Magyarország történetének legnagyobb humanitárius akciója zajlik jelenleg a háború sújtotta Ukrajna megsegítése érdekében, és ez egészen addig folytatódni fog, amíg szükség van rá – közölte Szijjártó Péter külgazdasági és külügyminiszter szerdán az Országgyűlésben.
A magyar Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztérium közleménye szerint a tárcavezető Grexa Liliána ukrán nemzetiségi szószóló felszólalására reagálva kiemelte, hogy a kormány már a fegyveres konfliktus kirobbanását követően világossá tette az álláspontját: „elítéljük az Ukrajnát ért orosz katonai agressziót, kiálltunk és ki is állunk Ukrajna mellett, minden létező segítséget megadunk azoknak az embereknek, akiknek a háború elől kell menekülniük”.
Emlékeztetett rá, hogy eddig mintegy 740 ezer menekült érkezett Magyarországra Ukrajna irányából közvetve vagy közvetlenül, és a hatóságok mindegyikükről gondoskodtak, a hosszabb távon is maradni szándékozókat pedig a munkavállalásban is segítik, gyermekeiket beiskolázzák. „Ez erkölcsi és jogi kötelességünk” – fogalmazott.
Aláhúzta, hogy már elérte a 2000 tonnát az Ukrajnába szállított humanitárius adományok mennyisége, és az akció folytatódni fog, amíg arra szükség van.
Szijjártó Péter rámutatott, hogy a kormány nemrég öt elemből álló, összesen 37 millió euró értékű támogatási csomagot ajánlott fel az ukrajnai humanitárius helyzet javítása érdekében.
Ennek keretében Magyarország egyebek mellett részt vesz egy, az Ökumenikus Segélyszervezettel közösen azonosított iskola újjáépítésében az ukrajnai Borogyankától mintegy tíz kilométerre, amennyiben jóváhagyják az ukrán hatóságok. Valamint a biztonsági helyzet javulásától függően hamarosan megkezdik 44, Csernyihiv megyei kórházakban ápolt kiskorú speciális ellátását a Heim Pál Gyermekkórházban, de az indulás egyelőre késik a légitámadások miatt – tudatta.
Tájékoztatása szerint emellett sebesült ukrán katonákat fognak gyógykezelni felső létszámkorlát nélkül Magyarországon, amint azt az ukrán hatóságok kérni fogják. Továbbá megkezdték a mobilotthonok kárpátaljai kiszállításának előkészületeit a belső menekültek számára, illetve szeptembertől ezer felsőoktatási ösztöndíjas helyet ajánlottak fel ukrán diákok számára, és a jelentkezési határidőt kitolták, hogy a most érettségiző tanulók is részt vehessenek a programban.
Németh Szilárd rezsicsökkentés fenntartásáért felelős kormánybiztos kérdésére adott válaszában a miniszter leszögezte, hogy hatalmas versenyelőnyt és biztonságot jelent, ha egy ország maga tudja előállítani a felhasznált energia egy nagyobb részét.
Hangsúlyozta, hogy az ukrajnai háború és az erre válaszul elfogadott szankciók új világgazdasági és geopolitikai realitást eredményeztek, amelyet egyebek mellett nyersanyaghiány és energiaellátási nehézségek jellemeznek.
„Korábban az energiaellátás kérdése olyan volt, mint a levegő: teljesen természetesnek vettük. A piac alapvetően inkább kínálati volt, a kérdés csak az volt, hogy ki tud jobb árat elérni. Mára a helyzet jelentős mértékben megváltozott, az energiabeszerzések során az ár másodlagos kérdéssé vált, az elsődleges kérdés ugyanis az, hogy van-e mit megvásárolni” – jelentette ki.
Majd rámutatott, hogy az önellátás képességének híján a hosszú távú energiavásárlási szerződések is biztonságosabb helyzetet eredményeznek.

A jelentés szerint Aresztovics felvetette, hogy a német polgároknak a politikusaik körmére kellene nézni. Mint fogalmazott, „fájdalommal próbáljuk megérteni, hogy Németország mit, milyen fegyvereket szállított Ukrajnának. Szeretném látni már az ötezer megígért rohamsisakot.”
A tanácsadó mindazonáltal azt is felsorolta, hogy a német kormány már mit adott át az ukrán hadseregnek. „Gránátvetőket biztosan szállítottak, páncéltörő fegyvereket, lőszert. A pénzt fegyverekre, régi szovjet felszerelések vásárlására adták” – jegyezte meg Olekszij Aresztovics.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a Bundestagtól érkező összes fegyver könnyű, azaz védelmi jellegű volt. Németország egyelőre csak ígérte, hogy nehézfegyvereket is szállít.

