„Elnöki utasításra előkészítettük a modell tervezetét, amelynek első szakaszában marad a sorkatonaság, de alternatívaként bevezetik a rövid távú (3-4 hónapos) intenzív katonai kiképzést. A képzést követően a fiatalok sorozáskor nem kapnak behívót, viszont tesznek szert az alapvető katonai ismeretekre. 2024. január 1-től a sorozást a rövid távú intenzív katonai képzéssel tervezzük kiváltani, fokozatosan növelve az érintettek létszámát, ismereteik fejlesztését időszakos tréningek és gyakorlatok biztosítják” – közölte Reznyikov.
