Megerősítette az indiai külügyminisztérium pénteken, hogy indiai állampolgárokat is alkalmaznak az orosz hadseregnél bizonyos „támogatói munkakörökben”, és Újdelhi azon dolgozik, hogy az érintetteket mielőbb leszereljék.
A The Hindu című indiai napilap szerdán írt arról, hogy az utóbbi egy évben mintegy száz indiai állampolgárt vett fel az orosz hadsereg legalább egyéves munkaszerződéssel.
A lap úgy értesült, hogy nagyjából húsz indiai rekedt különböző településeken az orosz–ukrán háború frontvonalán, és közülük legkevesebb hárman arra „kényszerültek”, hogy az orosz katonák mellett harcoljanak.
Az újság szerint dubaji székhelyű toborzók vették rá az érintett indiaiakat arra, hogy vállaljanak munkát az orosz hadseregnél. A közvetítők magas fizetést és orosz útlevelet ígértek nekik. Moszkvába érkezésük után a jelentkezők kiképzést kaptak, majd januárban a frontra küldték őket.
A külügyi tárca erre reagálva közölte, hogy tudomása van arról, hogy indiaiak is dolgoznak az orosz hadseregnél, de azt nem erősítette meg, hogy harci cselekményekben is részt vennének. Kiemelték: India moszkvai nagykövetsége már több alkalommal próbált közbenjárni az illetékes orosz hatóságoknál annak érdekében, hogy idő előtt váljanak meg az indiai munkavállalóktól.
„Minden indiai állampolgárt figyelmeztetünk, hogy kellő óvatossággal járjon el, és maradjon távol a konfliktustól” – közölte az indiai külügyminisztérium.

A brit védelmi minisztérium friss hírszerzési jelentése az alábbiakat tartalmazza:
Vannak arra utaló jelek, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin ukrajnai háborúja Oroszország-szerte hozzájárul az egészségügyi szakemberek hiányához. Röviddel az orosz hadsereg 2022. szeptemberi mozgósítása után az egészségügyi szakembereket figyelmeztették, hogy ne hagyják el az országot; azonban
Az orosz orvosok és egészségügyi szakemberek akár 2%-a is elhagyhatta az országot, hogy elkerülje a behívót. Emellett valószínűleg akár 3000 egészségügyi dolgozót is mozgósítottak, hogy segítsenek a harci egészségügyi ellátásban.
Az orosz egészségügyi minisztérium 2023 novemberében azt állította, hogy az egészségügyi szektorban mintegy 26.500 orvos és 58.200 ápoló hiányzik. Az orvoshiány 22 régióban jelentős, további hét régióban pedig súlyosnak minősül. Egy másik, 2024. januári becslés szerint az előző 15 hónapban 7500-zal csökkent az orvosok száma – sokan a hosszú munkaidőt és az alacsony fizetést okolják. A Duma regionális politikával és helyi önkormányzatokkal foglalkozó bizottsága a 2024-es költségvetésről szóló jelentésében megjegyezte, hogy
Különösen Oroszország szegényebb régióinak lesz gondja az orvosi fizetések finanszírozásával.
Az ukrajnai orosz háború támogatásának súlyos erőforrás- és pénzügyi terhei negatívan hatnak számos, az orosz lakosságot kiszolgáló ágazatra. Semmi jel nem utal arra, hogy az oroszországi egészségügyi szakemberek számának csökkenő tendenciája 2024 folyamán megváltozna.

