A forgalom irányításába humanoid robotokat és egy robotkutyát is bevonnak.
Közlekedés irányítására alkalmas robotot teszteltek szombaton Pozsonyban, a Komenský téren – tájékoztatott Marek Galinski, a Szlovák Műszaki Egyetem Informatikai és Információs Technológiák Kara munkatársa. A projektben a Karlsruhei Technológiai Intézet szakértői is részt vettek.

Galinski elmondta: a kutatás célja annak vizsgálata, hogy a különböző formájú robotok miként képesek összehangolni a közlekedés szereplőinek – autósok, gyalogosok, kerékpárosok és rolleresek – mozgását, valamint hogy milyen irányt vehet a jövő városi mobilitása. Hozzátette, hogy a teszt során humanoid robotokat és egy robotkutyát is bevontak a forgalom irányításába.
A technológiai bemutatót a Pozsonyi Városi Napok keretében rendezik meg. Az esemény a tavalyi robotrendőr-demonstráció folytatása, amelyet a főváros Károlyfalu (Karlova Ves) városrészének közlekedési pályáján mutattak be.
