„Збитки українській екології, завдані Росією оцінюються у 35,3 мільярда доларів. Мільйони гектарів природних заповідників наразі знаходяться під загрозою”, — ідеться у повідомленні.
Як зазначив міністр, стаття 55 Першого протоколу забороняє вести війну проти природного середовища шляхом репресій, але Росія цим не переймається.
За інформацією Держекоінспекції, з початку повномасштабного вторгнення до Єдиного реєстру збитків внесено 1042 факти подій, що сталися на території України внаслідок збройної агресії РФ та спричинили шкоду довкіллю.

«Коли йде війна, завжди буде замало зброї. Нам потрібне її ще більше, особливо систем ППО, які є пріоритетом номер один для нас. Ми вже довго обговорюємо з нашими партнерами надання системи Patriot. Вона є дорогою та розроблена з високим ступенем складності. Але я вважаю, що Patriot також може з’явитись на нашому полі бою, проте на наступному етапі», – сказав Резніков.

Про це заявив міністр оборони України Олексій Резніков в ефірі національного телемарафону.
„У нас певні організаційні заходи вже робляться за рішенням Генерального штабу, все це на доповіді було і під контролем верховного головнокомандувача ЗСУ, але говорити сьогодні, станом на зараз, що нам потрібна додаткова мобілізація, питання поки що так не стоїть. У нас достатньо сьогодні людей у секторі оборони”, – заявив міністр.
За словами Резнікова, Збройним силам України наразі потрібна зброя. Мова йде про артилерію, снаряди до неї, броньовані машини, танки, літаки.
„І партнери знають наш перелік, для того аби наші дівчата та хлопці могли на фронті бути більш успішними та ефективними, як ми це вже демонструємо”, – додав міністр.

В українській армії жодних проблем з виплатою коштів, з амуніцією чи з зимовою формою немає.
Про це заявив міністр оброни України Олексій Резніков у телемарафоні „Єдині новини”, передає Укрінформ.
„У нас немає проблем з виплатою коштів бійцям, ні з амуніцією, ні з зимовою формою. Сьогодні зимова форма вже розвозиться. Це сотні тисяч комплектів, які роздаються безпосередньо підрозділам на передових лініях”, – сказав Резніков.
Він уточнив, що першочергово забезпечать підрозділи на передовій, а далі форма буде передаватися в тилові частини. Також Резніков нагадав, що МОУ забезпечило повністю літню форму, на складах сьогодні лежить не одна сотня тисяч бронежилетів, шоломів. І те ж саме стосується постачання зимової форми. „Жодних підстав нервуватись, що комусь не вистачить форми, немає”, – наголосив міністр оборони.

Чоловіки в Україні у своїх вікових параметрах переважною більшістю повинні бути готовими не тільки бути призваними до війська, а й воювати.
Про це в інтерв’ю РБК-Україна сказав міністр оборони Олексій Резніков, коментуючи можливість виїзду чоловіків за кордон.
„Це війна. І як би нам не хотілося, ми зазнаємо втрат, а ці втрати можуть бути безповоротні або санітарні, а іноді такі, що людина лишилась жива, але не може повернутися назад в стрій. Це означає, що Генштаб і весь сектор безпеки і оборони повинні мати можливість залучати резерви, поповнювати ряди із мобілізаційного резерву”, – пояснив міністр.
Нагадаємо, Зазначимо, в умовах дії воєнного стану в Україні чоловіки віком від 18 до 60 років не можуть законно виїхати з країни. Дозволяється виїзд тільки при таких підставах, як непридатність до військової служби, наявність трьох неповнолітніх дітей, прийомних дітей, догляд за особами з інвалідністю і так далі.

