Нобелівську премію миру отримала іранська правозахисниця Наргес Мохаммаді за боротьбу проти гноблення жінок в Ірані та захист прав людини. Відповідне рішення Нобелівський фонд оголосив у п’ятницю, 6 жовтня.
«Норвезький Нобелівський комітет вирішив присудити Нобелівську Премію Миру 2023 року Наргес Мохаммаді за її боротьбу проти гноблення жінок в Ірані та за просування прав людини і свободи для всіх», – йдеться у повідомленні.
Очільниця норвезького Нобелівського комітету Беріт Рейсс-Андерсен, яка оголосила лауреатку Нобелівської премії миру 2023 року, заявила, що відважна боротьба Мохаммаді за свободу вираження поглядів і право на незалежність коштувала їй величезних особистих жертв. Загалом іранський режим заарештовував її 13 разів, п’ять разів визнавав винною і засудив до 31 року ув’язнення та 154 ударів батогом.
«Наргес Мохаммаді досі перебуває у в’язниці», – сказала вона.

Нобелівську премію з літератури 2023 року отримав норвезький письменник Йон Фоссе, повідомили організатори у четвер.
„Нобелівська премія з літератури 2023 року присуджується норвезькому письменнику Йону Фоссе «за його новаторські п’єси та прозу, які висловлюють невимовне»”, – ідеться у повідомленні.
Як вказано, лауреат премії з літератури цього року Йон Фоссе пише романи, значною мірою урізані до стилю, який став відомий як «мінімалізм Фоссе».
Це, як зазначається, можна побачити в його другому романі «Stengd gitar» (1985), коли Фоссе представляє нам несамовиту варіацію однією зі своїх головних тем – критичного моменту нерішучості.

Науковцям присудили премію за відкриття та розробку квантових точок, йдеться на сайті „Нобеля”.
„Нобелівська премія з хімії 2023 року присуджується за відкриття та розробку квантових точок – наночастинок, настільки крихітних, що їхній розмір визначає їхні властивості. Ці частинки мають унікальні властивості і тепер поширюють своє світло з екранів телевізорів та світлодіодних ламп. Вони каталізують хімічні реакції, а їхнє прозоре світло може освітлювати пухлинні тканини для хірурга„, – кажуть у комітеті.

Лауретами премії стали американці Мунгі Бавенді з Массачусетського технологічного інституту та Луїс Брус із Колумбійського університету, а також росіянин Олексій Єкімов з Nanocrystals Technology Inc.
У комітеті кажуть, що на початку 1980-х років фізику Олексію Єкімову вдалося створити в кольоровому склі квантові ефекти, залежні від розміру частинок. Колір походив від наночастинок хлориду міді.
Кілька років потому Луї Брус був першим вченим у світі, який довів, що квантові ефекти залежать від розміру частинок, що вільно плавають у рідині.
А у 1993 році Мунгі Бавенді здійснив революцію в хімічному виробництві квантових точок, що дозволило створити майже ідеальні частинки.
Дослідження трійки вчених принесло значну користь людству. Квантові точки тепер освітлюють комп’ютерні монітори та телевізійні екрани на основі технології QLED. Їх також використовують біохіміки та лікарі.
Дослідники вважають, що в майбутньому вони можуть сприяти створенню гнучкої електроніки, крихітних сенсорів, тонших сонячних батарей і зашифрованого квантового зв’язку.
Нагадаємо, минулого року Нобелівську премію з хімії отримали вчені Каролін Бертоцці, Мортен Мелдаль та Баррі Шарплесс, які винайшли простий спосіб з’єднувати молекули.
Цьогоріч Нобелівський комітет також вже назвав лауреатів у кількох галузях.
Нобелівську премію з фізики отримали науковці П’єр Агостіні, Ференц Крауш та Енн Л’Юільє за „експериментальні методи, які генерують аттосекундні імпульси світла для вивчення динаміки електронів у матерії”.
А лауреатами „Нобеля” у галузі фізіології та медицини стали біохімік Каталін Каріко та імунолог Дрю Вайсман, чиї дослідження сприяли розробці ефективних мРНК-вакцин проти COVID-19.

