Papíron az ukrajnai orosz Összevont Erők (CGF) hasonlóan van megszervezve, mint a 446 nappal ezelőtt megindult inváziós erő. Még mindig csak korlátozott függetlenséggel bír a légi műveletek végrehajtásában − írja napi hírszerzési jelentésében a brit külügyminisztérium.
2022 februárjában azonban az inváziós sereg hivatásos katonákból állt, nagyrészt viszonylag modern járművekkel volt felszerelve, és rendszeresen képzésekben részesült, hogy képes legyen komplex, közös műveletek végrehajtására.
Jelenleg a haderő többnyire rosszul képzett, mozgósított tartalékosokból áll, és egyre inkább elavult felszerelésre támaszkodik. Általában csak nagyon egyszerű, gyalogsági alapú műveleteket hajtanak végre.
Reálisan szemlélve a CGF valószínűleg nem tud nagyszámú ütőképes, mozgékony tartalékot létrehozni, hogy reagálhasson a felmerülő operatív kihívásokra. Nem valószínű, hogy ez a szervezet stresszhelyzetben hatékonyan el tudná látni a feladatait az 1200 kilométer hosszú frontvonalon.

Az orosz hadvezetés toborzásba kezdett az Oroszországba érkezett bevándorlók körében – közölte a brit katonai hírszerzés hétfőn.
Mint írták, az orosz katonai toborzók azokat a vendégmunkásokat kezdték el toborozni, akik a közép-ázsiai országokból érkeztek Oroszországba. A toborzást a bevándorlási hivatalokban és mecsetekben folytatják, főként tádzsik és üzbég nyelvet beszélők körében. A magas fizetésen kívül a katonai szolgálatért cserébe arra is lehetőséget biztosítanak nekik, hogy fél-egy év alatt juthassanak hozzá az orosz állampolgársághoz a szokásos öt év helyett.
A britek szerint valószínűsíthető, hogy közülük jó néhányan csatlakoznak majd az orosz hadsereghez, de ha így tesznek, akkor a legveszélyesebb frontszakaszokra fogják küldeni őket.
Végül azt is hozzátették: a toborzókampány része az orosz védelmi minisztérium azon célkitűzésének, amelynek értelmében 400 ezerre akarják növelni az Ukrajnában harcoló önkéntes katonák számát. Minderre azért lenne szükség, mert az orosz kormányzat vonakodik elrendelni egy újabb sorozási hullámot – írták a brit hírszerzők.

Minden bizonnyal visszatért az ukrajnai hadszíntérre Mihail Teplinszkij vezérezredes, az orosz légideszanthadtest (VDV) parancsnoka, azután, hogy januárban visszahívták onnan – közölte napi hírszerzési jelentésében a brit védelmi minisztérium.
A jelentés szerint Teplinszkij azon kevés magas rangú orosz tábornokok egyike, akiket „széles körben tisztelnek” az állományban. Hozzáteszik, a tábornok közelmúltbeli viharos karrierje arra utal, hogy az orosz vezérkaron belüli frakciók között intenzív feszültségek vannak az ukrajnai hadműveletekkel kapcsolatban.
Nem valószínű, hogy Teplinszkij feladata a VDV-egységekre korlátozódna, de nagy valószínűséggel a hadtest hagyományos elit alakulat szerepét fogja támogatni.
Az elmúlt napokban a VDV újrakezdte a bahmuti harcokban kulcsfontosságú feladatát, és valószínűleg újszerű integrációt hajtott végre a TOS-1A termobarikus rakétavetőkkel a Kremina szektorban – olvasható a jelentésben.

Az orosz hadsereg Keleti Főcsoportjának parancsnokát, Rusztam Muradovot elbocsátotta Vlagyimir Putyin – számolt be róla a Sky News a brit védelmi minisztérium információira hivatkozva.
Az orosz elnök Muradov egységeinek sorozatos sikertelensége miatt küldte el a vezérezredest. A csoport leginkább az elbukott offenzívákról lett ismert, többek között hozzájuk fűződik Vuhledar város ostroma, ahol az oroszok több tucat harckocsit veszítettek el.
Muradov egységeit Oroszország-szerte érték a kritikák. A Sky News úgy tudja, hogy még a csapatán belül is nagy volt az elégedetlenség a sikertelenség miatt.
Az idén Muradov az eddigi legmagasabb rangú orosz tiszt, akit Putyin elbocsátott.
Az ukrán erők Melitopol ellen intéznek támadásokat már napok óta. Mivel a zaporizzsjai település a front mögött helyezkedik el, így ostromról nincs szó, a kijevi csapatok több alkalommal is HIMARS rakétákkal lőtték a várost.
A Sky News azt írta, hogy a Bahmuttól nem messze lévő Kreminna is ukrán támadás alá került. A luhanszki települést tarackokkal lövik az ukránok. Állítólag Kreminna városnál állomásozik az Urals Zászlóalj, egy orosz zsoldossereg. Az Urals PMC (magánhadsereg) a Wagner csoporthoz hasonló, azonban a harci potenciálja nem éri el Jevgenyij Prigozsin vezette alakulatét.

