A hatóságok szerint az észak-oszétiai Verkhnii Lars átkelőnél szolgáló tisztek feladata lesz a mozgósításra alkalmas korban lévő állampolgárok behívóinak kézbesítése.
„Komolyan növekszik a Grúzia felé haladó könnyűkocsik áramlása. A jogellenes magatartás és a konfliktushelyzetek kockázatának csökkentése érdekében döntés született arról, hogy az állampolgárok gyalogosan is átléphetik a határt. Emellett a közeljövőben a katonai biztosok mozgósítási pontot nyitnak az ellenőrzőponton” – olvasható az orosz sajtóban.
Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök szeptember 21-én részleges mozgósítást jelentett be, Szergej Sojgu védelmi miniszter később azt mondta, hogy 300 ezer tartalékost hívnak be.

Jevhen Prihozsin, az Oroszországi Föderáció elnökének, Vlagyimir Putyinnak alkalmazottja, aki korábban nyilvánosan tagadta kapcsolatát a Wagner-csoporttal, először ismerte el, hogy 2014-ben alapította a „céget”.

A kirgiz és üzbég hatóságok figyelmeztetése szerint súlyos következményeket von maga után, ha az Oroszországban vendégmunkásként dolgozó állampolgáraik az orosz hadsereg oldalán csatlakoznak az ukrajnai háborúhoz. Mindezt azután jelentették be a hatóságok, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök elrendelte a részleges mozgósítást.
A moszkvai kirgiz nagykövetség szeptember 21-én, Putyin rendeletét követően kiadott egy közleményt, amelyben kijelentette, hogy zsoldostevékenységnek minősül bármilyen részvétel külföldi országok területén folytatott katonai akciókban, ez pedig tíz évig terjedő börtönbüntetéssel, valamint teljes vagyonelkobzással büntethető – írja a Szabad Európa.
A nagykövetség arra kéri a kirgiz állampolgárokat, hogy haladéktalanul értesítsék a Kirgiz Köztársaság diplomáciai képviseletét az Orosz Föderációban, ha olyan dokumentumot kapnak, amely csatlakozásra szólítja fel őket bármilyen katonai művelethez – áll a közleményben. Ugyancsak szeptember 21-én egy másik közép-ázsiai ország, Üzbegisztán főügyészi hivatala közleményt adott ki, amelyben figyelmeztette az üzbég vendégmunkásokat, hogy törvénytelennek minősül, ha külföldi hadsereghez csatlakoznak, és akár tíz év börtönt is kockáztatnak vele.

Ha Oroszország atomcsapást hajt végre Ukrajna ellen a fekete-tengeri térség országai is érintettek lesznek – jelentette ki csütörtökön Vadim Szkibickij, a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztályának képviselője egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Szkibickij az ITV News televíziónak nyilatkozva elmondta: lehetséges, hogy Oroszország atomfegyvert használ az Ukrajna elleni háborúban. Ilyen módon a Kreml megpróbálhatja megállítani az ukrán fegyveres erők előrenyomulását és elpusztítani Ukrajnát – tette hozzá.
„Ez veszélyt jelent más országokra is. A taktikai nukleáris fegyverek felrobbanása nemcsak Ukrajnát, hanem a Fekete-tenger térségét is érinti” – hangsúlyozta Vadim Szkibickij, jelezve, hogy a nukleáris fegyverek bevetésének következményei többek között Lengyelországot, Törökországot és Bulgáriát is érinthetik.
Mint hírportálunk tegnap beszámolt róla, Putyin részleges mozgósítást bejelentő beszédében kijelentette, hogy Oroszország nukleáris fegyvereket alkalmaz, ha fenyegetik. „Azokat, akik megengedik maguknak az efféle kijelentéseket, szeretném emlékeztetni, hogy országunknak is rendelkezésére állnak különféle pusztító eszközök, amelyek az egyes komponenseket tekintve korszerűbbek, mint a NATO-országokéi. Ha területi integritása veszélybe kerül, Oroszország minden rendelkezésre álló eszközt alkalmazni fog, ez nem blöff” – fenyegetőzött Vlagyimir Putyin.

„Találkoztam Pekka Haavisto finn kollégámmal. Az Ukrajnának nyújtott folyamatos katonai segítségre összpontosítottunk, hiszen megvédjük népünket és földünket az orosz agresszióval szemben.
