A férfi nevét nem hozták nyilvánosságra, csupán annyit lehet tudni róla, hogy Mick Schumacher közeli cimborája és szintén autóversenyző.
A bűntett még 2019-ben történhetett a Schumacher család svájci birtokán, Glandban, de az áldozat csak később tett büntetőfeljelentést – írja most a The Sun.

A nővér, aki gondozóként dolgozott a Forma–1-es legenda mellett, az este folyamán vodka koktélokat fogyasztott, és rosszul lett. Az ápolónő 2022 januárjában tett feljelentést, miután elbocsátották a családtól. Az ügy most bíróság elé kerül, de a vétkes versenyző tagadja a vádakat. A Schumacher családot nem érintik a vádak, de az biztos, hogy a személyzet pár tagját, és a korábbi F1-es versenyzőt, Mick Schumachert is ki fogják hallgatni ebben a családjára nézve is kínos ügyben.

A Backstreet Boys nem olyan rég Budapesten is nagysikerű koncertet adott. Ám a 90-es évek népszerű fiúbandájának egyik tagja, Nick Carter mostanában nem túl szerencsés.
Nick Carternek most nehézséggel kell szembenéznie. Egy autista nő azzal vádolja, hogy 21 évvel ezelőtt szexuálisan bántalmazta őt – írja a The Guardian.
A bíróságra beadott dokumentumok szerint, az akkor 17 éves lányt Carter meghívta egy italra, majd a mosdóban orális szexre kényszerítette őt, majd egy ágyon bántalmazta.
„Csak azért, mert Nick Carter egy híresség, nem jelenti azt, hogy megbocsáthatók a bűnei. Túlélő vagyok, és mindig is az leszek” – mondta a Ruth nevű most 37 éves nő. A dokumentumok szerint akkoriban még szűz volt, majd HPV-s lett, most pedig kártérítést követel. Nick Carter tagadja a vádakat.
Nem ezek az első szexuális zaklatással kapcsolatos vádak Carter ellen. 2018-ban Melissa Schuman, a Dream lánybanda egykori tagja azt állította, hogy Carter „akarata ellenére” kényszerítette őt a szexre, amikor a férfi 22, ő pedig 18 éves volt.
Carter akkor is tagadta, most is tagadja a vádakat. Egy hozzá közel álló forrás azt mondta a TMZ-nek, hogy a vádak hamisak, és hogy „Nick a családjára összpontosít, és bátyja, Aaron Carter énekes és rapper halálát gyászolja, aki a múlt hónapban halt meg 34 évesen”.

A brit királyi családhoz közel álló források szerint az udvarban aktívan tárgyalják azoknak az intézkedéseknek a tervét, ha magát a herceg áldozatának nevező Virginia Juffre (házasság előtt – Roberts) megnyerné az Andrew ellen indított pert.
Ebben az esetben a herceget hazájában örök „belföldi száműzetés” fenyegeti. Az Egyesült Államoknak való kiadatás veszélye miatt nem hagyhatja el az országot, sokkal szerényebben kell élnie, és valószínűleg ki kell, hogy költözzön a Windsori kastély melletti The Royal Lodge-ból. Kedvezőtlen eredmény esetén a herceget felkérik, hogy ne használja hivatalos titulusát, mondjon le a tiszteletbeli katonai rangjairól és számos jótékonysági szervezet mecénási szerepéről.
A Juffre indítványával kapcsolatos tárgyalásra a tervek szerint január 4-én kerül sor a New York Déli Kerületi Bíróságán. Őfelsége védője formális okokra hivatkozva kéri a kereset megszüntetését. A herceg képviselői megpróbálják bebizonyítani, hogy az ügyet nem tárgyalhatják Egyesült Államokban, ahol Juffre született és felnőtt, mivel a felperes régen Ausztráliába költözött és életvitelszerűen él ott.
2019 augusztusában Virginia Juffre háromszoros nemi erőszakkal vádolta meg Andrew herceget. Elmondása szerint kénytelen volt szexuális kapcsolatba lépni a herceggel Jeffrey Epstein pénzügyi szakember otthonában, valamint a magánszigetén. Juffre megjegyezte – akkor mindössze 17 éves volt.