Egy oknyomozó cikk szerint az Auchan oroszországi leányvállalata is segítette az orosz hadsereget az ukrajnai háborúban. A francia vállalat a cikk megjelenése után egy közleményt adott ki a honlapján.
Mint írták, „határozottan tagadják” azokat a kijelentéseket, amelyek az oknyomozó cikkben találhatóak.
Az Auchant rendkívül meglepték ezek a vádak, amelyeket egyáltalán nem erősített meg mindaz, amit a saját belső vizsgálatunk feltárt – írták.
A közleményben azt is hangsúlyozták, hogy azért nem vonultak ki sem Oroszországból, sem Ukrajnából, mert elkötelezettek amellett, hogy a civil lakosság továbbra is hozzájuthasson az élelmiszerhez és a különféle fogyasztói termékekhez. Mindeközben tagadták azt, hogy bármiféle adománygyűjtést indítottak volna Oroszországban az orosz hadsereg katonáinak.
Az Auchan azt elismerte, hogy bizonyos beszállítói szerződéseket teljesítettek a szentpétervári önkormányzat részére. A szerződésbe viszont nem volt belefoglalva az, hogy amit ők eladnak, azt később a vevő mily módon használja fel, vagy kihez juttatja el. Az orosz megszállóknak elfogyott a lőszerük, a katonai egységekben szigorú lőszer-takarékosságra adtak ki parancsot – jelentette hétfőn a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztálya a Telegram-csatornáján egy ellenséges telefonlehallgatásra hivatkozva, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A közlés szerint a lehallgatott orosz megszálló szó szerint azt mondta: „minden pozíciónak. Parancs. Szigorú lőszer-takarékosság.” A Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztálya rámutatott, hogy minden Ukrajna ellen elkövetett háborús bűncselekményért igazságos megtorlás jár.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a közelmúltban az egyik lehallgatott megszálló arról panaszkodott egy ismerősének, hogy az orosz hadsereg vezetése okolható a makijvkai újévi robbanásokért, amely túl közel állított csapatokat a frontvonalhoz. Emellett a kiadvány arról is beszámolt, hogy egy nő megbeszéli egy megszállóval az Orosz Föderációban folyó mozgósítás szégyenletes állapotát, és elmagyarázta, hogy a rokkant embereket is elviszik a hadseregbe.

A jelentés szerint Juszov az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta: „észrevehető a rakétacsapások közötti időközök növekedésének dinamikája, valamint a kilőtt rakéták számának csökkenése az energiainfrastruktúrát ért első tömeges csapásokhoz képest.” Valójában az orosz hadsereg rakétapotenciálja csökken, nem tudják tartani az intenzitást sem a rendszeresség, sem a mennyiség tekintetében – mutatott rá Andrij Juszov.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Mihajlo Podoljak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetőjének tanácsadója azt közölte, hogy csütörtök reggeli hatalmas támadás során az orosz csapatok több mint 120 rakétát lőttek ki Ukrajna irányába.

Az orosz hadseregnek számos olyan hiányossága van, amelyek hatással vannak a harcképességére, és egy ponton belülről elkezdhet összeomlani – mondta David Petraeus, a CIA korábbi igazgatója.
„Nagyon komoly hiányosságuk van a logisztikai struktúrában és képességeikben. A kommunikációjuk szörnyű: nagy frekvenciájú, titkosítatlan és egycsatornás. Bárki, aki rendelkezik rendőrségi szkennerrel, megtalálhatja és elkaphat beszélgetéseket, vagy rögzítheti azokat” – mondta a tábornok.
Petraeus szerint a megszállók a hozzá nem értésükkel emelkednek ki. Megjegyezte, hogy az Orosz Föderációnak volt ideje és lehetősége felkészíteni csapatait egy teljes körű invázió előtt, de nem tette meg. Véleménye szerint az orosz hadsereg összeomlása több tényezőtől függ:
- Oroszország képes lesz-e további drónokat szerezni Iránból;
- képes lesz-e további rakétákat és lőszereket szerezni Iránból vagy Észak-Koreából;
- a katonák tudatában vannak-e a hadsereg veszteségeinek és küldetésük értelmetlenségének.
Más tényezők is befolyásolják a hadsereg hangulatát, különösen a téli időjárás – taglalta a volt CIA-igazgató az Unian szerint.