У Швеції та Норвегії в перший день Нобелівського тижня назвали імена лауреатів у галузі фізіології та медицини.
Нагороду отримала вчена з Угорщини Каталін Каріко та імунолог зі США Дрю Вайсман, повідомляють на сайті Фонду Нобеля 2 жовтня.
Зазначається, що відкриття двох нобелівських лауреатів мали вирішальне значення для розробки ефективних мРНК-вакцин проти COVID-19 під час пандемії, що розпочалася на початку 2020 року.
Дослідження вчених сприяло розробці ефективних мРНК-вакцин проти COVID-19.
„Завдяки своїм революційним відкриттям, які докорінно змінили наше розуміння того, як мРНК взаємодіє з імунною системою, лауреати сприяли безпрецедентним темпам розробки вакцин під час однієї з найбільших загроз для здоров’я людини в наш час”, – повідомляють на сайті Нобелівської премії.
Що відомо про лауреатів?
68-річна Каталін Каріко народилася в Сольноку, Угорщина. У 1982 році отримала ступінь доктора філософії в Університеті Сегеда, після чого займалася дослідженнями в Угорській академії наук.
Після 1985 року Каталін переїхала у Філадельфію, США, де проводила докторські дослідження в Університеті Темпл та Університеті наук про здоров’я в Бетесда.
У 1989 році її призначили асистентом професора в Університеті Пенсільванії. Цю посаду вона обіймала до 2013 року.
Катрін стала віце-президенткою, а пізніше старшим віце-президентом BioNTech RNA Pharmaceuticals. З 2021 року вона є професором Сегедського університету та ад’юнкт-професором Школи медицини Перельмана в Університеті Пенсильванії.
64-річний Дрю Вайсман народився в Лексінгтоні, штат Массачусетс, США. У 1987 році Дрю отримав ступінь доктора медицини та доктора філософії в Бостонському університеті.
Вчений пройшов клінічну підготовку в медичному центрі Beth Israel Deaconess у Гарвардській медичній школі та постдокторські дослідження в Національному інституті здоров’я.
У 1997 році Вайсман створив свою дослідницьку групу в Медичній школі Перельмана в Університеті Пенсільванії. Він є директором Пенсильванського інституту РНК-інновацій.

Послів росії та Білорусі знову запросили на бенкет з нагоди вручення Нобелівської премії 2023 року в Стокгольмі. Торік їх не було через повномасштабне вторгнення до України.
Про це повідомляє Reuters із посиланням на Нобелівський фонд.
Відомо, що п’ять із шести Нобелівських премій присуджуються у Стокгольмі щороку після процесу висунення, який тримається в секреті протягом наступних 50 років. Нобелівську премію миру вручають в Осло, де проходять окремі урочистості.
В Нобелівському фонді повідомили, що посли всіх країн, які мають дипломатичні представництва у Швеції та Норвегії, будуть запрошені на церемонію вручення премії в грудні. Примітно, що торік фонд залишив поза увагою послів росії та її союзника Білорусі.
Фонд заявив, що прагне включити навіть тих, хто не поділяє цінності Нобелівської премії.
„Очевидно, що світ дедалі більше ділиться на сфери, де діалог між тими, хто має різні погляди, скорочується. Щоб протистояти цій тенденції, ми зараз розширюємо наші запрошення відсвяткувати та зрозуміти Нобелівську премію і важливість вільної науки, вільної культури та вільних, мирних суспільств”, – сказав у заяві Відар Хельгесен, виконавчий директор Нобелівського фонду.
Цьогорічних лауреатів оголосять на початку жовтня. Урочисті церемонії нагородження відбудуться 10 грудня, в річницю смерті Альфреда Нобеля.

Норвезький Нобелівський комітет заявив, що на Нобелівську премію миру 2023 року номінували 305 кандидатів, передає УНН з посиланням на Apnews.
Норвезький Нобелівський комітет номінував 305 кандидатів на Нобелівську премію миру 2023 року. Імена 212 осіб та 93 організацій не розголошуються відповідно до політики кондиційності комітету.
У комітеті заявили, що порівняно з минулим роком було менше кандидатів, і це була найнижча кількість зареєстрованих кандидатів з 2019 року. За останні вісім років кількість щорічних кандидатів перевищує позначку у 300 осіб, йдеться у повідомленні. Попередній рекорд було встановлено у 2016 році 376 осіб.
Висунути кандидатуру на премію має право широке коло людей: глави держав або політики, які працюють на національному рівні, професори університетів, директори інститутів зовнішньої політики, колишні лауреати Нобелівської премії та члени Норвезького Нобелівського комітету.
Однак ті, хто висуває кандидатуру, можуть зробити її публічною, привертаючи увагу як до кандидата, так і до того, хто пропонує.
Наприклад, норвезький депутат Лан Марі Нгуєн Берг із Партії зелених раніше висував двох, зараз вже відомих, активісток, Грету Тунберг зі Швеції та угандійку Ванессу Накате. Згодом, після цього, вони стали популярними особистостями не тільки у своїх країнах, але й у світі.

