За даними міністерства внутрішніх справ Великобританії, кількість громадян ЄС, які звернулися до британських органів з проханням отримати дозвіл на постійне проживання, перевищила п’ять мільйонів.
Великобританія вийшла з Європейського Союзу 31 січня минулого року, але громадяни ЄС, які легально оселилися в країні до кінця 2020 року, до завершення перехідного періоду після закінчення членства Великобританії в Євросоюзі можуть залишатися в країні, зберігаючи всі набуті права. Однак вони повинні подати заявку на отримання дозволу на невизначений термін проживання, юридичний статус якого встановлений під офіційною назвою.
Згідно зі щомісячним підсумком, представленим міністерством внутрішніх справ у Лондоні, станом на 31 січня це зробили 5 060 600 громадян 27 держав – членів ЄС, які проживають у Великобританії. Влада країни вже розглянула 4 678 300 заявок, майже всі з них були схвалені: кількість відхилених минулого місяця становила лише 0,8%.
Як зазначається в доповіді міністерства внутрішніх справ Великобританії, опублікованій у четвер, 53% заявок, розглянутих до кінця січня, отримали статус постійного резидента, а 44% – попередньо дозволеного. Останній доступний для заявників, які ще не прожили п’ять років у Великобританії на момент подання заявки, але можуть почекати закінчення цього терміну, після чого отримають остаточний дозвіл на проживання (статус резидента). До тих пір вони також мають повне право на набуті права.
Подати заявку можна до 30 червня
Громадяни ЄС, які проживають у Великобританії й вирішили залишитися після Brexit, повинні підтвердити свою особу і те, що мають намір проживати в країні в довгостроковій перспективі, щоб отримати встановлений правовий статус. Їм треба повідомити владу також про те, чи є в них судимість та чи притягувалися вони до кримінальної відповідальності за правопорушення.
Після закінчення членства Великобританії в Євросоюзі наприкінці січня минулого року розпочався перехідний період, протягом якого правила імміграції для громадян ЄС не змінювалися, тому ті, хто прибував до країни з Європейського Союзу до кінця цього періоду, можуть подати заявку на отримання дозволу на проживання з тими ж правами, що й ті, хто проживав на острові тривалий час. Громадяни, які станом на 31 грудня постійно перебували на території Великобританії, можуть подати заявку на отримання статусу резидента до 30 червня цього року.
З січня правила стали набагато жорсткішими
Однак з 1 січня цього року британський уряд запровадив єдиний імміграційний регламент для нових переселенців із країн ЄС та з-за меж ЄС, який оцінює заявки на проживання на основі бальної системи, головним чином виходячи з кваліфікації заявників та рівня володіння англійською мовою.
Положення передбачають, що іноземні працівники повинні мати дійсне запрошення на роботу від роботодавця, право на подання якої визнається урядом Великобританії на момент подання заявки.
Іноземні працівники можуть претендувати на ту роботу, для виконання якої в них є мінімально необхідна кваліфікація або вище. Найнятий буде лише той заявник, який має дозвіл на роботу у Великобританії та підтвердження, що він володіє «англійською мовою на прийнятному рівні».

Європейський союз розробляє запровадження „сертифікату вакцинації” для тих, хто отримав щеплення від коронавірусу, але це не буде „паспортом вакцинації”.
Як повідомляє „Європейська правда”, про це заявила єврокомісар з питань охорони здоров’я Стелла Кіріакідес в інтерв’ю Augsburger Allgemeine.
„Різниця полягає в тому, що в документі, про який ми думаємо, міститимуться всі дані, пов’язані з вакцинацією. Він не тільки дозволить проводити диференційований огляд, незалежно від того, де це відбудеться пізніше. Це також дасть нам уявлення про розвиток вірусу, а також про можливі побічні ефекти. Отже, мова йде про медичний документ”, – сказала Кіріакідес.
З її слів випливає, що сертифікат не даватиме жодних привілеїв, на кшталт можливості вільно подорожувати.
Кіріакідес сказала, так званий „паспорт вакцинації”, має бути розроблений на глобальному рівні і зараз тривають переговори з цього питання в рамках Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я.
„Але рішення щодо такого документу вже повинні будуть ухвалювати глави держав та урядів ЄС” – додала вона.

Дo вiдoмa, Євpoкoмiciя в цiлoму зaмoвилa для 27 кpaїн Євpoпи у шecти piзниx виpoбникiв близькo 2,3 млpд дoз вaкцини. Oднaк зapaз виpoбники пocтaвляють мeншe вaкцини, нiж вci cпoдiвaлиcя aбo дoмoвлялиcя. Тут тaкoж cлiд нaгoлocити, щo i caмi виpoбники вaкцин нe змoгли пpaвильнo пpopaxувaти ту кiлькicть пpoдукцiї, яку вoни пooбiцяли вигoтoвити для кpaїн ЄC.

