Hiába érkeztek tízezres nagyságrendben tanárok Ukrajnából Csehországba, csak töredékük helyezkedett el szakmájában a cseh közoktatásban és egyetemeken. A prágai kormány és civil szervezetek is igyekeznek változtatni ezen.
A hivatalos adatok szerint közel tízezer általános és középiskolai tanár és egyetemi tanársegéd is érkezhetett Csehországba az ukrán menekültek között, miközben közülük csak egy-kétezret sikerült alkalmazni a cseh oktatási intézményekben – írja a Radió Praha. Az oktatási minisztérium azt tervezi, hogy pénzügyi támogatással segíti a beilleszkedésüket a komoly tanárhiánnyal küszködő iskolákba.
A tárca adatai szerint 60 ezer ukrán kisiskolás kezdte meg az idei tanévet a cseh általános és középiskolákban, úgy, hogy sokan közülük egyáltalán nem beszélik a nyelvet. Emiatt kulcsfontosságú, hogy legyenek a környezetükben az anyanyelvükön értő tanítók. Több cseh civil szervezet indított programokat annak érdekében, hogy bevonják az ukrán tanárokat a cseh oktatásba.
A siker kulcsai a tanítók
Elsősorban a tanársegédekre koncentrál az a program, amelyet Tomáš Habart vezet. Úgy látják, hogy az ukrán egyetemi hallgatók tanításának sikere a nyelvüket értő oktatókon múlik. A szervezet elsősorban arra koncentrál, hogy megismertesse az ukrán tanárokat a cseh szaknyelvvel.
Bárkit felvesznek és nincs tandíj. Abban bíznak, hogy az oktatási minisztérium segítségével sikerül több százzal emelni a cseh iskolákban tanító tanárok és tanársegédek számát. Ez elengedhetetlenül szükséges az ukrán diákok beilleszkedéséhez.
