Az ukrán fővárosban ma majdnem annyian élnek, mint az Ukrajna elleni orosz invázió február 24-i kezdete előtt – közölte Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármester egy lapinterjúban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a polgármester a Der Spiegel című német lapnak nyilatkozva elmondta: „becsléseink arra alapulnak, hogy hány mobiltelefont használnak. A háború előtt 3,8 millióan éltek itt, márciusban már csak egymillió alatt, júliusban kettő, kettő és fél millióan, most 3,6 millióan.” A város túlzsúfolt – tette hozzá. Ma mintegy 300 ezer regisztrált belső menekült él Ukrajna más régióiból Kijevben – emlékeztetett Vitalij Klicsko.
Mint hírportálunk tegnap beszámolt róla, Klicsko azt közölte, hogy Kijev 40%-a áram nélkül maradt, de nem csütörtök reggeli hatalmas orosz rakétatámadás következtében, hanem mert az energetikai szakemberek által a légiriadó alatt alkalmazott biztonsági intézkedések következtében. „Most az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán dolgoznak az energetikai vállalatok. A város a szokásos módon szolgáltatja a hőt és a vizet. Kivéve azokat a házakat, ahol nincs áramszolgáltatás, amelyektől a kazánok működése függ” – jelezte a polgármester.

Vitalij Klicsko december 17-én jelentette be a népszerű gyalogoshíd újranyitását Kijev központjában. A híd, amely két központi kijevi parkot köt össze, a Volodimirszka Hirka és a Marjinszkij parkot, megsérült, amikor október 10-én 84 orosz rakéta egyike pont alatta csapódott be.

Kijevben teljesen helyreállt a távhőszolgáltatás, amely Oroszország december 16-i masszív rakétatámadása következtében teljesen megszűnt – közölte vasárnap reggel Vitalij Klicsko, az ukrán főváros polgármestere a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a városvezető közlésében azt írta: „a legutóbbi támadás után a főváros helyreállítja az összes szolgáltatás működését. Elsősorban Kijev távhőellátó rendszerének működését sikerült helyreállítani. Minden távhőellátó központ megfelelően működik.”
Vitalij Klicsko hozzátette, hogy vasárnap a közüzemi dolgozók olyan családi házakban dolgoznak majd, ahol helyi problémák vannak fűtéssel.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy december 16-án az oroszok hatalmas rakétatámadást indítottak Ukrajna civil infrastruktúrája ellen. Az orosz megszállók 70 cirkálórakétát és négy irányítható levegő-föld rakétát lőttek ki. Az ukrán légvédelmi erők 60 cirkálórakétát lelőttek. A rakétacsapások következtében több energetikai infrastrukturális létesítmény és lakóépület is megrongálódott Zsitomir, Kijev, Harkiv, Dnyipropetrovszk és Zaporizzsja megyékben.

Kijevben, a Szófia téren szombaton elkezdődött az ország „legyőzhetetlenségi” karácsonyfájának a díszítése, amelyen idén energiatakarékos fényfüzérek lesznek – közölte szombaton Vitalij Klicsko polgármester a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
Mint a főváros első embere jelezte, idén az ország fő karácsonyfája mesterséges és 12 méter magas. Energiatakarékos fényfüzérekkel lesz díszítve, amelyeket generátorról működtetnek majd. A karácsonyfa fényeit nagy valószínűséggel csak a nap bizonyos óráiban tartják bekapcsolva.
A polgármester azt is elárulta, hogy a generátor mellett a mobil telefonok és egyéb elektronikus eszközök töltési pontját rendezik be egy érdekes sátorban, aminek az ismertetését meglepetésként tartogatja. Mint megjegyezte, a karácsonyfát az elmúlt évek díszeivel, mintegy ezer kék és sárga gömbbel és fehér galambokkal ékesítik fel. Az ország karácsonyfájának a csúcsát Ukrajna címere fogja koronázni. A karácsonyfa alsó részét olyan országok zászlóival ellátott állványok díszítik, amelyek segítenek Kijevnek megbirkózni a háború kihívásaival és következményeivel.
Klicsko emlékeztetett arra, hogy idén a mecénások és a vállalkozások költségén állítják fel és díszítik fel a karácsonyfát, a generátort is szponzorok biztosították. A város nem költ pénzt.
Idén nem lesz tömegszórakoztató rendezvény, ételudvar, vásár és látványosság a Szófia téren – hangsúlyozta Kijev polgármestere.