Канцлер Німеччини Ангела Меркель зазначила, що довіра громадськості є важливою для успіху вакцинації.
Будь-які вакцини від коронавірусу (SARS-CoV-2), які отримали схвалення Європейського агентства з лікарських препаратів (EMA), вітаються в ЄС, – заявила канцлер Німеччини Ангела Меркель у вівторок у телевізійному інтерв’ю.
Канцлер наголосила, що в звітах побачила хороші дані і по російській вакцині „Супутник V”, і зазначила, що вже поспілкувалася з Путіним із приводу отримання дозволу.
«Ми говорили: кожному, хто отримає схвалення від європейського регулятора, тут раді. Я говорила про це з російським президентом [Володимиром Путіним]. Будь-яка вакцина вітається в Європейському союзі, але будуть допущені лише ті, які нададуть ЕМА необхідні дані», – сказала вона в інтерв’ю телеканалу ARD.
Щодо спільного з представниками держав-членів та Європейською Комісією виготовлення і закупівель вакцин та випуску продуктів, Меркель наголосила, що кампанія вакцинації у США, Великобританії, Ізраїлі, та навіть Сербії прогресувала швидше, ніж в ЄС, і „майже все пройшло як треба”, помилок не було.
Канцлерка також наголосила, що довіра населення є важливою для успіху кампанії вакцинації, яка вимагає ретельної перевірки вакцин органами фармаконагляду.
У понеділок на зустрічі керівників федерального та провінційного урядів із професіоналами галузі також виявилось, що залучення ще більшої кількості грошей не дасть більше вакцин, оскільки виробничі потужності обмежені.
Відтак Сполучені Штати «майже не експортують вакцини», тому у випадку спільно розробленої вакцини американською Pfizer та німецькою BioNTech Німеччина не може покладатися на американські потужності Pfizer, а лише на потужність, доступну в ЄС. На додаток у місті Марбург „дуже швидкими темпами” будується новий, власний завод BioNTech, і влада надає всю допомогу, необхідну для цього проєкту, – заявила Ангела Меркель.
Крім усього іншого, Меркель заявила, що влада Німеччини розраховують в I кварталі поточного року вакцинувати майже 10 млн осіб, і навіть найскромніші підрахунки свідчать про те, що всі дорослі можуть отримати принаймні першу її дозу до кінця літа або 21 вересня.
За даними Інституту громадського здоров’я Роберта Коха (RKI), станом на вівторок приблизно 2,8 відсотка населення Німеччини, – 2 586 997 осіб, – були щеплені проти SARS-Cov-2, з яких 606 786 людей отримали обидві дози вакцини.

Міністр закордонних справ Дмитро Кулеба прокоментував можливу допомогу з боку країн Європейського союзу з поставками Україні вакцин від коронавірусу. За його словами, в самому ЄС існують проблеми з поставками препарату.
Про це Кулеба заявив під час брифінгу в п’ятницю, 29 січня.

В Іспанії в столичному регіоні Мадрид припиняють вакцинацію від COVID-19. У спільноті – брак вакцин від коронавірусу.
Про це заявив віце-голова автономного спільноти Мадрид Ігнасіо Агуада, передає PTVE.
За його словами, люди, які отримали першу дозу вакцини, зможуть повністю вакцинуватися коштом наявних запасів.
„Якщо ми цього не зробимо, існує можливість мутації вірусу, він придбає резистентність, і боротьба з пандемією стане більш тривалою”, – заявив Агуада.
Наголошується, що вакцинація від COVID в Мадриді буде припинена з наступного тижня.
Водночас Міністерство охорони здоров’я Чехії рекомендувало припинити процес вакцинації населення від коронавірусу через нестачу препарату. Попередньо, вакцинація буде припинена відсьогодні на два тижні, передає CTK.
Це рішення МОЗ пов’язано з невиконанням договірних зобов’язань компанії Pfizer. При цьому у відомстві зазначили, що вакцинувати продовжать лише тих, хто вже отримав першу дозу вакцини.

Єврокомісія запропонувала посилити правила в’їзду в держави Європейського союзу з третіх країн у зв’язку з появою нових мутацій коронавірусу.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба ЄК.
У зв’язку з цим країнам ЄС пропонують запровадити обов’язкове тестування на наявність вірусу перед вильотом. При цьому тест повинен бути зроблений не пізніше 72 годин до в’їзду в ЄС. Громадяни Євросоюзу і члени їхніх родин можуть пройти тестування по прибуттю.
Крім того, при виїзді в ЄС з регіонів із зареєстрованими мутованими штамами коронавірусу рекомендується ввести обов’язковий карантин чи самоізоляцію.
Відповідні рекомендації будуть розглянуті Радою Європи. Очікується, що перше обговорення питання відбудеться у понеділок, 25 січня. Після чого кожні два тижні планується перегляд списку країн, яким дозволено в’їзд на територію Європейського Союзу.
