Pizzatésztából készült betlehemet állít fel egy nápolyi templom előtt a város pizzasütőinek szövetsége. A Santa Chiara bazilika előtti installációt hétfőn avatják fel, a nápolyi pizzakészítés UNESCO kulturális örökségként való elismerésének harmadik évfordulóján.
A nápolyi pizzasütők szövetsége (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani) és a betlehemkészítő kézművesek egy kulturális civil szervezettel együtt határozták el, hogy megünneplik az értékes elismerést. A két méter magas és három méter átmérőjű betlehemet lisztből, vízből, fából és parafából készítik, minden elemét kézi munkával.
Városunk kulturális identitásának két fontos eleme, a pizzakészítés és a betlehemépítés értékét hangsúlyozzuk az alkotással – mondta Sergio Miccu, a pizzasütők képviselője.
Kedden a pizzasütőknek szentelt misét is tartanak a helyszínen.