A csernobili atomerőmű erősen sugárszennyezett zónájának akna- és lőszermentesítéséhez nyújtanak segítséget képzéssel és eszközökkel magyar tűzszerészek – közölte a magyar Készenléti Rendőrség a police.hu oldalon kedden.
Azt írták: a csernobili atomerőmű környékéről kivonuló orosz csapatok több helyen aknákat és robbanócsapdákat, valamint nagy mennyiségű lőszert, illetve robbanóeszközt hagytak maguk után. Ezért elkerülhetetlenné vált a terület akna- és lőszermentesítése, azonban a megbolygatott radioaktív porral szennyezett talaj miatt ez különleges feladatot jelent a szakembereknek.
Az Európai Bizottság Belbiztonsági és Migrációs Főigazgatósága kereste meg a magyarországi Készenléti Rendőrség Tűzszerész Szolgálat által működtetett Közép-európai CBRN-E Kiképző Központot, hogy osszák meg ismereteiket az ukrán rendőrség tűzszerészeivel. Emellett az ukrán rendőrség kérésére a magyar tűzszerészek a Bombaadat Központok Nemzetközi Munkacsoportjának tagjaként is technikai támogatást nyújtanak – tették hozzá.
A tájékoztatás szerint a belügyminiszter az országos rendőrfőkapitány javaslatával egyetértve feladatként határozta meg a képzési támogatás nyújtását, humanitárius segítségnyújtás részeként védőeszközök és sugárfelderítésre alkalmas berendezések biztosítását, valamint a más tagországok által technikai támogatásként felajánlott segélyek koordinálását, és azok eljuttatását az ukrán rendőrség tűzszerészeinek.
A csernobili zónába induló első segélyszállítmányt múlt héten adták át a beregsurányi közúti határátkelőhelyen – közölték. Itt az ukrán tűzszerészek és a Caritas munkatársai egyéni sugárzásmérő dozimétereket, sugárszennyeződés ellen védelmet nyújtó légzőkészülékeket, maszkokat, ruhákat és az ezekhez tartozó kiegészítőket vettek át. A következő szállítmányhoz további hat ország ajánlott fel eszközöket – jelezték.

Egy új párizsi étterem a háború korbácsolta ellenséges érzelmeket a hagyományos orosz és ukrán konyha egyesítésével igyekszik ellensúlyozni.
A Pirozski bárt az invázió kezdete után nem sokkal nyitotta meg egy orosz nő, aki ukrán felmenőkkel is rendelkezik. Jelena Biktimirova elmesélte az Euronewsnak az étterem keletkezésének történetét:
„A recepteket az ukrán és az orosz nagymamáimtól örököltem. Az egyikük például megtanított arra, hogyan kell gombócot készíteni. Ő egy ukrán faluból, Pusztovojtovóból származott, és én az egész gyerekkoromat ott töltöttem. A legkedvesebb emlékem ebből az időszakból a nagymamám főztje, főleg a gombócainak íze. És ezt az ízt az egész világnak meg tudom most mutatni. Megérintett, hogy az emberek milyen pozitívan álltak hozzá a kezdeményezésemhez. Sok vendégem van Ukrajnából és Oroszországból is. Mindenkinek tetszik a Pirozski bár, mert ez az egység, a béke, a szeretet helye.”
Az étterem dekorációját különböző országokból származó művészek készítették el, teljesen ingyen. A falfestmények a béke üzenetét hordozzák. A szakácsok és pincérek pedig oroszok és ukránok.
„Lenyűgöző volt látni, hogy az édesanyám receptjei szinte a legapróbb részletig megegyeznek a munkatársaim által ismert ukrán és orosz receptekkel. Ugyanúgy főzünk. Teljes az egység, ugyanazokat az ízeket szeretjük. A nyitónapon sok vendég érkezett Szentpétervárról, Moszvából, Kijevből és Oroszország különböző régióiból. Mindenki azt mondta, hogy igen, ez az az íz, amit ismerek. Ez egy remek lehetőség arra, hogy megmutassuk szeretjük egymást” – magyarázta Jelena, aki szerint erre most hatalmas szükség van a világban:
„Én orosz vagyok, de ma három bátyám él Ukrajnában, a családjaikkal együtt. Ha elfelejtjük, hogy egy helyről jöttünk, az a végünket fogja jelenteni. Túlélhetjük még a mostani, szörnyű tragédiát is, de csak a szeretet segítségével. A gyűlölködés csak még több puszításhoz fog vezetni” – mondta az étterem tulajdonosa.

Ukrajnát összesen 7,6 millió ember hagyta el a háború miatt, azonban a kockázatok ellenére egyre többen térnek haza. Hozzátette, hogy külföldön ritka, ha kedvező lakhatási körülményeket találnak az ukrán állampolgárok, hiszen vagy nagyon drágán kell lakást bérelniük, vagy tömeges menekültszállón helyezik el őket.