Kijevben a télen az egyik lehetséges forgatókönyv az apokalipszis lehet, ha folytatódnak az infrastruktúra elleni orosz támadások – jelentette ki szerdán Vitalij Klicsko, az ukrán főváros polgármestere a Reuters hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a főváros első embere azt mondta: „Kijev elveszítheti áram, víz és fűtés nélkül maradhat. Apokalipszis következhet be, mint a hollywoodi filmekben, amikor az alacsony hőmérséklet miatt lehetetlenné válik az élet a lakóházakban.” Szerinte lehetséges egy olyan forgatókönyv, amely szerint a város központosított fűtés nélkül marad egészen tavaszig, ha a hőmérséklet mínusz 15 fokra csökken.
„Ha még mindig nincs áram és alacsony a külső hőmérséklet, akkor sajnos kénytelenek leszünk az épületekből leengedni a vizet. Ellenkező esetben a víz befagyhat és a teljes vízvezeték-hálózat tönkremehet, az épületek pedig teljesen alkalmatlanok lesznek a további lakhatásra” – tette hozzá. Ugyanakkor hangsúlyozta, hogy most még nincs szükség a lakosság evakuálására, de erre fel kell készülni. Elmondása szerint a városban mindössze 20 százalékos az áramhiány, a körülmények pedig stabilak.
A polgármester arról biztosított, hogy a városi hatóságok küzdenek, és mindent megtesznek azért, hogy a legrosszabb ne következhessen be. „Kijevben nincs elég hely a legyőzhetetlenségi pontokon, Ezért a lakosságnak elő kell készítenie a nélkülözhetetlen dolgokat” – figyelmeztetett Vitalij Klicsko.

Az ukrán főváros polgármestere, Vitalij Klicsko egy mindent érintő áramszünet bekövetkezésére figyelmeztette Kijev közel 3 millió lakosát. Az elmúlt időszakban Ukrajna-szerte számos települést ért orosz rakétacsapás, melynek következtében az ország teljes nemzeti energetikai infrastruktúrájának 40 százaléka szenvedett valamilyen fajta károsodást vagy pedig teljesen megsemmisült.
„A lakásokban a hőmérséklet nem sokban különbözhet a kinti hőmérséklettől” – jelentette ki Vitalij Klicsko Kijev polgármestere egy helyi biztonsági fórumon, ugyanis a hőmérséklet fagypont alá, azaz -4 Celsius-fok alá süllyedt a városban.
A polgármester továbbá azt kérte a helyi lakosoktól, hogy „raktározzanak el technikai vizet, ivóvizet, tartós élelmiszert, valamint meleg ruházatot” az elkövetkező időszakra.
A hatóságok mindeközben melegedőközpontokat állítottak fel az ország különböző, az orosz támadások által energetikai infrastruktúrát érintő városaiban, továbbá arra is figyelmeztettek, hogy az energiaválság súlyosbodása esetén egyes városrészekben evakuálásra is szükség lehet.
A teljes nemzeti energetikai infrastruktúra 40 százalékát – a közműszolgáltatók munkája ellenére – a becslések szerint érte valamilyen fajta károsodás vagy pedig teljesen megsemmisült a rakétatámadások közepette.
Klicsko felhívásában arra is kitért, hogy a lakosoknak érdemes fontolóra venni, hogy esetleg olyan családtagokhoz vagy barátokhoz költözzenek, akiket kevésbé érintettek az áramkimaradások Kijev külvárosában.

Kijevben a fűtés leállhat, ha a főváros infrastruktúráját újabb orosz támadások érik, mert a rendszert tavaszig nehéz lesz helyreállítani – jelentette ki csütörtökön Vitalij Klicsko, az ukrán főváros polgármestere a Kijevi Biztonságpolitikai Fórumon, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a kijevi városvezető felszólalásában elmondta: „ha 24 órán keresztül nincs fűtés és víz mínusz 5 fokos kinti hőmérséklet mellett, akkor vízteleníteni kell a fűtési rendszereket, mert ez a létfenntartó rendszerek károsodásához vezethet. Kénytelenek leszünk leengedni a vizet. Ez azt jelenti, hogy tavasszal nagyon nehéz lesz a vízellátás. Tavasz elejére pedig nehéz kihívások előtt fogunk állni.”
A polgármester szerint a lakások hőmérséklete fűtés hiányában meglehetősen rövid időn belül elérheti az utcai hőmérsékletet. Ugyanakkor továbbra is fennáll a veszély, hogy az oroszok tönkreteszik a város villamosenergia-ellátó rendszerét – tette hozzá. Ezért felszólította a kijevi lakosokat, hogy készüljenek fel a különféle forgatókönyvekre, és legyen akciótervük egy ilyen esetre. „A kijevi lakosok mindegyikét arra kérném, hogy beszéljenek rokonaikkal, ismerőseikkel, hátha valakinek van családi háza, hogy kritikus helyzet esetén legyen fűtés és víz, a két kulcselem” – mutatott rá.
A városvezető megjegyezte, hogy a legrosszabb forgatókönyv megvalósulása esetén a legyőzhetetlenségi pontok nem jelentenek csodaszert. „Kijevben ma 3,5 millióan élnek. A 430 melegedőhely nevetségesen kevés. És az 500 sem segít, és az 5 ezer sem lesz elég. Ne adj’ isten, ebben a helyzetben megfulladhat a tömeg, de a pontok nem is azért készültek, hogy az emberek ott lakjanak. Ez egy rövidtávú, ideiglenes tartózkodásra vonatkozik” – mutatott rá Vitalij Klicsko.
