Elég nehéz pontosan megjósolni, hogy Ukrajnának hány évre lesz szüksége ahhoz, hogy visszatérjen a háború előtti jóléti szintre, ami 2-3 évig vagy akár 20 évig is eltarthat különböző tényezőktől függően – jelentette ki pénteken Ljudmila Cserenyko, a közgazdaságtudományok doktora, a Demográfiai és Társadalomkutató Intézet népesedés- és életszínvonal-kutatási osztályának a vezetője az rbc.ua hírportálnak adott interjújában.
Mint Cserenyko elmondta: „Augusztus-szeptemberben az adóhivatal arról számolt be, hogy rekordszámú egyéni vállalkozó volt. Ezért azon múlik, hogy mennyire lesz aktív a lakosság, és hányan térnek vissza és kapcsolódnak be a termelésbe. Ezért 2-3 év is lehet, vagy akár 20 is lehet.” Megjegyezte, hogy „ez teljesen kiszámíthatatlan”. A jobb megértés érdekében a demográfus a következő példát hozta fel: 2019-ben nagyon jó mutatóink voltak, „2020-ban pedig mindez gyorsan összeomlott, nőtt a szegénységi szint, és azt hittük, ez még sokáig így lesz”. „2021-ben azonban a szegénységi szint alacsonyabb lett, mint a 2019-ben volt” – magyarázta.
Amint a népesedési szakember kifejtette, nem minden függ a pénzügyi tényezőktől. „2023-ban a gazdaság nem csak annak köszönhetően tudott a felszínen maradni, hogy a költségvetési kiadásainkban segítettek bennünket, hanem azért is, mert az ukrán üzleti élet aktívan kezdett magához térni” – szögezte le. Szerinte ez az európai uniós csatlakozástól is függ majd, mert az új tagországok támogatásának politikája, amely célirányos források allokációjával jár, felgyorsítja a fejlődést.
A következő 10 évben Ukrajna lakossága elérheti a 30 millió főt. Ez a szám lehetővé teszi az ország normális működését és fejlődését. De ez csak bizonyos feltételek mellett lehetséges. Ugyanakkor Ukrajnában 2050-re a nyugdíjas korú nők száma meghaladja a dolgozók számát. Emellett 2020-hoz képest jelentősen csökken a gyermekek és fiatalok száma.

Egy felmérés adatai szerint a megkérdezett ukránok közel 60%-a állítja, hogy romlott az életszínvonala, amióta Volodimir Zelenszkij az elnök, és több mint 60 százalék véli úgy, hogy rossz irányban mennek a dolgok Ukrajnában – adta hírül pénteken a strana.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a Socis Központ által végzett felmérés során megkérdezett ukránok 62,4%-a gondolja úgy, hogy rossz irányban haladnak a dolgok az országban, míg 26,4% véli, hogy a fejlemények iránya helyes. Ugyanakkor a válaszadók 58,8%-a nyilatkozta azt, hogy romlott az életszínvonal Zelenszkij elnöksége alatt, 32,2% szerint semmi nem változott, és 7,2% közölte, hogy jobban él.
A kutatásba bevontak 52,2%-a szerint az ukrán gazdaság rossz irányba megy, 35,8% szerint semmi nem változott, míg 9% véli úgy, hogy fejlődik a gazdaság, amióta Zelenszkij az államfő.
A reszpondensek 28,4%-a szerint romlott a demokrácia és szólásszabadság helyzete, míg 50% szerint nem változott, 18,1% szerint pedig egyenesen javult. 32,2% véli úgy, hogy gyengült a korrupció elleni küzdelem hatékonysága, 45,5% szerint nem változott, 19,7% szerint viszont javult Zelenszkij elnökségének kezdete óta.
