„A válaszadók 87%-a számára semmilyen területi engedmény nem elfogadható. Mindössze 8%-uk gondolja úgy, hogy a béke elérése és a függetlenség megőrzése érdekében lehetséges egyes területek feladása” – olvasható a jelentésben.
Az ukrán lakosság abszolút többsége ellenzi a háború alatti területi engedményeket. Ugyanez az eredmény még az ország keleti részén élő lakosok körében is, ahol jelenleg heves harcok folynak, – 85%-uk ellenzi az engedményeket. A déli lakosok 83%-a szintén ellenzi az engedményeket.

Ukrajna az ellentámadási terv elkészítésekor már júniusban tudta, hogy az orosz csapatok gyenge pontja Balaklija.
A kérdésről Vadim Szkibickij, az ukrán hírszerzés képviselője beszélt a Kyiv Postnak adott interjújában.
„Tudtuk, hogy előbb-utóbb Harkiv irányában is ellentámadásba kell lépni. Mindenekelőtt a Harkivot fenyegető veszély miatt, amely egyébként továbbra is fennáll” – közölte.
Elmondása szerint Ukrajna számára fontos, hogy megállítsa a megszállók donyecki offenzívájának ütemét. Ehhez minden szükséges intézkedést megtettek, majd az orosz parancsnokság délre mozdította a csapatokat, ami megteremtette a feltételeket az ukrán katonák támadásához Herszon és Harkiv irányban, és lehetővé tette, hogy ez az akció sikeres legyen.

Az ukrán erők már több mint negyven települést szabadítottak fel a harkivi régióban – közölte Oleh Szinyehubov megyei kormányzó vasárnap egy sajtónyilatkozatban, amelyet hivatalának sajtószolgálata is közzétett internetes oldalán.
A tisztségviselő hozzáfűzte, hogy „valójában sokkal több a felszabadított település, csak ez az adat nem közölhető, tekintettel az ukrán hadsereg folyamatban lévő hadműveletének érdekeire”.
„Felszabadítottuk területeink jelentős részét a csuhujivi járásban, Kupjanszk és a Balaklija térségében. Egységeink benyomultak Kupjanszkba, az izjumi járás településeinek felszabadítása pedig folyamatban van. Összességében északi, északkeleti irányban fegyveres erőink tartják pozícióikat. Az ellenség folyamatosan próbálja támadni őket, megpróbál áttörni, mindenféle fegyverrel: légi csapásokkal, rakéta-sorozatvetőkkel, ágyútüzérséggel támad” – fejtette ki Szinyehubov.
Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Volodimir Zeleszkij ukrán elnök péntek esti videóüzenetében még harminc visszafoglalt Harkiv megyei településről beszélt.
A hírportál arra is emlékeztetett, hogy szombaton az orosz erők elhagyták Izjum városát és több települést a harkivi régióban.
Vadim Krohmal, Kupjanszk polgármestere egy tévéműsorban elmondta, hogy vasárnap délelőtt az orosz erők lőtték a városnak azt a felét, amely már teljesen ukrán ellenőrzés alá került. Elmagyarázta, hogy Kupjanszkot az Oszkil folyó két részre osztja. „Ma a jobb parton, ahol a város központja van, a helyzet nem könnyű, de már teljesen hadseregünk ellenőrzi. Ami a bal partot illeti, ott még vannak apró kérdések. A terület megtisztítása még tart” – fogalmazott a városvezető. Szavai szerint a város jobb partja ellen hajtottak végre támadást az orosz erők, és közvetlenül a civil lakosokra lőttek.
Az ukrán vezérkar esti helyzetjelentésében megerősítette, hogy Harkiv megyében az orosz csapatok gyors tempóban hagyják el állásaikat, és az általuk megszállt területek mélyére vagy Oroszország területére „menekülnek”. A kijevi katonai vezetés hozzátette, hogy az oroszok a dél-ukrajnai Herszon megyében is több településnél visszavonultak. Független forrásból a harctéri jelentéseket nem lehet ellenőrizni.

„Az ukrán zászló, amelyet tegnap este tűztek ki a partizánok a kreminniji adminisztráció fölött, a helyén van, mostanra a megszállók mindent megértettek, ezért nem merik levenni. Az oroszok és a kollaboránsok Luhanszk régióból Oroszország felé menekülnek” – jegyezte meg Hajdaj.
Egyben hozzátette, hogy kilométeres sorok alakultak ki a kiutazás során. Csomagolnak azok a megszállók, akik még 2014-ben foglalták el Luhanszkot, Alcsevszket és más városokat.
„Óriási az előrelépés. Elszórtan kialakulnak harcok, de a megszállók többnyire menekülnek” – biztosított Gajdaj.
A megyei adminisztráció vezetőjének becslése szerint a közeljövőben az ukránok jó híreket hallhatnak Szvatovóból, Kreminnijből és Rubizsnijból.
Hajdaj arról biztosított, hogy amint megérkeznek az ukrán hadsereg csapatai, a hatóságok készen állnak arra, hogy helyreállítsák a megszállt települések mindennapi életét, és minden kistérségben katonai adminisztrációt hozzanak létre a gyors döntéshozatal érdekében.

Erről az Ukrán Fegyveres Erők Légierejének sajtószolgálata számolt be az Ukrán Fegyveres Erők vezérkarának adataira hivatkozva – írja a Hromadske.
Az egyik legdrágább és technológiailag legfejlettebb oroszok által használt fegyver az X-101-es cirkálórakéta. Az ellenség hat ilyen rakétát lőtt ki Ukrajnára szeptember 5-én.
Ezek közül öt rakétát az ukrán légvédelem megsemmisített. Az X-101 becsült értéke darabonként 13 millió dollár.

A hírt Ivan Fedorov helyi polgármester közölte – írja az rbc.ua.
Elmondása szerint a helyi lakosok a 16. számú iskola területén vették észre az orosz katonai létesítményeket. A megszállók a távoktatást is megpróbálják megzavarni Melitopolban.
„Az oroszok még a diákjaink számára megkezdett távoktatást is megpróbálják blokkolni. Egész napokat töltenek azzal, hogy eltüntessék platformunkat, amelyen naponta 14 000 gyerek tanul” – mondta el.
