Egy volt orosz védelmiminiszter-helyettes azt javasolta, hogy az ország 27-ről 30 évre emelje a sorkötelezettségi korhatárt az idei tavaszi sorozás idején – írja a The Guardian.
Andrej Kartapolov, az Állami Duma védelmi bizottságának vezetője azt javasolta, hogy a változtatásra a sorkötelezettség alsó, 18 éves korhatárának megváltoztatása nélkül kerülhetne sor.
Tavaly Szergej Sojgu védelmi miniszter javasolta a sorozási korhatárok megváltoztatását, a felső határt 30 évre emelve, azonban ő az alsó korhatárt is emelte volna 21 évre.
Kartapolov a jelek szerint egy átmeneti lehetőségről beszél, amelyben egyelőre nem emelik az alsó határt.

A projekt indulása óta közel 4300 orosz katona hívta már a megadás biztonságos módját garantáló, Élni akarok nevű forródrótot – közölte Vitalij Matvienko, a projekt szóvivője.
A kezdeményezés célja, hogy az orosz katonák biztonságosan megadhassák magukat az ukrán haderőnek. A szóvivő szerint leginkább olyan orosz katonák veszik fel a kapcsolatot, akiknek elegük van a harcból, vagy kényszerből lettek besorozva – írja a The New Voice of Ukraine.

Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök a háború 257. napján tartott élő bejelentkezésében azt mondta, hogy az ukrán védők jól teljesítenek a fronton, és naponta több száz orosz katona esik el a donyecki régióban.
Általánosságban elmondható, hogy az ukrán védelmi erők aktívan védik a frontot – keleten és délen is fokozatosan visszaszorítjuk az ellenséget. Fokozatosan haladnak előre. A legnagyobb káosz továbbra is a donyecki régióban van. Ott naponta több száz megszálló hal meg. Az ukrán állások előtti föld szó szerint tele van a megszállók holttesteivel – fogalmazott Zelenszkij az Unian ukrán hírügynökség szerint.

Az „Élni akarok” projekt forródrótjára több mint kétezer hívás érkezett orosz katonáktól, akik meg akarják adni magukat – közölte Andrij Juszov, az ukrán védelmi minisztérium hírszerzési főigazgatóságának képviselője a Szabadság csatornán.
Elmondta azt is, hogy olyanok is jelentkeznek, akiket még nem küldtek a frontra, de szeretnék tudni előre, mit kell tenniük, ha megadásra szánnák el magukat. Juszov megjegyezte: az „Élni akarok” ukrajnai állami projekt lehetővé teszi az oroszok számára, hogy elkerüljék a harcot, és megmentsék életüket. Felvilágosítást adott arról az algoritmusról is, melynek segítségével az orosz katonák megadhatják magukat az ukrán fegyveres erőknek.
Erre ad lehetőséget több forródrótos telefonvonal, Telegram-csatorna, chatbot és weboldal is. Aki beírja a keresőbe, minden információt megtalál a projektről. A megadást fehér zászlóval, eldobott fegyverrel vagy felemelt kezekkel lehet demonstrálni.
Juszov hozzátette: Ukrajna betartja a genfi egyezményeket, a foglyoknak szállást és élelmet is biztosítanak.

Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök szombat esti beszédében három dolgot ígért az orosz katonáknak, ha megadják magukat:
civilizált bánásmódot, a nemzetközi egyezményeknek megfelelően;
azt, hogy senkinek nem beszélnek a megadás körülményeiről, tehát arról sem, ha „szándékosan”, ki nem kényszerített módon adják meg magukat (ezért ugyanis egy szombaton aláírt rendelet szerint 10 év börtönbüntetést járna);
és azt, hogy ha nem akarnak visszatérni utána Oroszországba egy fogolycsere által, akkor nem kötelezik őket erre.
Az ukrán elnök mindeközben – az orosz katonáknak üzenve – hangsúlyozta, hogy a parancsnokaik nem foglalkoznak az életükkel. „Tehát ez egy kulcsfontosságú pillanat önöknek, most dől el, hogy véget ér-e az életük. Jobb kibújni a behívólevél alól, mint idegen földön, háborús bűnösként meghalni” – fogalmazott Zelenszkij, majd azt is hozzátette: Jobb, ha megadják magukat és ukrán hadifogságba esnek, mint ha a fegyvereink végeznek önökkel.

A kirgiz és üzbég hatóságok figyelmeztetése szerint súlyos következményeket von maga után, ha az Oroszországban vendégmunkásként dolgozó állampolgáraik az orosz hadsereg oldalán csatlakoznak az ukrajnai háborúhoz. Mindezt azután jelentették be a hatóságok, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök elrendelte a részleges mozgósítást.
A moszkvai kirgiz nagykövetség szeptember 21-én, Putyin rendeletét követően kiadott egy közleményt, amelyben kijelentette, hogy zsoldostevékenységnek minősül bármilyen részvétel külföldi országok területén folytatott katonai akciókban, ez pedig tíz évig terjedő börtönbüntetéssel, valamint teljes vagyonelkobzással büntethető – írja a Szabad Európa.
A nagykövetség arra kéri a kirgiz állampolgárokat, hogy haladéktalanul értesítsék a Kirgiz Köztársaság diplomáciai képviseletét az Orosz Föderációban, ha olyan dokumentumot kapnak, amely csatlakozásra szólítja fel őket bármilyen katonai művelethez – áll a közleményben. Ugyancsak szeptember 21-én egy másik közép-ázsiai ország, Üzbegisztán főügyészi hivatala közleményt adott ki, amelyben figyelmeztette az üzbég vendégmunkásokat, hogy törvénytelennek minősül, ha külföldi hadsereghez csatlakoznak, és akár tíz év börtönt is kockáztatnak vele.

Több mint negyven ország jelezte politikai nyilatkozta aláírásával a szándékát, hogy együtt segítenék az Ukrajnában elkövetett háborús bűnök felkutatására irányuló nyomozást – írja az Independent.
A megállapodást a Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság (ICC) székhelyén, egy Hágában tartott konferencián kötötték meg. A 45 ország emellett 20 millió eurót ígért az ICC, valamint az ukrajnai főügyészség és az ENSZ támogatására.
Ennek következtében, mivel több mint 20 ezer háborús bűnügyi nyomozás már folyamatban van, és a különböző csoportokat különböző országok vezetik, a bizonyítékoknak hiteleseknek és szervezettnek kell lenniük – nyilatkozta néhány tisztviselő.

A hatóságoknak már sikerült azonosítaniuk 45 orosz katonát, akik háborús bűnöket követtek el Ukrajnában.
A hírt Irina Venediktova főügyész közölte május 16-án.
Elmondása szerint hárman már a bíróság előtt állnak, az első tárgyalásra az elmúlt héten került sor. Az információk szerint ezek a személyek civileket öltek meg, s civil létesítmények ellen indítottak támadásokat Harkiv megyében.
Elmondta, hogy összesen 11 600 háborús bűntett ügyében folyik az eljárás.
