozó hivatalos statisztikákat még nem vették figyelembe.
A frissített oroszországi statisztika szerint a Központi Szövetségi Körzetben több mint 40 millióan élnek, ebből több mint 13 millióan Moszkvában és több mint 8,5 millióan Moszkva megyében. Az Északnyugati Szövetségi Körzetnek több mint 13,6 millió állandó lakosa van, ebből közel 5,6 millió Szentpéterváron, több mint 2 millió pedig Leningrád megyében él – írta az MTI.