Міністр оборони України Олексій Резніков сподівається, що до кінця 2022 року українці матимуть „хороші новини” щодо ситуації на фронті, але коли закінчиться війна – сказати не може.
Про це Олексій Резніков заявив в інтерв’ю Військовому телебаченню до Дня Незалежності України.
„Мені важко говорити: на роки, на рік, на місяць (війна – ред.) – тому що це все одно будуть тільки мої припущення. Дуже багато чинників, які приведуть нас до перемоги. Ми точно до неї прийдемо. Питання: коли і якою ціною.
При наявності у нас волі, бажання, готовності та вміння захищати себе нам потрібні ще інші види ресурсу – це зброя, набої, гроші для фінансування держави та багато інших речей.
Ми сьогодні маємо шанси перемогти скорше і дешевше з точки зору українських втрат, завдяки партнерському альянсу”.
Резніков зазначив, що Україна отримує підтримку і від НАТО, і на двосторонніх засадах.
За його словами, партнери готові підтримувати Україну і на довгострокову перспективу.
„Я обізнаний або добре проінформований оптиміст, тому я маю певні позитивні надії, що в цьому році будуть хороші, приємні новини для всього українського суспільства та світу. Людям важливо побачити перемоги.
Перемога – що ми не дали захопити Київ. Перемога – що ми не дали захопити Харків. Ми не дали захопити Суми й Чернігів і звільнили їх. Ми звільнили острів Зміїний. Ми добилися того, що українське зерно почало виходити з наших портів у відкритий світ.
Тобто у нас є вже перемоги, але нам хочеться більше. Я маю надію, що ми побачимо ці перемоги”.
Як „оптиміст”, міністр сподівається, що Україна отримає ракетні системи до HIMARS із більшою дальністю ураження. Україна буде посилювати протикорабельні комплекси. Країна вже має ракети, які „засліплюють” радари.
Резніков зазначив, що українські військові вже навчаються у західних партнерів.
Він назвав своїми наступними найбільшими завданнями танки та літаки.

Журналіст запитав міністра оборони, чи має Україна озброєння, яке може вразити об’єкти в окупованому Криму, і чи є домовленості зі США щодо легітимності таких ударів в Криму.
„У нас є домовленості зі Сполученими Штатами, що ми не будемо використовувати зброю, надану нам Сполученими Штатами і партнерами, по території Російської Федерації. Але якщо ми сьогодні говоримо про деокупацію тимчасово окупованих територій України, де знаходиться ворог, то, відповідно, у нас таких обмежень нема.
Стосовно зброї: будь-яка зброя має відповідну відстань ураження. Тому залежно від того, з якої точки, з якої локації наноситься чи планує наноситися ураження, означає, чи можна досягти тої чи іншої мети”, – сказав міністр.
Резніков нагадав, що про крейсер „Москва” багато хто теж не вірив у можливість його підбити – але флагман Чорноморського флоту РФ уже потоплено.

Збройні cили України наразі не потребують збільшення загальної кількості особового складу, мобілізації підлягають конкретні фахівці.
Про це інформує міністр оборони Олексій Резніков в інтерв’ю „Голосу Америки„.
„Завдання стосовно мобілізації визначаються Генеральним штабом. Вони оцінюють кількість сил та засобів, які їм потрібні на той чи інший момент ведення бойових дій, оцінюють втрати… Саме Генштаб чітко знає, на якому напрямку, в якому виді сил чи військ потрібне заміщення, або відвести бригаду на відновлення боєздатності й замість неї ввести резерв…
Але наскільки я знаю, сьогодні мобілізаційні потреби задовільняються через пошук конкретних фахівців.
За словами Резнікова, до лав української армії мобілізовано вже досить багато людей, наразі потрібні насамперед певні спеціалісти: оператори БПЛА, айтівці, зв’язківці, артилеристи та ін.
Зокрема потрібні фахівці, які зможуть швидко опанувати складніші системи озброєння натовського стандарту, які зараз отримують Сили оборони.

Україна матиме змогу приймати американські винищувачі F-16, але спершу необхідно дообладнати аеродроми. З цього питання вже були проведені консультації зі спеціалістами.
Про це повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на заяву міністра оборони Олексія Резнікова в ефірі загальнонаціонального телемарафону.
Таким чином він відповів на запитання щодо підготовки українських пілотів для роботи на літаках, які можуть надати країни-партнери.
„У нас є шанс, що наші льотчики почнуть опановувати вже сучасну генерацію літаків. А які вже це будуть літаки. Усі мріють про F-16, я би теж про них мріяв, але треба буде дещо зробити з аеродромами”, – зазначив Резніков.
Глава Міноборони також вказав, що з цього питання Україна вже провела відповідні консультації з технічними та інженерними спеціалістами.
„За їхніми словами, на летовищах можна дещо дообладнати. Тому я думаю, що ми будемо здатні приймати і літаки такого класу”, – продовжив міністр.
Насамкінець він додав, що головне – початок навчання, аби після прийняття політичних рішень не втрачати час. Наші пілоти, артилеристи, танкісти й інші фахівці мають бути готові вже на випередження.
