„A kritikus infrastrukturális létesítmények közelében élő embereknek mindig tudatában kell lenniük annak, hogy ezeket az objektumokat megtámadhatják. Ezért mindenki önállóan dönti el, hogy visszatér-e a városba, és ezek mellett az objektumok mellett él-e” – mondta Tkacsuk.
Elmondta, hogy Kijev minden kerületében evakuációs bizottság működik a polgárvédelmi rendszeren belül. A fővárosi hatóságok szükség esetén kiképezik ezen bizottság tagjait.
„Tudjuk, hogyan fogjuk végrehajtani az egyes kerületek vagy az egész város evakuálását. Fontolgatjuk a kényszerevakuálás lehetőségeit, a rendszernek készen kell állnia erre” – hangsúlyozta a Kijevi Városi Adminisztráció képviselője.