Az Institute for the Study of War (ISW) elemzői szerint Oroszország „gyalogsági frontális támadásokkal” számol az Ukrajna elleni háborúban a felszerelések elvesztése és a megfelelően képzett katonák hiánya miatt – írja az Ukrajinszka Pravda.
Az egyik orosz katonai állomány november 11-én hangsúlyozta, az orosz gyakorlat, amelyben taktikai támadásokat hajtanak végre azzal a céllal, hogy megtámadják az ukrán erődített állásokat a Donbász erdőterületein, nem vezet szélesebb körű hadműveleti áttöréshez a front egyetlen részén sem.
Megjegyezték, nincs mód arra, hogy elegendő számú orosz katonát felkészítsenek a jelentős ukrajnai előrenyomuláshoz szükséges intenzív frontális támadásokra.
Az ISW elemzői megjegyezték, hogy az orosz erők egyre inkább a gyalogság által vezetett frontális támadásokra támaszkodnak, amelyek valószínűleg kompenzálják a megfelelően képzett személyzet hiányát és a nehéz felszerelések veszteségeit.

Az orosz hadsereg egyre gyakrabban mér csapást a fronthoz közeli területekre irányított légibombákkal, amelyek ellen a legjobb védekezés a kiürítés – jelentette ki vasárnap Natalija Humenyuk, a Dél hadműveleti csoport sajtószóvivője egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a szóvivő az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva kifejtette, hogy az Ukrajna fegyvertárában lévő eszközökkel le lehet lőni az ellenséges irányított légibombákat. De figyelembe véve a megszállók által naponta kilőtt rakéták számát a lakott területekre, főleg délen, Ukrajna védtelen maradhat, ha lelövi az összes bombát – mutatott rá.
„A jelenlegi körülmények között a légibombák elleni legmegbízhatóbb védelem a kiürítés. A dél-ukrajnai frontterületek lakóinak biztonságosabb helyekre kell távozniuk” – hangsúlyozta Natalija Humenyuk.

Egy orosz állam által támogatott katonai magáncég (PMC) először próbál nőket toborozni harci feladatokra Ukrajnában – közölte a brit védelmi minisztérium (MoD) hírszerzési jelentése.
A közösségi médiában közzétett üzenetekben „női újoncokat keresnek az orosz PMC Redut részeként működő Borz zászlóaljhoz, hogy mesterlövészként és pilóta nélküli légi járművek [UAV] kezelőjeként dolgozzanak”.
Márciusban Szergej Sojgu orosz védelmi miniszter azt mondta, hogy 1100 női katonát telepítettek Ukrajnába, ami a haderő mintegy 0,3 százalékának felel meg – közölte a Védelmi Minisztérium, hozzátéve, hogy a Redut hirdetése rámutat, hogy „jelenleg főként egészségügyi támogató és élelmezési feladatokban szolgálnak”.
„Továbbra sem világos, hogy a hivatalos orosz védelmi erők igyekeznek-e követni a példát, és több harci szerepet nyitni a nők számára” – tette hozzá a jelentés.
„A nők a jelenlegi konfliktusban ritkán vállaltak frontvonalbeli harci szerepet az oroszbarát erőknél; azonban a második világháború alatt a szovjet erőknél komoly hagyománya volt a női mesterlövészeknek és más harcoló katonáknak” – áll a jelentésben.

Helyi viszonyok között magasnak számító fizetéssel próbálják rávenni a kazah férfiakat arra, hogy csatlakozzanak az orosz hadsereghez. A dolog szépséghibája, hogy a külföldi katonai konfliktusokhoz való csatlakozás anyagi haszonszerzés céljából a kazah törvények szerint illegális.
Az ukrajnai konfliktus eszkalálódása közepette a kazah internetezők képernyőjén olyan hirdetések jelentek meg, amelyekben az orosz hadsereghez való csatlakozásért nagy összegű azonnali kifizetést kínálnak.
Az Oroszországgal határos volt szovjet köztársaság, Kazahsztán több mint hárommillió orosz nemzetiségű embernek ad otthont, és ugyan hagyományosan Oroszország egyik legszorosabb szövetségeseként tartják számon, nem támogatta Moszkva ukrajnai háborúját, és békére szólított fel. Az országban számos hirdetés látott napvilágot, melyek egyértelműen a kazah lakosságot célozzák, orosz és kazah zászlókat, valamint a „Vállt vállnak vetve” szlogent tartalmazzák – írja a Reuters.
A hirdetések 495 ezer orosz rubel egyszeri kifizetést ígérnek azoknak, akik szerződést kötnek az orosz hadsereggel, valamint legalább 190 ezer rubel havi fizetést, plusz extra juttatásokat is.
A hirdetések az oroszországi Távol-Keleten található Szahalin régió humánerőforrás-fejlesztési ügynökségének – amely a helyi kormány által létrehozott szervezet – weboldalára irányítják az érdeklődőket. Az ilyesfajta toborzással csak az a probléma, hogy a külföldi katonai konfliktusokhoz való csatlakozás anyagi haszonszerzés céljából a kazah törvények szerint illegális.

