Ihor Szmiljanszkij, az Ukrposta vezérigazgatója elmondta, hogy a háború kezdete óta fellendült a bélyeggyűjtés az ukránok körében. Több, a háborúhoz köthető bélyeget adtak ki, a legújabb, az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) tiszteletére kiadott bélyeget 1 millió 75 ezer példányban nyomtatták ki.

Már kaphatóak az Egyesült Királyságban a III. Károly királyt ábrázoló bélyegek. Az uralkodónak a feje és a nyaka látszik a képen, viszont nem visel koronát.
Károly kifejezetten kérte a brit postát, hogy ne változtassanak jelentősen a bélyegek stílusán, azok ne különbözzenek az édesanyját, II. Erzsébetet ábrázoló bélyegektől. A bélyeg a királyt balra néző profilban ábrázolja. Ez a hagyomány a Viktória királynő „Black Penny” bélyegének 1840-es megalkotásáig nyúlik vissza.
A britek 70 évig használták a volt királynőt ábrázoló bélyegeket, így hozzászokhattak a stílusához.

A Lengyel Posta Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök arcmását ábrázoló bélyeget bocsátott ki ellátott, amelyet a magas ára ellenére egy óra alatt szétkapkodtak az ukrán államfő lengyel rajongói – adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál csütörtökön az Ukrposta sajtószolgálatára és Lukasz Vantuch krakkói önkormányzati képviselő közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a Zelenszkijt ábrázoló bélyegből 99 ívet nyomtattak, mindegyik 9-9 darab bélyeggel. Egy készlet ára 4500 zloty (kb. 30 000 hrivnya) volt. A hatalmas érdeklődést jelzi, hogy egy órán belül le kellett állítani a bélyeg eladását, mert egy szálig elkelt. Így mintegy 3 millió hrivnya gyűlt össze a bélyeg eladásából. A bevétel teljes összegéből Ukrajnát támogatják.
A bélyegkibocsátást Vantuch kezdeményezte. Az egyik bélyeget felragasztotta egy ukrán nyelvű képeslapra, és elküldte a lengyelországi orosz nagykövetnek, akit Varsóban a május 9-i koszorúzáskor vért jelképező vörös sziruppal öntöttek le tüntetők.