За словами норвезького депутата, котрий висунув кандидатуру генсека, Столтенберг швидко зрозумів, що боротьба України проти російської агресії також є боротьбою Європи.
Норвезький парламентар Крістіан Тібрінг-Гьєдде висунув кандидатуру генерального секретаря Північноатлантичного альянсу Йєнса Столтенберга на здобуття Нобелівської премії миру. Про це депутат написав на своїй сторінці у Facebook.
„Столтенберг заслуговує на нагороду за визначну роботу на посаді генерального секретаря НАТО в непростий для альянсу час. Жорстокий і неспровокований напад Росії на мирну сусідню країну 24 лютого 2022 року”, — вважає норвезький політик.
За його словами, нинішній генсек Альянсу одразу усвідомив серйозність агресії Російської Федерації проти країн, які ґрунтують свою політику на демократичних цінностях. Тібрінг-Гьєдде також зазначив, що Столтенберг сприйняв протистояння України російській агресії як боротьбу всієї Європи.
„Столтенбергу завжди було зрозуміло, що країни НАТО стоять разом і що альянс відповідно до Атлантичного пакту захищатиме кожен міліметр території держав-учасниць. Це, безперечно, є важливим сигналом для Росії та водночас вирішальним чинником зберегти союз”, — заявив норвезький депутат.
Крістіан Тібрінг-Гьєдде вказав на те, що Столтенберг відкинув хибні переконання щодо того, що економічне процвітання гарантує відсутність збройних конфліктів. За словами Тібрінг-Гьєдде, це вплинуло на подальше включення Швеції та Фінлянді до НАТО та підвищення обороноздатності цих країн.

Фундація Нобеля не запрошуватиме посла Ірану на церемонію вручення Нобелівської премії у грудні.
Як передає Укрінформ, про це йдеться у заяві Фундації.
У Фундації зазначили, що цього року Нобелівський фонд вирішив дотримуватися дипломатичної політики Швеції та Європи, не запрошуючи росію та білорусь на церемонію через вторгнення росії в Україну. Тепер же Фундація вирішила не запрошувати і посла Ірану через ситуацію, що відбувається в країні у зв’язку із насильницьким придушуванням протестів там.
«Ми вважаємо, що, враховуючи серйозну ситуацію, яка загострюється, посла Ірану не слід запрошувати на церемонію вручення Нобелівської премії», – йдеться у заяві.
Церемонія вручення Нобелівської премії та банкет відбудуться 10 грудня у Стокгольмі. Зазвичай на такий захід запрошують і дипломатичних представників держав у Швеції.
Як повідомляв Укрінформ, лауреатами Нобелівської премії миру 2022 року стали українська правозахисна організація «Центр громадянських свобод», керівник білоруського правозахисного центру «Вясна» Алесь Біляцький та російська правозахисна організація «Меморіал».
Іран охопили масові протести після загибелі 22-річної Махси Аміні від рук так званої поліції моралі. Режим у Тегерані вдався до жорстокого придушення протестних настроїв, а також до інших обмежувальних заходів, у тому числі відключення інтернету.
Євросоюз запровадив обмежувальні заходи проти 11 осіб та чотирьох установ Ірану, причетних до загибелі Аміні, а також до репресій проти учасників акцій протесту. Уряд США оголосив про запровадження санкцій проти 12 фізичних осіб та двох організацій, які були безпосередньо залучені до дій режиму в Тегерані щодо жорстокого придушення масових протестів та репресій активістів.

Цьогорічними лауреатами Нобелівської премії миру стали представники України, Росії та Білорусі, попри те, що останні двоє ведуть війну проти нашої країни.

„У Нобелівського комітету однозначно цікаве розуміння слова „мир”, якщо Нобелівську премію разом отримують представники двох країн, що напали на третю. Ані російські, ані білоруські організації так і не змогли організувати спротив цій війні. Нобель цього року просто „супер”, – пише Подоляк.
Відзначимо, що лауреатами Нобелівської премії миру 2022 стали:
правозахисник з Білорусі Алесь Беляцький;
російська правозахисна організація „Меморіал”;
українська правозахисна організація „Центр громадянських свобод”.

Лауреатами премії миру стали також правозахисник із Білорусі Алесь Беляцький та російська правозахисна організація „Меморіал”.
„Премія миру 2022 року присуджується правозахиснику Алесю Беляцькому з Білорусі, російській правозахисній організації „Меморіал” та українській правозахисній організації „Центр громадянських свобод”, – йдеться в повідомленні.
Зазначається, що лауреати премії миру представляють громадянське суспільство у своїх країнах.
„Вони протягом багатьох років пропагували право критикувати владу та захищати основні права громадян. Вони доклали видатних зусиль, щоб задокументувати військові злочини, порушення прав людини та зловживання владою. Разом вони демонструють важливість громадянського суспільства для миру та демократії”, – додали в Комітеті.
