Az Ukrzaliznicja 35 generátort kapott az Ukrajnai Vöröskereszt Egyesülettől az ukrajnai vasútállomások zavartalan működésének biztosítására a háború alatt.
„Magabiztosan állunk a téli időszak előtt, mert partnereink mindent megtesznek annak érdekében, hogy az állomások továbbra is azok a pontok legyenek, ahová az emberek eljöhetnek és garantált szolgáltatást kapnak. Az Ukrán Vöröskereszt Egyesülettel közösen elindítjuk az állomások energiafüggetlenségének programját. Ez nem csak az Ukrzaliznicja támogatása, hanem az utasoké is. Az állomásokon pontokat állítanak fel, ahol teát, kávét lehet majd kapni, ezek a generátorok függetlenítik az állomásokat az esetleges orosz, Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája elleni támadásoktól. Köszönjük az Ukrán Vöröskeresztnek az együttműködést” – mondta Olekszandr Percovszkij, az Ukrzaliznicja igazgatótanácsának tagja, az utasszállító osztály vezetője.
A generátorok Zaporizzsja (2 állomás), Vinnicja, Hmelnickij, Kamjanec-Podilszk, Berdicsiv, Rivne, Krivij Rih (2 állomás), Kovel, Kolomija, Munkács, Truszkavec, Morsin, Zsmerinka, Ivano-Frankivszk, Csap, Ungvár, Zsitomir, Mironivci, Csernyihiv, Trostyanszk, Szumi, Harkiv, Odessza, Cserkasszi, Kropivnickij, Berdicsev, Ternopil, Lviv (2 állomás), valamint Tarasz Sevcsenko és Darnicja állomásokon működnek majd.
„Biztosak vagyunk abban, hogy támogatás hozzájárul az olyan utasok szállításának zavartalan folyamatához, akik a harcok elől menekülnek, hogy mentsék életüket” – mondta Makszim Docenko, a Vöröskereszt ukrajnai Nemzeti Bizottságának főigazgatója.
A humanitárius adomány összege csaknem 12 millió hrivnya.
Emellett a múlt héten Ukrzaliznicja már 154 vízmelegítőt kapott, amelyeket 79 állomás között osztottak szét. Hiszen az evakuálás során a betelepítésig a pályaudvarok helyiségei a polgárok ideiglenes menedékévé válnak. Ezentúl az új berendezéseknek köszönhetően a pihenők és a gyermekes anyukák helyiségeiben biztosítják is folyamatos melegvízellátást.

Olekszandr Kamison, az Ukrzaliznicja vasúti vállalat vezérigazgatója elmondta, hogy a Nyugat-Ukrajnából Kijev felé tartó vonatok 95%-ban megteltek.
Számításaik szerint naponta körülbelül 11 ezer ember tér vissza a fővárosba. Hozzátette, hogy a külföldi járataikat illetően is aktív a jegyeladás, május 1–11. között körülbelül 10 ezer ukrán állampolgár tért haza.

Biztonsági okokból az Ukrzaliznicja vasúti vállalat törölte az odesszai és zaporizsjai vonatjáratokat.
A rendelet a május 9-i járatokra vonatkozik. Az említett városokban május 10-ig kijárási tilalom van, Odesszában az Odessza–Holovna vasútállomást be is zárták.

Az információk szerint a vonat kijevi idő szerint 22:49-kor indul és 11:30-kor érkezik Chełmbe. Visszafelé pedig 16:05-kor indul és 07:29-kor érkezik meg Kijevbe.
