Az emberi erőforrások – tiszti kar – hiánya miatt Oroszország kénytelen idő előtt bevonni a katonai szakiskolák kadétjait – számolt be az ukrán fegyveres erők Vezérkara operatív tájékoztatójában.
A Vezérkar közleménye szerint a Tyumenyi Katonai Szakiskolában előrehozott kibocsájtó vizsgát tartanak a kadétok számára. A végzősöket, a tervek szerint a katonai alakulatokba helyezik elsődleges tiszti beosztásba.
Az ukrán Vezérkar tájékoztatása szerint a Rjazanyi Légideszant Kiképző Iskola utolsó évfolyamos kadétjait kiképzésére küldik, amit Rjazany, Omszk, Pszkov, Tula és más városok melletti gyakorlótereken tartanak meg.
„Az említett egységeknél az egyhónapos előkészítő és koordinációs tevékenységet követően az ukrajnai harci cselekmények területére való bevetést tervezik” – áll a Facebookon közzétett közleményben.

Az az észt lakos, aki csatlakozik az orosz hadsereghez az Ukrajna ellen folytatott háborúban, nem csak, hogy elveszíti a tartózkodási engedélyét, hanem az Európai Unióból is kitiltják. Nincs visszatérés azok számára, akik elmennek – tette hozzá.

Kommusaar szerint az észt hatóságok semmilyen korlátozást nem vezettek be az orosz állampolgárok Észtországból való kiutazására vonatkozóan, de ha kiderül, hogy azért mentek el, hogy Ukrajnában harci cselekményekben vegyenek részt, nem térhetnek vissza.
Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök szeptember 21-én rendeletet írt alá a részleges mozgósításról.
Szergej Sojgu védelmi miniszter szerint a mozgósítás során 300 ezer tartalékost hívnak be, akik kiképzésen vesznek részt, mielőtt a különleges hadműveleti övezetbe küldik őket. Hangsúlyozta, hogy a mozgósítás elsődleges célja a háború során elfoglalt területek feletti ellenőrzés.

Az ukrán hadsereg elmúlt napokban elért sikerei csak a kezdet, a „téli hadjárat” még hátra van – közölte szombaton Andrij Jermak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetője hivatalos Facebook-oldalán, számolta be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Jermak azt írta: „emlékszünk a történelmünkre, emlékszünk az Ukrán Népköztársaság (UNR) hadseregének hőstetteire, a Vaskereszt Lovagrendjének lovagjaira.” Hozzátette, hogy emlékezünk az első téli hadjáratra a fehérek és a vörösök hátában. „Az »őszi hadjárat« Ukrajna igazi hőseinek munkája, de a »téli kampány« még várat magára” – hangsúlyozta az Elnöki Hivatal vezetője.
Mint a hírportál emlékeztetett rá, 1919-ben az UNR Mihajlo Jemeljanovics-Pavlenko vezette hadserege hátba támadta a „vörös” és „önkéntes” seregeket. Az UNR hadseregének első téli hadjárata az ukrán forradalom időszaka (1917–1921) hadművészetének leghősiesebb lapja, amelynek során az ukrán hadsereg először alkalmazta sikeresen a partizán módszereket a különféle ellenségek ellen. A fő cél megvalósult, az UNR megőrizte a hadseregét, a téli hadjárat a partizánharc mintaképe volt. A téli hadjárat minden visszatért résztvevője megkapta a Vaskereszt rendjelet, amely az ukrán hadsereg kitüntetéseinek rendszerében az első helyet foglalta el.

A kiadvány szerint a foglyoknak az alábbiakat mondják:
„Ott (Ukrajnában – szerk.) nagyon nehéz felderíteni a nácikat, és ők nagyon jól fel vannak készülve. Önök az élvonalban lesznek, segítik azonosítani a nácikat, ezért nem mindenki tér haza”. Ha a rab a harci cselekmények során meghal, a Wagner katonai alakulat képviselői 5 millió rubelt ígérnek a családnak.
A hírek szerint a szentpétervári börtönökben közel 200-an akartak beiratkozni, de végül csak 40-en jelentkeztek.

Az orosz hadsereg távozása után a csernobili atomerőmű sugárzási szintje nem megfelelő – írja az AFP a Nemzetközi Atomenergia‑ügynökségre (IAEA) hivatkozva.
A helyszínen az IAEA munkatársai tartottak ellenőrzést Rafael Mariano Grossi vezérigazgatóval az élen, akik létfontosságú berendezéseket hoztak a helyszínre és radiológiai vizsgálatokat végeztek az atomerőmű területén.
Az Ukrinform jelentése szerint a következő hetekben más IAEA-missziók is érkeznek ebbe és más ukrajnai nukleáris létesítményekbe.
