Megjegyezte, hogy a legt\u00f6bb ember sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra\nez \u00e1tmeneti jelens\u00e9g, mik\u00f6zben vannak emberek, akik eset\u00e9ben ezek az akad\u00e1lyok\nsoha nem sz\u0171nnek meg, hiszen ukr\u00e1nok sz\u00e1zezrei \u00e9lnek olyan korl\u00e1tok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt,\namelyeket most mindenki mag\u00e1n \u00e9rezhetett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Digit\u00e1lis \u00c1talakul\u00e1s\nMiniszt\u00e9riuma \u00e9s a Szoci\u00e1lpolitikai Miniszt\u00e9rium \u00e1ltal t\u00e1mogatott projekt c\u00e9lja\nannak kider\u00edt\u00e9se, hogy milyen akad\u00e1lyokkal tal\u00e1lj\u00e1k szemben magukat\nleggyakrabban az ukr\u00e1nok. Ennek \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a bf.gov.ua honlapon k\u00e9th\u00f3napos\norsz\u00e1gos online felm\u00e9r\u00e9s indult. A sz\u00e1jton tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edv h\u00e9t fontos k\u00e9rd\u00e9st\ntartalmaz a fizikai \u00e9s pszichol\u00f3giai akad\u00e1lyokr\u00f3l, valamint a kultur\u00e1lis \u00e9s\nkoroszt\u00e1lyi saj\u00e1toss\u00e1gokkal kapcsolatos korl\u00e1tokr\u00f3l.
