Akt\u00edv \u00e9letm\u00f3d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A leg\u00fajabb, nagy horderej\u0171 tanulm\u00e1ny szerint a t\u00f6bbnyire \u201e\u00fcl\u0151\u201d \u00e9letm\u00f3dot k\u00f6vet\u0151 emberekn\u00e9l 82%-kal n\u0151 a r\u00e1k kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak es\u00e9lye. Ez\u00e9rt az orvosok azt javasolj\u00e1k, hogy egy feln\u0151tt napi 150\u2013300 percet t\u00f6lts\u00f6n m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt testmozg\u00e1ssal, \u00e9s 75\u2013150 percet napi nagy fizikai aktivit\u00e1ssal. Ha kor\u00e1bban a m\u00e9rs\u00e9kletes alkoholfogyaszt\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge megvolt, most az orvosok ragaszkodnak ahhoz, hogy teljes m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 lemond\u00e1st aj\u00e1nlanak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha el sem tudja k\u00e9pzelni az \u00e9let\u00e9t alkohol n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, akkor az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges norma \u2013 napi egy adag a n\u0151knek, kett\u0151 a f\u00e9rfiaknak. Az orvosok hangs\u00falyozz\u00e1k, hogy a z\u00f6lds\u00e9geknek \u00e9s a gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcs\u00f6knek sz\u00edneseknek kell lenni\u00fck az \u00e9trendben, mert \u00edgy cs\u00f6kkenthetik a r\u00e1k es\u00e9ly\u00e9t.
