A Levada központ független orosz szociológiai szervezet december 2-án közzétett felmérésének eredményei szerint az oroszok 74 százaléka támogatja az orosz csapatok ukrajnai tevékenységét.



A felmérés szerint a válaszadók 41%-a támogatja, hogy Oroszország folytassa hadműveleteit Ukrajnában. 53%-uk azt nyilatkozta, hogy Oroszországnak béketárgyalásokat kell kezdeni.

Ez áll az Európai Betegségmegelőzési és Járványvédelmi Központ, valamint a WHO Európai Regionális HIV/AIDS Felügyeleti Hivatalának közös jelentésében.



A 2021-ben regisztrált 1,5 millió új HIV-fertőzött 3,9%-a Oroszországra esett. E mutató szerint az Oroszországi Föderáció csak Dél-Afrikát (14%), Mozambikot (6,5%), Nigériát (4,9%) és Indiát (4,2%) „előzi meg”.



Tavaly Oroszországban 100 000 emberre 40 200 HIV-fertőzöttet tartottak számon. Ez 15-ször több, mint Németországban, ahol 100 ezer emberre mindössze 2,7 ezer esetet regisztráltak.

Sok Örményországba érkezett orosz döntött úgy, hogy az Ukrajnában dúló háború elhúzódása miatt a kaukázusi országban marad, és örmény állampolgárságért folyamodik. Ez megkönnyíti a vállalkozások indítását is.



Egyre jobban növekszik azoknak az orosz állampolgároknak a száma, akik az Ukrajna ellen indított orosz agresszió kezdete óta érkeztek Örményországba, és próbálnak örmény állampolgárságot szerezni – írja a Moscow Times. Ők is látják, hogy a háború elhúzódik, így romlanak az esélyeik a hazatérésre.







A 45 éves moszkvai Igor Plehanov, februárban érkezett a kaukázusi országba, és októberben folyamodott állampolgárságért, egy hónappal azt követően, hogy a moszkvai kormány elrendelte a katonakorú férfiak „részleges” mozgósítását hazájában. Mint mondja, úgy gondolta, ideiglenesen költözik át Jerevánba, de aztán úgy döntött, marad és vállalkozást indít. Ehhez jó ajánlólevél, hogy ha örmény állampolgár lesz.



Igor egy azok közül, akik nem csupán Örményországba utaztak a háború kezdete és a mozgósítás meghirdetése után, hanem ott is maradtak. Több tíz ezren vannak, cégeket alapítottak, saját vendéglőket, iskolákat és más intézményeket hoztak létre.



Majdnem 17,4 ezer külföldi nyújtott be örmény állampolgárság iránti kérelmet idén az év első kilenc hónapjában, több mint kétszerese a 2021. január-szeptemberi 8000-nek – derül ki az örmény rendőrség adataiból.



Örmény felmenőkkel egyszerű



A törvények szerint bárki folyamodhat örmény állampolgársághoz, aki legalább három éve él az országban és jól beszéli a nyelvet. A legtöbb új állampolgárságot kérő azonban arra támaszkodik, hogy örmény felmenőkkel rendelkezik, ami megkönnyíti a dolgot. Néhány hónap alatt célhoz lehet érni.



Az év első hat hónapjában kicsit több mint 372 ezer orosz érkezett az egyébként hárommillió lakosú Örményországba, ami több mint több mint kétszerese az egy évvel korábbi hasonló időszak kevesebb mint 160 ezres adatának – derül ki az örmény migrációs hivatal számaiból.



Letelepedési „kötvény”



A rendőrség 90 napra akarja rövidíteni az állampolgársági kérelmek elbírálását, a kormány fontolgatja, hogy állampolgárságot ajánl azoknak, akik legalább 150 ezer dollár (60 millió forint) befektetnek Örményországban. Az állampolgárság kényelmetlen velejárója, hogy behívhatják katonának az immáron örmény férfit, ha újra egymásnak esne az örmény és az azerbajdzsáni hadsereg.

A beszámoló szerint Oroszországban így csak azokat a betegeket látják el, akiknek sürgős sebészeti beavatkozásra van szükségük. Ezenkívül az orosz egészségügyi minisztérium rendeletben utasítja az ország régióit, hogy 4 hónapra elegendő vészhelyzeti gyógyszertartalékkal kell rendelkezniük.



Az ukrán hírszerzés szerint az orosz gyógyszerhiányt az okozza, hogy a szankciók miatt nem tudnak elegendő mennyiségű gyógyszert előállítani, illetve külföldről sem tudnak importálni.

A brit hírszerzés szerint újra be akarják vezetni a katonai kiképzést az orosz iskolákban – írja a Sky News.



A szovjet korszakból származó program újjáélesztését Szergej Kravsztov oktatási miniszter jelentette be. A képzés, amely a múltban a fegyverek kezelését is magában foglalta, jövő szeptemberben kezdődne.

„Ez a kezdeményezés valószínűleg egy szélesebb körű projekt része is, amelynek célja, hogy az orosz lakosságban a hazafiság ideológiáját és a közintézményekbe vetett bizalmat elültessék” – írják.

Ukrajna azt akarja, hogy az ilyen deportálásokat háborús bűncselekményként vizsgálják ki – írja az Al Jazeera.



Zelenszkij irodájának közleménye szerint az ukrán Nemzeti Információs Iroda szerint 10 500 gyermeket deportáltak vagy telepítettek ki erőszakkal. Az oroszok által megszállt területek reintegrációjáért felelős ukrán miniszter a találkozón megjegyezte, hogy mindössze 96 gyermeket küldtek vissza.



A múlt hónapban Kijev közölte, hogy 32 olyan gyermek hazahozatalán dolgozik, akiket szüleiktől erőszakkal elvettek, és Oroszországban illegálisan örökbe fogadtak. Jermakot idézték, aki szerint Ukrajna számíthat az ENSZ segítségére, de újfent kijelentette, hogy Ukrajna nem bízik a Vöröskereszt Nemzetközi Bizottságának (ICRC) segítségében.
