Ebb\u0151l a c\u00e9lb\u00f3l a Region\u00e1lis Fejleszt\u00e9si \u00dcgyn\u00f6ks\u00e9g egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dik az Oregoni Egyetemmel. A Szociol\u00f3gia \u00e9s Szoci\u00e1lis Munka Tansz\u00e9k 2014 \u00f3ta foglalkozik veter\u00e1nokkal \u00e9s katon\u00e1k csal\u00e1djaival. A projekt 2022-ig a st\u00e1tuszuk \u00e9s t\u00e1rsadalmi szerep\u00fck megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t, a civil \u00e9lethez val\u00f3 alkalmazkod\u00e1st c\u00e9lozta meg. A tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3 r\u00e9sztvev\u0151i k\u00f6z\u00f6tt volt Dmitrij Panarin, a &#8220;VDOMA&#8221; veter\u00e1n k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je. Szerinte m\u00e9g mindig probl\u00e9m\u00e1t jelent a munkahelyek hi\u00e1nya a fogyat\u00e9kkal \u00e9l\u0151 veter\u00e1nok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
