16 méteres kútba zuhant bele egy állat Indiában.
Tizennégy órás mentőakcióval sikerült kiszabadítani egy kútba esett elefántot Dél-Indiában – írja a BBC. A 25 éves hím elefánt egy 16 méteres kútba zuhant bele Dharmapuriban, Tamilnádu államban. A mentőakcióban 50 ember vett részt. A mentéshez köteleket és darut használtak.
A helyben élő falusiak banánleveleket dobtak le az elefántnak, hogy etessék, mivel az akció egész éjszaka tartott. Végül az állatot a lábaira erősített hevederekkel sikerült kiemelni. A fejjel lefelé lógó elefántot lassan, óvatosan húzták ki a kútból. A megmentett állatot a közeli erdőben engedik szabadon.
