A fels\u0151 l\u00e9g\u00fati betegs\u00e9gek eset\u00e9ben pozit\u00edv hat\u00e1sa van a D-vitamin p\u00f3tl\u00e1s\u00e1nak. A megh\u0171l\u00e9s, influenza \u00e9s m\u00e1s enyh\u00e9bb, a koronav\u00edrusok \u00e1ltal is okozott fels\u0151 l\u00e9g\u00fati betegs\u00e9g t\u00e9len gyakrabban fordul el\u0151, ebben szerepe lehet az alacsonyabb D-vitamin szintnek is. Vagyis \u00fagy t\u0171nik, a D-vitamin v\u00e9d a l\u00e9g\u00fati fert\u0151z\u00e9sekkel szemben, \u00e9s ismert az is, hogy a nyiroksejtekre, a k\u00f3rokoz\u00f3-ellenes feh\u00e9rj\u00e9k termel\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9re is pozit\u00edv hat\u00e1st gyakorol \u2013 mutatott r\u00e1 dr. Masszi Tam\u00e1s.