Az ukrán hadsereg továbbra is gyengíti az oroszok védekezési képességét, már most vannak arra utaló jelek, hogy egyre nehezebb ellenállni az ukrán nyomásnak – jelentette ki Hanna Maljar védelmi miniszterhelyettes egy televíziós műsorban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Maljar az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának elmondta, hogy az ukrán katonák hetente több tucat orosz fegyverraktárt rombolnak le, orosz megszállók százait és felszereléseiket semmisítik meg naponta. „Már látjuk annak jeleit, hogy az ellenség egyre nehezebben tud ellenállni. Védőink pedig tele vannak erővel a továbblépéshez” – tette hozzá.
A helyettes védelmi miniszter elmondása szerint a fokozatos előrenyomulás Bahmuttól délre folytatódik. Csaták zajlanak Kurgyumivka, Kliscsijivka és Andrijivka településeken, ahol az orosz megszállók tüzérséget és aknavetőket használnak – jegyezte meg. „A város északi részén az ukrán fegyveres erők visszaverik az ellenséges támadásokat. Hadseregünk fokozatos, de biztos előrenyomulása is zajlik déli irányokban Melitopol és Bergyanszk felé. Mozgásban vagyunk, de fel kell mérnünk az ellenség erőfeszítéseit és ellenállását, amellyel szembenézünk” – hangsúlyozta Hanna Maljar.

Kazahsztán területén helyi lakosok az Ukrajna elleni háborúban való Oroszországi Föderációba való toborzásának kísérletét jelentették – számolt be a Kosztanai régió ügyészségének sajtószolgálata.
„A közelmúltban a közösségi hálók tömegével publikáltak az Oroszországi Föderáció Ukrajna elleni háborújával kapcsolatos anyagokat. Ugyanakkor némelyikük felhívást intéz a kazah polgárokhoz a háborúban való részvételre, provokatív és egyértelműen hamis információkat tartalmaznak, amelyek mindkét fél állampolgárai nemzeti becsületét és méltóságát sérti” – áll a közleményben.
Az ügyészség információja szerint a közösségi hálók felhasználói, többek között a kazah polgárok kommentjei „Kazahsztán területének integritására irányuló szeparatista felhívásokat” tartalmaznak.
A biztonsági erők emlékeztettek arra, hogy ezeket az akciókat tiltja Kazahsztán alkotmánya, a nemzetközileg elismert jogi dokumentumok, amelyeknek Kazahsztán részese. Akár 10 év börtönt is kaphatnak azok a kazah állampolgárok, akik harcolni indulnak Ukrajna ellen.
Meg kell jegyezni, hogy Kazahsztán állami szervei ritkán kommentálják az ország állampolgárainak toborzásával kapcsolatos információkat, miszerint vegyenek részt az Oroszország által Ukrajna ellen indított háborúban. Korábban bizonyítékok voltak arra vonatkozóan, hogy kazahokat toboroztak a Wagner alakulat soraiba, hogy az orosz erők oldalán részt vegyenek az ukrajnai háborúban. A kazah zsoldosok pontos száma nem ismert.
