A háború végéig Hmeljnickij megyében moratóriumot rendeltek el az orosz nyelvű kulturális termékek bármilyen formában történő nyilvános felhasználására.
Az erről szóló rendeletet a megyei tanács képviselőinek többsége támogatta. A képviselők azt is javasolták, hogy a megyei katonai adminisztráció hozzon létre egy munkacsoportot, amely figyelmeztetné az illetékeseket a moratórium betartására.
A rendelet kezdeményezője Violeta Labazjuk, a megyei tanács elnöke volt, aki elmondta, hogy számos iskola utolsó csengőjén orosz dalok hangzottak el, s ez a jelen helyzetben nem helyes.

Hozzátette, hogy külön figyelmet fordítanak a frontvonal közelében lévő intézményekre. A felmérés alapján az országban közel 1100 iskolában van óvóhely.

A Védelmi Minisztérium egyelőre nem fontolgatja a nők katonai mozgósítását, a gyengébbik nemnek a hadseregbe történő behívásával kapcsolatos információ pedig nem más, mint az orosz propaganda által terjesztett rémhír – közölte Hanna Maljar védelmi miniszterhelyettes kedden egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint Maljar az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorának nyilatkozva leszögezte: „jelenleg nincs napirenden a nők mozgósításának kérdése. Nem ez az egyetlen álhír, amit Oroszország terjeszt.”
A helyettes védelmi miniszter szerint egyelőre nem lehet megjósolni, hogy a jövőben miként alakul majd a mozgósítás, mert minden a fronton lévő helyzettől függ. „A mai napon érvényes állapotoknak megfelelően az eddigi mozgósítás teljesen a tervek szerint zajlott. Nálunk nincs fennakadás” – mutatott rá Hanna Maljar.
Mint hírportálunk június 12-én beszámolt róla, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) Dezinformáció Elleni Központja közölte, hogy az orosz propaganda terjeszti a hazugságot a nők tervezett mozgósításáról az ukrán fegyveres erők soraiba.

Ezt hivatalosan június 9-én, csütörtökön jelentették be az ENSZ Menekültügyi Főbiztosságánál (UHNCR). Az információ már elérhető az intézmény hivatalos honlapján is.
„Az ukrajnai háború okozta a világ egyik legnagyobb migrációs válságát” – idézte a közleményt és az UNHCR adatait a világmédia.
Összesen 4 816 923 ukránt regisztráltak menekültként 44 európai országban február 24. óta – derül ki az ENSZ-bizottság legfrissebb online-adataiból. Érdemes megjegyezni azonban, hogy sokkal többen hagyták el az országot: június 7-ig több mint 7,3 millióan mentek el Ukrajnából. Ezek közül 2,3 millióan tértek csupán haza. A menekültek 90%-a nő és kiskorú gyerek.

A klasszikus zene világának virtuózai Ukrajna megsegítéséért zenélnek a Zeneakadémián. A Makszim Riszanov – Kokas Dóra művészházaspár által megálmodott koncert programját háborús időkben íródott darabok adják.
– Strauss akkor írta ezt a darabot, amikor Drezdába látogatott 1944-ben – az apja majdnem ötven évig dolgozott az ottani operaházban – és Drezdát földig rombolva találta, ez indította a Metamorfózisok megírására – mondta az Riszanov.
A koncerten több orosz klasszikus zenész is kiáll Ukrajna mellett. Aljona Bajeva Luxemburgban élő hegedűművész azt mondta az Euronewsnak, bár orosz útlevele van, ez nem számít akkor, amikor az alapvető emberi értékek mellett kell állást foglalni.
– Úgy gondolom, a művészet az élet része, és amikor az életet, a békét fenyegetik, azzal a művészetet is fenyegetik, a veszély mindenkire kiterjed – mondta a hegedűművész.
Amikor arról kérdezték, oroszként mit jelent számára, hogy Ukrajna megsegítéséért áll ki, azt válaszolta, hogy ő Luxemburgban él, és így az európai értékeket érzi közel magához, de nem tart retorzióktól sem. Szerinte nem a klasszikus zenészek vannak veszélyben – kivéve persze azokat, akik Ukrajnában a hazájukért harcolnak.
A szervezők a koncert bevételét az ökomenikus segélyszolgálaton keresztül az ukrán háború áldozatainak megsegítésére ajánlották fel.

„Végre megoszthatom, hogy férjem szüleire, Pinchas Goldschmidt moszkvai főrabbira és Dara Goldschmidt rebecenre nyomást gyakoroltak a hatóságok, hogy nyilvánosan támogassák az ukrajnai »különleges hadműveletet«, és ezt megtagadták” – írta menyük, Avital Chizhik-Goldschmidt, New Yorkban élő újságírónő kedden a Twitter fiókján.
A svájci születésű moszkvai főrabbi 1993 óta tölti be ezt a tisztséget, és a The Times of Israel szerint jelenleg nem tervezi, hogy visszatér Oroszországba. Emellett egy nagy európai rabbinikus csoport vezetője is, s korábban is gyakran utazott külföldre.
Két héttel az Ukrajnai háború megindítása után hagyta el Moszkvát, először nyugat-európai adománygyűjtő körútra indult, majd beteg édesapját látogatta meg Izraelben, ahol jelenleg is tartózkodik.
Az Európai Rabbik Konferenciájának közleménye szerint kedd este távollétében választották meg újabb hét évre főrabbijuknak a zsidó közösség képviselői a moszkvai Korál Zsinagógában.
Goldschmidt nem bírálta hangosan a háborút, de február közepén, napokkal Oroszország támadása előtt, felkereste a szomszédos moldovai rabbikat, hogy figyelmeztesse őket egy lehetséges menekültáradatra.
Korábbi politikai ellenfele, a haszid Lubavicsi Chabad mozgalomhoz tartozó orosz főrabbi, Berel Lazar is kiállt a háború ellen, de ő Oroszországban maradt.
Az 1989 óta Moszkvában élő Goldschmidttől 2005-ben több hétre megtagadták a hatóságok a belépést az országba „nemzetbiztonsági” okokra hivatkozva, amikor hatalmi összetűzésbe került az orosz zsidó közösségek fölötti befolyás miatt Berel Lazarral.
Ettől kezdve a nem a Chabad mozgalomhoz tartozó moszkvai főrabbi egyre nagyobb hangsúlyt fektetett Nyugat-Európára, s 2011 óta az Európai Rabbik Konferenciájának vezetője lett. A The Jerusalem Post értesülése szerint David Lau és Jichák Joszef izraeli askenázi és szefárd főrabbik levélben kérték meg az orosz zsidó közösségek vezetőit, hogy tartsák tiszteletben az újraválasztott Goldschmidtet, noha „nem tud a gyülekezetében maradni”.
„Állítsák le ezt az őrületet, hogy ne haljanak meg többen” – nyilatkozta a háborúról Berel Lazar Chabad rabbi is, és élesen bírálta Szergej Lavrov orosz külügyminisztert, s bocsánatkérést követelt tőle az Adolf Hitler állítólagos zsidó származásáról tett kijelentéséért, mellyel Lavrov párhuzamot próbált vonni a náci Németország vezetője és a zsidó vallású Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök között.
Lazar és Goldschmidt is megerősítette, hogy a háború kitörése óta zsidók ezrei hagyták el Oroszországot.
