be Ukrajna területén, amelyek között egyben Ukrajna elnöke, Volodimir
Zelenszkij szerepel.

A 2019-ben Ukrajna területén moziban,
tv-ben, nyilvános és házimoziban történő bemutatásra és terjesztésre vonatkozó
tiltás 5 filmre vonatkozik, amelyből kettő orosz gyártású.
Három film Ukrajna Biztonsági
Szolgálatának kérelme, a „ Filmművészeti törvény” valamint a Kulturális Minisztérium „A
nemzetbiztonságot fenyegető személyek listájának kiegészítéséről” szóló
határozata alapján került tiltólistára.
Többek között a „Nyolc első randevú”
(rendező D. Dodszon, A. Maljarevszkij, 2012) című filmről van szó, amelyben
Katerina Varnava szerepel, aki azon személyek listáján szerepel, akik
nemzetbiztonsági kockázatot jelentenek Ukrajnára, mivel a megszállt Krím-félszigeten
tartott előadást. A film egyik producere és forgatókönyvírója valamint
szereplője Volodimir Zelenszkij, Ukrajna
jelenlegi elnöke.
Két külföldi film is erre a listára
került: Steven Seagal szerepvállalása okán a „Machete” amerikai akciófilm (rendezte
és a forgatókönyvet írta Robert Rodrigez, 2008) valamint az „Elhúztak a felnőttek, miénk a pálya” (Les
enfants de Timpelbach) (rendező: Nicolas Bary, 2008) francia film Gerard
Depardie-val a főszerepben.
Ezenkívül
a filmek terjesztésével valamint vetítésével foglalkozó Szakértői bizottság
határozata alapján két orosz film is tiltólistára került: az „Én nem így
gondolom” (rendező: D. Danyielján, 2017) és a „Nyíl” (rendező: J .Nyikityin,
2017).
